We weren’t very happy with the state of our boy when we picked him up.
He stank like a dirty kennel. They knew exactly when we were picking him up, but chose to leave him outside. (It was raining on and off in the morning.)
When we got him home, he was thirsty to the point I had to lift his water bowl.
Not being able to view the kennel where he would be staying was a red flag that I should have clued into.
We schedule for 7 days paying 50% at booking and the balance at drop off. When we dropped our boy off, we indicated we would be picking him up a day earlier due to a family matter. When we questioned an adjustment for that day, the answer was, “ we need 48 hrs notice”. We were actually giving 96hrs notice, but no refund was given.
So to say the least, we will never leave our boy there again. Obviously it’s your choice where you leave your baby, but I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Thank you for taking such wonderful care of our Onyx while we were away at Bruce Peninsula National Park. I wish you were closer to Toronto because we loved the ease of booking and prompt replies to all our questions.

First time boarding our dogs. We were nervous but knew they were in good hands. Could not be happier with the service and our pups came home from their “vacation” tired and happy. Will definitely be back. Thank you to. Katerina and the entire team!

Excellent service and staff. Wouldn't take my dog anywhere else. Will go above and beyond at every chance
