I just joined with Desjardins for one of my vehicles and considering the premiums out there, this quote blew me away so far in a good way. More affordable than most out there.
I have been dealing with Tina, and I must say she has been very helpful and clear the whole step of the way, she has been very flexible with her time and is always made available. Tina responds back in a very timely manner and has been thorough with all her answers answering my many questions.
My experience so far with this Dejaarden team has been fantastic!

I spoke to Taylor last week about the sale of my mothers condo and the need to cancel her Ins.
I was impressed at that time when she advised me to keep the ins. Until the deal closed. And asked that I call her back after the close to cancel.
I had that in my calendar to call her today, but she beat me to it calling me this morning.
The last few years my biggest pet pev has been that customer service has gone in the crapper. Well not in this case!
Taylor is awesome and followed up with me, Fantastic!

My experience with Desjardins has been very enjoyable to say the least. So much so that I have 2 types of insurance with them. The staff who dealt with me (Tina, Tammy & Justin) were very accommodating and understanding when handling my account. They have always been very polite and helpful when working with me. They are very knowledgeable and thorough and have always made sure to get me the best value for my money and I really appreciate that.

I have no complaints to date and I plan to continue my business them for all my future insurance needs.

So my premiums went up and I was kinda flabbergasted when I saw the increased amount. Immediately called Desjardins to find out what was going on. Best call I had with an insurance broker haha. Taylor was super easy to talk with and honest. She explained to me why the premiums went up and thought she had a busy schedule was able to make time to help me out. Thanks for the help Taylor, you’re my go to from now on.

We’ve been with Desjardins for our home insurance, and we just move all 3 auto insurance lately.
Tammy and Justin are very kind in explaining our coverage; and was able to get a good deal for our son’s auto insurance.
We’re happy all in all.

Time ran out when I was picking up my new vehicle and at the last minute Tammy was able to get the paperwork over to the dealership with time to spare. Thanx Tammy for always having my back!

Took a long time to get a response. I had it happen twice. I was told I would get a call back within 30 minutes, after 3.5 hours I called them back. Was also told that an answer to my question would be replied to by the end of the day. It has been over one day and I am still waiting. I was with this company for 27 years and because of this service, I found another company.

Called to get a quote on motorcycle insurance. Tina Boudreau was very helpful and was able to set me up so right when I closed on the motorcycle I would be covered with a simple go ahead call. She even followed up to make sure the sale went through with perfect timing. Awesome service and great price for a new rider!

I contacted Tammy Segriff Desjardins Insurance Agency for an insurance quote for my new dirt bike. Her response was very quick and I was put in contact with Tina Boudreau. Given that the dirt bike was a new purchase through an importer and had not been previously registered with Service Ontario, Tina was very responsive and worked diligently in getting all the details necessary to provide the insurance coverage I required. The whole process was done quickly and to my extreme satisfaction and a great rate.
