I found out that my passport was lost on Monday and I have to fly back to Taiwan on Thursday.
Call the police on Monday night
Take a photo early on Tuesday morning and call the office
I thought I needed an entry permit
But the receptionist helped me check and told me that I could only apply for a non-chip passport to transit within Canada, and said that they could help me catch up.
Because I live in Montreal, it is not convenient for me to travel back and forth from Ottawa.
I went to apply at 9: 30 on Tuesday and got my passport at 11: 00
You can change the flight to Wednesday right away
Arrive in Taiwan safely today, Friday
The entire processing efficiency is fast, friendly and guaranteed
It’s really unsettling to lose your passport overseas.
So I really, really want to thank the staff at the office for helping me resolve this mess as quickly as possible.

From the beginning of the phone call to ask about the handling matters to the appointment time, the operator is very patient and professional. On the day of the appointment, the organizer, Ms. Lin, really helped me a lot. Because it was the first time to go through the formalities, I thought I had everything done, and only half an hour after I left the office did I find that I still needed a document. When I rushed back, Ms. Lin helped me prepare without saying a word. It was almost their noon break time. I really thank Ms. Lin very much. Afterwards, I also received a call informing me that the documents would be mailed to my home, asking me to pay attention to the mailbox. It can only be said that it is professional, dedicated, and enthusiastic about service. I admire and thank you very much!

The male officer answering general calls: rude, indifferent, uncaring and arrogant!
Really a shame to have such an unhelpful person in an international office!
