Tamarack Ridge Golf Club

This course used to be a 4 or 4.5 star spot, but its seen a few areas of serious decline.
To start, charging people 63 + tax for 18 and cart on weekends is robbery for what is offered here. Drive down the highway to Oxford Hills, Ingersoll, hit Oxbow, pay a few bucks more at Echo or wait til 1pm and play Firerock for the same price. Twilight prices are good and what they used to be here. The appropriate price for prime time now should be somewhere in between.

The course usually has flooded spots, while still having burnt out grass spots. Some holes are well maintained, some not. Greens are usually pretty good.

Loses a star for how this place is run. Have given this place 2 chances this year and both times were 6+ hour rounds of golf. No one keeping reasonable pace of play in check, drinks are expensive and food is too, but it is decent.

Not the worst course by any means and has a pretty fun layout, but there are much better options out there for the price and you wont have to burn half of your entire day to golf there.

Could give 0 stars if I could. Avoid this place like Wuhan at the start of the pandemic.

First time playing here and it will be my last. GolfNorth should dump this dumpster fire of a course. Manager is rude and was talking bad about other players as we arrived. Got in trouble for taking 15 seconds to show a first time golfer how to position their feet and club better. Way to make their first experience great.

We kept up with pace of play - played best ball. Not our fault there were 3 groups teeing off at the 1st hole at the same time. Manager probably shoots 120+. What a joke.

Thank god I can use my membership at other courses. Just brutal.

I played here for the first time and found the course in excellent condition. This must be one of the most esthetically pleasing golf courses in the area. The greens were in amazing shape with undulations and slants which added to the challenge of the course. I want to give it 4.5 out of 5 as the tee blocks require some work. I give the staff I interacted with 5 so. I will be playing here again.

The recent rains we've had didn't help, there were a lot of sections roped off and really wet. There were no bathrooms on the course, but a few times around you were near the clubhouse and could run fast to use the washrooms. Nice place, good course.

Excellent golf course. Friendly staff. Can't wait to play again. Tight tees shots, large greens where you need to stay below the hole. Highly recommended.

Absolute waste of time. The employees and let alone the manager to the owner are all incompetent delusional souls. I can’t believe I even booked a tee time here. Never again. Some people’s kids. Jesus Christ.

Nice course with wonderful old trees. Well-groomed but.tough pin placements and uber-fast greens!

Great course for the price. Layout is challenging and each hole is interesting. Highly recommend.

One of the best courses in the Ingersoll, Woodstock, Tillsonburg, Dorchester area. Always well maintained, fairways are near perfect, greens are nice. T boxes could be a little flatter in places.

This course teaches you how to play golf! Always a great time!

Not a fan of the course design. Number of holes through the woods where there is no grass on the fairway. No interest in playing there again.
