Tandoori Flame Brampton

My friends and i had been to Tandoori flames. The decor is good, staff is fine bt the management seemed rude to me. Food is just average, less options for vegetarians.

Incredible taste, so many choices, very close to what we get in India. The restaurant is amazing. The seating is comfortable and the best part is choice in desserts.

Don’t order any drinks here. They just sell ice in form of drinks and costs you like $14 or $15 bucks for just ice.

Grabbed a bit of the chicken from the left top of the right hand serving area. Went back to my table and upon consumption found out the chicken was undercooked/raw in some places. Stoped eating it immediately and flagged my waitress. She said she would bring it to the chefs attention and return with a fresh plate. When she did it contained 3 pieces of chicken in the same condition. Would never recommend this to anyone, lunch with my family of 5. Do not go unless you want food poisoning.

The food is so spicy! If you ask nicely, they make you use their bidet.wiping really hurts so they let me use it again the next morning… and afternoon.i can’t come back for a few months.my proctologist warned me.

Had dinner buffet on a weekday.
It's quite popular during week days also.
The buffet spread is good, Taste is good.

Extremely Unethical. The server's are legit a hustler's convention. I've never seen harder upselling on drinks. Plus they down right lied. Went there for a party and we're advised by the server that all menu items were part of the 'open bar'. Turns out that the party was paying per drink. The server's upgraded every drink by substituting premium alcohol (i.e. Don Julio) when they could and suggesting the highest priced drinks.

I really have good experience with them. I will also suggest all of my friends and relatives to visit this place. Must try

Very good service and environment. Staff is very friendly especially a girl named Gunjot who helps us in explaining all the things. Excellent service again, I loved everything

You get to try a lot of different Indian dishes here and most are really tasty! My personal favourite was biriyani, Mutton curry, Tandoori chicken, Jalebi, carrot halwa and soft serve. The atmosphere is nice too and servers are attentive.

Few small negatives - If you take cocktails they will charge you additional for the drink and also alcohol separately which was bit strange for us especially when I felt like there was hardly any alcohol on the drink which cost almost 20 dollars. Also the chat space was self serve which could have been better if there was someone to set it up for people who don’t know much about preparing the chats ourself.

Poor sitting accommodation. When you have seats available We can avoid sitting so close to others that hitting chairs to each other. Behavior is absolutely ridiculous at front. Just left never want to visit this place

Sumptuous food, Friendly Staff, neat and clean Ambience. Just a friendly advice need to reserve first, take proff of ur vaccination. Washroom should be little more clean. If more dishes of fish and cones for icecreams (Kulfi if possible) can be added it would add as another feather to Cap. Be mindful it can be very crowded at times.

Had an awesome experience here. I'm not usually a fan of Indian food but the food here was exceptional. The ambience was great. The seating capacity was quite good, didn't have to book a table beforehand. The food quality and taste was top notch. I was also left impressed by the customer service; very friendly, welcoming and professional.
The place is well approachable and has ample amount of parking.
Do give it a try!

Went for lunch on Thursday noon.
Buffet Non veg snacks: 2 snacks out of which one chicken tikka was sitting forever and dry and tandoori was not there at all till our 2 rounds of appetizers in 20 mints.
Pizza slices: Again old/no refill
Food: Was reasonably ok
Understaffed. Quick sitting though/ not busy.
Overall not the same as it used to be or may be pick a busier time to go to make your spend worth it.

They forced us to book a table with minimum 10 guests required. I had guests traveling from different parts of GTA. Eventually ended up paying for 2 guest. Zero flexibility and adjusting.

I understand if the place is jam packed but when you have 80% empty/free space.the restaurant should focus building goodwill.

Really poor experience with the management!

Worst staff. I was told buffet is open, I drove 35 Kms from South Etobicoke, upon entry the lady was asking are you fully vaccinated, I said yes, she asked me to show the proof. I asked you did not mention this on phone. No where there is any notice asking customers giving their vaccination requirements for eat in buffet. No instructions or proof of vaccination in their web site. I see she is not asking other customers, I just watched one customer family by standing at the lobby, may be she let in others as well without asking to show proof of vaccination. All customers must not let this type of discrimination. Instead they force you to take out. The curries in take out are the same ones the keep in buffet with poor quality. As usual in buffets out of many dishes only one or two are fresh, remaining are stale from days before. How can they expect some one to pay more than half of buffet price for one dish when customer is not sure of its quality. They just play games with customers in the name of buffet. Never do any take outs from here or any buffet restaurants. They are all very poor quality and showing buffet they rob you.

Visited this place during the end of May 2021 when they were following absolute covid restrictions.
Loved their buffet and specially the tandoor paneer tikka appetizer is unforgettable. Looking forward to visiting them soon again.

Never provide your credit card, they will put charges and payment which you will not be aware of, gratuities, deposits, never returned. Food full of oil, spices and burned recycled gravy.
You eat at your health and wealth risk. They will never give you deposit back, you keep visiting them, keep calling them, they will bounce you from manager to accountant.
I will strongly recommend going to somewhere else, smaller, may be more healthy food.
Food very expansive too. Charges appear in your bill which you never heard of.
If you a re with group of people, please check and recheck charges and prices, final bill and do not forget to take deposit back from these thieves

Curries not good. Mostly tastes same. Looks like they have same base gravy for all the curries. Proper Flavours are not there.

Dessert section is decent. Good options but taste is just alright.

All that glitters is definitely worth the gold of taste buds at this place.
With more than 120 dishes and close to a dozen food counters, this place has all the ingredients to entice the cravings of a food buff. Whether it is with friends, family or co-workers, you will find a reason to visit for a delightful experience.

Huge fan of tandoori flames. Made all my friend to try this place. I usually go to Mississauga location. They have awesome selection of snacks and food. After a very long time I took my family to Brampton location. Expectations were really high kids were looking forward for it. Thy have no selection for kids. Pizza and fries were the only choice and were not even ready we understand they make fresh, it was still taking longer time. We went for snacks very limited options no fish at all. Price is still the same but guys what happened to your variety. Thats what made you famous. Few items were stale. I made sure before I leave I show it to the floor manager so they don’t think this did not happen. Upon asking we were told that if u need fresh u could have asked and we would made it for u. Guys this is you job to ensure that your food is fresh and you should not have stale food on the counter. Will not take chance with Brampton location again. Rather drive to Mississauga location.
May be Brampton location is of the opinion that serve anything people don’t care no one has time to review or provide feedback.
I think you should take this feedback seriously and try to improve.

This was my first visit. I’m extremely happy with the ambience, staff courtesy and overall experience. Our server Jaya was very efficient in providing amazing service.
The food is awesome. They have an excellent variety of food. Totally worth it!

Good ambience, fair price and decent selection. Staff were around which was good.food quality seemed good but taste was average.felt like it was diluted to meet weekend rush. Visited on Sunday afternoon. I have visited Mississauga Center before this and food taste was much better, although it was before covid.overall average.

Have been going to this restaurant for years. The quality of the food has worsened over the past few years. The chicken breast in the butter chicken was disgusting I wanted to throw up. My family and I were traumatized because the food wasn’t up to quality as it used to be. This is a horrible representation of brown food. I went into the washroom and noticed something that looked like a camera although it said it was a air humidifier, I find that very uncomfortable they could find another air humidifier if it’s that needed. The cleanliness of the restaurant was OK, it wasn’t the best as the employees were struggling to keep up with the demand of customers even though the restaurant was only filled 20% of customers.
I don’t believe that I will come again. They lost customers that were loyal 5+ years.
They had a painting that had a bunch of holes on which looked bad.
The meat was horrible.

Food is good but the servers are rude and dont know customer service. We got into the restaurant at 9: 20. They made us pay for the food while we were in the middle of eating food at 9: 30 which has happened for the first time at any restaurant I have ever been to in my life either you pay upfront at fast foods restaurant or you pay at the end at most dine in. The server wanted us to leave right at 10 pm. They saw us having desserts and came 3 times and pretty much kicked us out at 10: 10. I will be filing a complaint against the illegal actions of their staff.
