I had an excellent experience:) The operation manager visited my place to give me an estimate about the time my move may take and shared his professional opinion about the heavy items I had downstairs, because I wasn’t sure if they need to be dismantled or not. And the I was main thing I was worrying about is my piano, but it was professionally wrapped and the guys moved it with an extra care and professional equipment! So everything went smooth:) Every person I contacted was attentive to detail and they finished my move even faster than I expected:)

Hands down best moving experience! I’ve had to move multiple times within Toronto and this was the most stress free company and team to work with! Super professional, flexible, and quick. Also went all out with wrapping items and ensuring they are secure. Very reasonable pricing relative to other companies. Highly recommend:)

Excellent service. The movers are polite, cautious, and no wasting of your time. I have used them two times, and results are more than satisfactory.

Abdul is the gentleman who helped us move. Even though they came early, they waited for us to finish. I found them to be very efficient as well since they finished all the work with humour in few minutes.

Takeoff Moving has been such an AMAZING MOVING COMPANY to work with. Their crews moved many of our family members in North York, Richmond Hill, Vaughan and other area of Toronto.

Jason and Frank were amazing! They took care of my furniture as they promised and made the move stress free. I really liked the fact that they wrap everything that might get damaged in blankets and tape. The crew was friendly and professional. I engaged Takeoff Moving Company (TMC) to move after getting quotes from a few movers around our area. (North York). I had nothing but amazing experience.

Price:
Very reasonable, all inclusive rate per hour (labour, truck, packing material et al). No haggle needed. Dennis was very polite during the engagement.

Punctuality/Professionalism:
On the day of the move, Sean called and double confirmed the time and came with a large truck (26') with another colleague (Abdul). Both were wearing uniform, and neat and clean. They both were courteous, friendly and very professional.

Loading:
Sean and Abdul surveyed the furniture and items to be moved. Advised the order of items to take to the truck (Boxes first, then small furniture, then bigger furniture and finally mattress. Mattress will serve as a final bloc to keep all items safe inside. They disassembled and wrapped furniture, secured them inside the truck with strap and arranged all very neatly.

Unloding:
Drove the truck safely to the location. (the parking at the new location was tricky but they skillfully managed to park without blocking the traffic flow within the condo community). They unloaded all items and moved to respective rooms at three different level. They properly assembled the furniture in the new location. It was a hot and humid day and loading and unloading was extremely strenuous. But they did not complain a single word. Amazing.

Recommendation:
As I said in the beginning, we were very pleased with the work done and both Sean and Abdul were excellent and exactly knew what to do. I wish them them best and I would definitely engage them if needed again.

Complex move - 3 locations into one location. The whole crew were great - very professional and honestly treated my stuff better than I would had I been moving it. They wrapped, they padded, they carefully carried, and they made my 83-year old Mom beam with their good nature and conversation. These are just good guys doing an excellent job with your valuables.

We haven’t moved in 15 years and Takeoff Moving was awesome! From the initial quote (very reasonable pricing) to the end, these guys were superhero’s! We give Asher and Sinan A+ they were amazing and we truly appreciate everything. From the old place to the new, all items were handled with care and no damages to the furniture or the place. I would highly recommend this company. There were some issues moving into the new place and these guys took it like it was no problem at all and handled everything with a smile and a can-do attitude. A lot was done with so little time and these guys handled everything like pros. 100 thumbs up to these guys, will recommend and return to you in the future.
