This lady says she’s the supervisor/manager, she has terrible attitude when talking with employees, she doesn’t know what she’s talking about and has no customer service skills.

Dealt with Amanda Anderson, Regional Manager, TalentWorld. This lady is extremely rude and unprofessional.
I'd request companies to stop using TalentWorld's services. They are abusive to candidates, here's my story:

Terrible experience with Talent World. They conducted my interview and asked for my SIN and other important details, which the employer is supposed to ask once they are sure they are going to hire the employee. I waited for more than two weeks to hear back and the two times I called for an update the staff was extremely rude to me.

Amanda Anderson spoke very roughly and said yes that position has been closed! No apologies for making the candidate wait more than their committed time and the worst part is they don't update you.

I'd request companies to stop using TalentWorld's services. They are abusive to candidates.

I highly recommend the Bagg Group mainly because of my interaction with my Staffing Manager. Cynthia Gray assumes the responsibility of influencing managers and other process owners in order to ensure that the desired results are achieved for all involved. In the three years that I have being working with her, Cynthia’s professionalism, attentiveness, strong business ethics and ability to drive positive change continues to be impressively splendid.

Unprofessional. If you are scheduled for an 8 hour shift be careful, the ending time is approximate. Meaning you could book your time on a Saturday off thinking you are working till midnight at $20 an hour only to be sent home after 3 hours. They will not stick up for you if you have to stay at a venue longer to wait for tip out or counting your till, once you stop ‘working’ your pay ends, even if youre left waiting for 30-60 mins.

I've had nothing but a fantastic experience working with this company. I worked as a temp for them for about half a year and had great exposure to numerous reputable companies. I was never out of work and I was always in constant communication with my recruiters. I am now employed full time with a company that was provided through The Bagg Group. I would use them again if need be!

The Bagg Group was able to find me a job quickly and they were very friendly and quick to respond to emails or calls when I had any questions about the job I was given. I would recommend going with this agency to help in your job search.

This is the worst agency ever. The recruiter, Steven did not do his job properly. He did not review my credentials properly as he forgot the interview time and didn’t get to review my resume beforehand, made negative assumptions about my skillset and refused to submit my application as he made an unprofessional gesture. He refused because he claimed that “other applicants have better credentials” when every position has that scenario.

He also did not tell me about the “48 hour” policy where a job posting is taken off if you do not schedule an interview within 48 hours. No one made me aware of this, and I basically came in to be told that I wasn’t qualified for a position, and was not givem other opportunities despite him saying that “they get hundreds of postings daily. ”

Never go through this agency, they are dishonest and will waste your time!

The Bagg Group is the best agency that I have ever been involved with. I have been a part of many agencies but The Bagg Group responded to my application quickly and directed me straight into an amazing permanent opportunity. I got the opportunity to have an interview in a temp position within an a fantastic government agency and today I am a full time permanent employee with this agency. I encourage you to work hard, put your best foot forward and be willing to learn and grow with the opportunities you are given and I guarantee it will pay off in the end!
