Simran provided us great service tonight, we came in with a last minute order and she got our food to us in a timely manner!

Pooja, our server took good care of us. We got the tandoor window seats, what a view! Food was spectacular.

Their 12 kabab take out special is a scam. They didn't add a chicken kabab (wish I had open the boxes at the restaurant rather than trusted them) and the size does not match the poster. They are tiny, 2 kababs are equivalent to 1 regular size kabab from other restaurants.

The food is always good, the music such that it doesn’t disturb you, and neither does it really bore you.
The combos are value for money and quantity is also sufficient if not more.

First restaurant I had food in after I came to Ontario, many visits and it never ceases to amaze.

They gave me a two bite biryani for takeout. Literallly was still hungry and I payed 46 bucks.this is ridiculous

Food quantity was too low compared to prices and test was average.

I found panner little bit hard while eating so i believe it was not fresh.

Today we got biryani.its nothing it used to be earlier. Rice was very soft and mushy. Such a waste of money.

This place has the best Indian cuisine in the area but lately not sure what is going on.
Not sure if they are under new management or staff not being supervised. Food came cold and half the order was missing! Also the portions we did get were half of what we normally receive! The tandoori chicken pieces looked dehydrated and the salad was essentially just lettuce with 2 cucumber slices and 2 slices of tomato fit for 1 person. (Supposed to be 3 portions because we bought extra)
I called the restaurant directly and staff claimed they packed the order properly. Order came delivered stapled shut and untampered so I encouraged they speak to staff about quality control.
Nothing was resolved from the conversation. Wondering if there has been a new management change because this is not up to my standards when we order from here a couple times a month (at $70 a time I don't want screw ups)

Yuvraj is very arrogant. He should know how to treat the customers well its a part of hospitality. Please before opening a restaurant learn how to run it.

Food is good. But behaviour of your staff member yuvraj is not good. Very rude dont know how to talk with customer. Kindly change him

Food is good but one of most important part of hospitality is making the people feel welcomed. The server we had treated my guest with disrespect and I will not tolerate that. If the staff is not treating the guests with respect, no matter how good the food is, the place will not be open for too long.

During My Last 2 Experiences W/ Tandoori Time, A Lot Has Changed And I Can See That Based On The New 1 Star Reviews That Are Only A Week Old Left By Most Recent Customers. Out Of My Last 2 Experiences, One Was Dine-In And Most Recently, Take Out - Both Were Horrible. My Dine-In Experience Left Me Waiting Approximately 30 Minutes Before I Was Served By The Waitress And This Was Just To Place The Food Orders - An Additional 30-45 Minute Wait Time For Just Drinks And Food To Be Brought To Our Table. My Most Recent Take Out Experience Left Me Being Handed A Bag With My Orders Unfulfilled. I Was Rushed Off The Phone By The Front Desk When I Had Very Specific Orders As I Was Ordering Food For Others As Well Resulting In My Order Being Incomplete And Waiting In The Restaurant An Additional 20 Minutes After My Food Was Ready. While Everyone Can Understand Your Restaurant Is Busy, Consider Increasing Your Labor To Support W/ Your Customer Service As This Is Essential In Any Business. It's Sad To See Such Poor Reviews.

No issues with the food but this server named YUVRAJ, provided worst customer service. Such a shame cause had to deal with his rudeness while having a meal.

This spot provides fantastic service and delightful food. My favourite restaurant around town. The meals came out quickly and the prices are reasonable. Will definitely recommend this spot.

I have been getting take out from this restaurant for years now. Food and service were always great. The food I picked up today was not up to the mark. All the chicken and paneer curries I picked up were all made in the same masala. I go for the butter chicken and Shahi paneer. Today, they were one of the worst I have tasted. Either it's changed hands or the original owner is not paying attention.

I celebrated my graduation today in this excellent restaurant.happy to tell that we enjoyed a phenomenal evening and the venue was undoubtedly the reason for the happy meeting. The crew participated in a sweet style, the food was appetizing and my buddies were extremely thrilled. We shall absolutely visit again for more joyful events.thanks very much.

Pathetic biryani. Will never go again. They serve stale and sour leftover biryani from previous days. Suffered from food poisoning for a week.

They have the most amazing butter chicken and biryani. I am going to this place for over 20 years and they never disappointed me. Their butter chicken is made from scratch with lots of spices that are heavenly matched. Biryani has lots of different spices as well and it is full of flavor. I live 50 km away, it is worth the drive.
PEOPLE, do yourself a favor, go there and order combo for 2 with butter chicken, chicken biryani and tandoori chicken, you will thank me later. Ask them to make fresh tandoori chicken, you have to wait 5 minutes longer, but it is worth.
If you never tried Indian food before go there. Tandoori Time is any time, any time is Tandoori Time.

I went here for a spontaneous lunch with a friend and I must say, for a last minute option I wasn’t expecting much, but I was completely impressed by this restaurant. The restaurant is a medium sized with ample seating area. The waiter was very cordial and sat us promptly and our order was taken in less than 10 minutes. I had the chicken shawarma curry with naan and my friend another chicken curry with rice. We ordered our curry with medium spiciness and we were not disappointed. The dishes were savoury and balanced. The head from the green peppers was nicely balanced out with the savouriness of the curry. The naan was one the best restaurant made naan I have tasted. My only complaint was the rice portion was a little small and I wish I had more than 1 naan for an entire entree. Otherwise, the service, the dishes and the atmosphere was nice. I thoroughly enjoyed my lunch and would recommend this restaurant. I would most likely visit again.

Catered food yesterday for 30 people. The food was absolutely tasteless. Everything literally was bad. Highly disappointed

The reason I did not give this restaurant a 4 star is because their take out food portions for meat is very small. Check out the size of their butter chicken take out container.

They accept reservation for iftar unlike some restaurant. There were empty tables at iftar. Food came right on time. Everything was pretty good as always. We tried chicken Tikka this time. We loved it.

I wanna share my bad experience with this place. If anyone have time can read my comment. I am an international student here and two years ago i was looking for work because i have to pay my bills and tution fee. I applied for work in tandoori time and dropped my resume there. A week later they gave me a call that they will hire my as a server but before they will give me training for one week and that would be unpaid. I agreed to the terms because i dont have work that time and I need work as early as possible. They said i have to come in black pants and black shirt. I didnt had black clothes so I borrowed money from my friend and bought these clothes. Later after my training and working there for almost 8 hours a day. The lady manager or the owner said he will call me when they need me. And when i was leaving the place, one of there employee told me that they not gonna call me because she always do this with new people looking for work. I cried there at the bus stop. They take advantage of need of the poor people. This is my personal issue that i am sharing here. I dont want to say anything about the food because i dont know about that.

The customer service of the staff and manager is really embarrassing and very poor in communication. They actually don't know how to talk and greet the customer. Not at all recommended.

Great place for Indian Pakistani food. Friendly and attentive staff. The place is never too busy to not have a table. I like their chicken karahi and beef seekh kabobs. Butter chicken could use some work. Over all a great place with reasonable prices.
