We tried the Kamayan feast. It was a nice experience, but honestly not worth it. The prices are ridiculous for what you get because other than the unique plating of the food, the food itself was bland. My favourite was probably the pork skewers and I could just pay $5 for those at grab n eat. Also tried the cakes, which were good, but again hella pricey & not worth it. We paid for the experience, but personally I’d never go again. The male server was stellar though, great service. The female server looked annoyed the entire night, though she didn’t wait on us *shrugs*
Waiters are extremely nice and the food was absolutely amazing. Tapsilog is the name of the dish I got on the brunch menu. The beef was sweet and savory, which is not traditional I think but was absolutely amazing. The garlic rice was very tasty, and the iced coffee was pretty good too. Highly recommend.
Friendly service and delicious food. Would be back in a heartbeat. Get their kamayan platter (serves 2) and don't skip out on upgrading the rice to garlic fried rice (for an additional $3, but it's really, really worth it!)
Had the best brunch that I've ever had with a few add ons: 1 pandan pancake and longanisa. The tapa (sirloin beef) with my brunch was my favorite with the pancake second! Cute place, friendly staff and delicious food and desserts! We got the desserts to-go as we were too full to eat them then but they looked too good to not get. We be back when we visit again! Make a reservation to not miss out!
Had the best bbq pork ever here. Food was fantastic and service was extremely friendly. They seem to go above and beyond for you. Food was so good pictures were forgotten.
Very delicious food and so glad we tried it out! We were 7 (3 adults and 4 tweens). Ordered 2 kamayans ahead as recommended on website, with a few add-ons, and a crispy pata. Longanisa was a favorite! Perfect amount of food and very fun to share. Finished the meal with a few desserts that just so amazing! Service was excellent and we even got to meet the chef after!
Ordered the regular Kamayani plate and it was absolutely phenomenal! The staff were very nice and attentive and made us feel very welcome:) Will be returning very soon!
I love Filipino food and was so excited when I discovered Tamis. I’m so happy to report how good the food was. It was so filling and everything we ate on their platter was delicious. I wish I had known about this place earlier, but I’ll be back many times. The service was also amazing as was the ambiance.
Horrible experience, unfriendly staff walked around us for 20 minutes and didn't take our order. Quickly attentive to any large parties but completely disdagard individuals or 2 person parties. Never coming back.
We had the Valentine Kamayan Feast: a delicate wonton soup followed by a huge platter of milkfish, shrimp, steak, eggplant and mango salad on banana leaves, then Brazo de Mercedes for dessert. Instant adaptation to my wife's pork allergy and no-alcohol requirements, and gracious service from the owner, Lito, made it a Valentine's Day to remember!
Unique brunch options that are very flavourful. Excellent presentation as well. I can't wait to come back and try their dinner plates. It's a must try!
