Tailgators

My three friends and I stopped here for food and drinks. We didn't realize there was a pool event going on, so I'm not going to assume their service is poor all the time. But none of the servers even approached us for the entire 35 minutes that we were there.

We didn't see a "please wait to be seated" sign, so we found a table ourselves. We spent the first ten minutes waiting at a table with one food menu to share amongst the four of us.

Two of my friends approached the bar to ask if there were servers available, and a bartender said they'd bring us a server shortly. All this wasn't so bad, but what made us feel unwelcome was after a family of four sat next to us and got all their drinks almost immediately.

I understand that sometimes families with children should be prioritized. But at that point we had been waiting over 25 minutes. It was rather frustrating to watch that table be served when we hadn't even been approached yet after waiting almost half an hour. My friends and I have agreed to never go again.

Going in with high expectations, Tailgators fell on its tail end. After waiting 30 minutes at the table without service, and watching later customers being served before us, our table decided to leave and go elsewhere. Even after notifying a bar staff that we were waiting for service. Admittedly, it was busy, but it’s hard to excuse neglecting customers.

Enjoyed the pool and the food and our waitress was awesome, the online booking and response to questions wasn't good as there was an issue with communication trying to find out how busy it may be or if tables at our timing would be possible. There was a big arm wrestling competition going on and the entire place was pretty packed. Would have been nice to know although we likely still would have tried it anyway.

A ton of pool tables and other entertainment. Clean environment and fast and efficient service.

We lost our waitress a few times. I understand that it's buzy but we searched 3 different times to get drinks

Great little bar up on a second floor I guess I shouldn't say little it's a very big bar with very great staff that go along with it and the food I must say is pretty exceptional definitely a place I would recommend checking out

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. A group of 10 people went there for UFC 294 and the service was so bad that we left right after. We ordered food and waited 1h45 before cancelling our orders. Ordering a beer from the waitress at the table would take min 20 mins while you could see the order on the counter. They only had one bartender behind the bar while the place was super busy. Overall, the service was just terrible and would never go back or recommend to anyone.

You can never go wrong with Tailgators, good food, lots of fun activities, good drinks and very helpful servers. Love it!

Great atmosphere but the service is horrible. Ordering anything takes a ridiculously long time.

Great place to go with friends, amazing drinks with great food, and tons of games. We were pleased to be served by Tyler who truly made our night amazing. Going to be visiting more often.

It's a nice place, it has great potential, but I feel like I'm being scammed. I went there 4-5 times and I don't think their drinks contain alcohol. That's why I prefer to drink bottled beer, but it's also small and expensive.

Absolutely horrible food. Service.two kids serving a pool of 60 ppl. Told the org to avoid this place.

Cool place to hang out and play pool, food was good, price was descent. Tables could have used a bit of cleaning, they were sticky.

Great place yo go with a large group, have pubfare and enjoy some friendly pool.

Crispy Chicken and fries were great.

First time being at Tailgators. Went for my son's 27th birthday. We ate supper first and we all really enjoyed our meals. We had a few people for supper and everyone received their meals at the same time. Not too many restaurants do this. We were all impressed with the service. Our server was very nice and an awesome help. The food was very very good. Very delicious!
Later we played pool and foos ball, and tried the golf incinerator. Everyone had so much fun. Thank you for the great time and and friendly service!

The service was incredible by Tyler. I would recommend going there for some delicious food!

Worst experience. First time we went, service was so bad but we decided to give it another chance. No one greeted us at the door or even cane to our table. We stood 15 min and when we asked a server to get water she responded: i'm not your server sorry. Today was the second time. The bouncer looked younger then us asked for ID. As I changed my purse I didn't have my ID but had my Government ID and both my drivers license and health card scanned. The bouncer didn't let me in. Next thing you know, we see 2 babies/kids getting out of there (see picture). Won't recommend to anyone.

I was there last Friday, we were pleased to be served by Tyler. A wonderful young man that was very kind and attentive throughout the whole night. He always grabbed me a new drink before mine was empty, and insured that we were happy with our food and drinks. Can't wait to go back!

This place was fun. They need more accessible seating close to the pool tables. My friends and I, all of us in wheelchairs, had to be seated in a separate room away from the action. I didn't use the washrooms, so I don't know if they are accessible.

Very lively place, nice place to spend time with friends.
All staff members are nice and helpful.

Fantastic place to play some pool, have dinner, and watch sports. The staff are incredible!

I’ve gone to here to tailgators multiple times to play pool or to watch the games with friends and I have always had a good experience. The food is great but I will say the time it gets out to you takes quite a while even in less busy nights. Aside from that no complaints and will definitely be coming back again.

Good ambience. Gigantic floor space, and lots of different games to play. I stuck to pool mostly, however the next time I go I will try the table tennis and dart board also. Didn't try any food this time out. The service was okay.

I’ve been playing here for years and recently joined one of the leagues last year.

Great venue, fantastic food (the smoked meat poutine is a thing of beauty), great service, tables are nice and well maintained/levelled.

Food is soooo oily, especially the fries that came black even. Not recommended
