I ordered naan, butter chicken and jeera rice through Skip the dishes. The food was a total disaster. Nothing really tasted anything. The gravy in the butter chicken was nothing, but food color. The chicken was awful in taste. I dumped all the food into the garbage as I couldn't eat their tasteles food. Total waste of money. You guys should be ashamed to sell this kind of food saying that it's the authentic food of India.

The place is small but clean. The customer service was absolutely trash, and the food is extremely trash. I ordered two briyanis and they gave me rice mixed with old curry probably from the night before and mixed with lots of Chilli powder which you can literally tell is old by tasting and also the side green yogurt like stuff which is suppose to be liquid but it was more like cheese curds. I think it went bad and it was gross. Sad part is I ordered a take out and tipped them 15 which I regret. I m never coming back to this place ever again and I wouldn't recommend anyone either. This place made me feel like mcds would have been a better option and cheaper. Absolute TRASH

Absolutely 10/10 every time. We exclusively order delivery, and we won’t order from anywhere else when it comes to Indian food. Favourites are paneer tikka masala, saag paneer, aloo tikka chat, veggie pakora, onion bhaji. So so flavourful and delicious!

I only ever order off of Skip the Dishes, but this is my families favourite Indian restaurant to order from! We especially love the Biryani and the fresh naan, we haven’t ordered a dish that we don’t like!

Food was authentic and tasty. Our server was wonderful and was very knowledgeable about the dishes on the menu. She checked in many times about the quality of our dishes. All together it was a great experience.

I like the Music collection. I spent almost 1: 30 hours here. Songs Sound collection is great. It's a Punjabi restaurant. Food is Good.
Prices are reasonable.

Worst food ever, had chicken tikka masala which was literally tasteless & lamb curry which was sour beyond imagination. Ruined our dinner, TBH

Best authentic Indian food.great service and really nice atmosphere if small families. Tried there lots of dishes all of them were amazing and yum.

We been getting take out from here for 2 years. Upon picking up our order they sent curry home lidless. And you can only imagine the disaster in my brand new vehicle. Called and asked for the manager, and it took them so long to even get a hold of someone I'm charge. When speaking to the manager he was rude, would not give his name and asked me what do I want. I will never order from this location, poor service, bad customer service. Tried to resolve the situation but clearly they wanted no part of the fault. Even told them we could send the pictures etc but they ignored the whole conversation.

We went to this place twice because of some good reviews. Once they didn't pick up the phone. We went and door was locked after half and hour of open time on the door. Second time we went and hour late just in case. They opened the door we us and told up to wait another hour, which would make our lunch time 1 pm.

I don't think I want to try this place again. No business ethics at all.

It was good experience with tandoori tonight. Seems like menu is so interesting. Straight to point. No specially the biryani amazing. Most recommended

It was a wonderful experience at Tandoori tonight. I feel its one of the best places in Barrie to try out Authentic India Savoury. I noticed some people commenting about the service but for me The best part is the service, everyone in restaurant is so friendly and welcoming and it enchances the Aura of the place. The food is undoubtedly fantastic. Even though the restaurant is busy always they always make sure to serve on time and keep the quality intact.

This restaurant is okay on the rating scale. There are good and bad things that we noticed. We did dine in as were travelling back to GTA and did a pit stop here

Cons:
1. The parking is not great as there is garbage dump next to parking and the smell the moment you get down from your car is very strong and filthy. The smell continues until the stairs of the restaurant which also has a small open trash can right at the footsteps.

2. Even though the restaurant was quite empty but for the food to arrive it takes 45 mins.

3. We ordered our food including Dal Makhni and 20 mins later we were told they are out Dal Makhni, if you don't have, it shouldn't take 20 mins to tell the customer that you don't have a dish

Pros:
1. Our server was nice and polite and she made every effort to make us feel comfortable and listened to our requests

2. The food was also good, even though we weren't very hungry but we still liked the food and everything was cooked to perfection. We ordered Naan, Lacha parantha, paneer tikka masala and Allu gobhi
The parantha were really good size.

I would recommend this restaurant for take out as the food is good and price wise it's on mid range.

I ordered chicken noodles, the taste was amazing, perfect to the spice level, and great portion.

Channa bhatura was good, but soya chaap few pieces of chaap all filled with gravy taste was not very good. I tried masala chaap in brampton that was amazing filled with masala on top of chaap not gravy

Not good at all, butter chicken was just watered down food colouring concoction.and their amristsari fish was worse, no flavour soggy pieces of basa fish.

Here is my experience:

Service: The staff and employees were very nice and friendly. The server who took my order was very good at explaining and suggesting menu items.

Quality: All the food portions were generous. The tandoori chicken came with 6 pcs. My only concern is the curry and the veggie dish was not very flavourful, we experienced the tandoori chicken to be slightly blend. This restaurant has some potential to revisit their menu to be sure its spices are at the appropriate level.

Cleanliness: The facility looked okay, a little outdated dining area.

This restaurant is “okay”. I would try again as it has potential.

The food was amazing. It was nice place and customer service was absolutely amazing. Really enjoy my visit. For sure, I would recommend this restaurant if you are looking for super delicious Indian food.

Super slow service. Just 1 waiter who was very sweet.they need to hire more ppl. Ordered 4 masala dosas and 1 paper dosa at 10: 05 and got just the masala dosas at 1045 and did not get paper dosa till 11. They did compensate by not charging us but my son ended up not eating cz he had ordered that.
Sweet Lassi is flop. Mango Lassi is fine.

I ordered Amritsari Kulcha as per taste It was good but quantity of channa was not enough. Overall service was fast and good. Thank you guys

The food here is fantastic. We get Chicken Madras, Chicken Korma, Dal Fry and Garlic Naan. The food quality is fantastic and portions are also good. We always end up with a few meals for the next day. Always good next day.

Good quality food, will try again, update lately had to wait up 20 mins upon arrival.they need to fix that wait issue.

Please don’t order Biryani here! I have ordered chicken and lamb biryani today. It doesn’t even taste like some masala rice! It tastes like they simply mixed white rice with some red chilli water, green chilli, onion and tomato. I have never had this kind of horrible biryani (tomato rice) in my entire life! It’s totally waste of time and money! I don’t even give single star it there is an option!

You guys need good chef honestly. Paneer full of colour and cream pathetic taste and dal doesn’t look like Makhni…

Ordered vegetable jalfrezi and chicken Korma. Curry tasted like it was warmed up from a can. Shallow flavor. Veg jalfrezi was dry and with vegetables that seemed to come from a cheap frozen package. Both were also way too spicy

Today I order aloo wala prantha.it was very delicious and presentation was very nice. It comes so many side items. Must try.

Really great quality traditional Indian food, love it everytime. I also really enjoy the customer service, had no problem to explain different dishes to you when I asked and very friendly aswell.

Garbage food, moreover the customer service is worst in the world, i think they need to shut the restaurant down, stop wasting people money. They dont know how to serve food, how to assist customer. Totally baseless staff

Food tasted old and not fresh. The main thing is that their servers don’t even know what customer service is. One of their server was so rude that she didn’t even took the order for 30 mins on a non busy evening. Then she fought with one of my friend’s over using too many napkins which I find was completely cheap tbh.lol. Moreover we never received our full order and we left by paying for whatever we got. These guys need to change their staff and food asap. They need to work on their staff and food rather than posting fake 5 star reviews. Don’t know how these guys are still in business!

I had ordered chicken biryani and asked for make it little spicy on chicken. They put chilli powder on the rice and mix it like fried rice after that I dig for chicken finally I found two tiny piece of chicken I don't why they put name is chicken biryani. I request everyone please don't order any biryani from there.
One of the worst experience and food I had after a long time.

Being an admirer of Indian food, I thought I would not find any good Indian food restaurant in Barrie. My research came to an end when one of my friends recommended me Tandoori tonight. Food was amazing and customer service was cherry on the top.
Tandoori tonight is representating Indian delicacy perfectly. I ordered few typical Indian cuisines, Indian-Thai and Indian-Malasian cuisines, everything was perfectly cooked and served. Usuage of Indian spices was very nicely done which made the food look and taste even better.
I would highly recommend Tandoori tonight for your big days if you want quality and quantity service.

We were sent here upon the recommendation of an Indian friend of ours. Next time we see her, my family is going to stone her

While there are many words I could use to describe Tandoori Tonight, I’m going to say only this: Tandoori Tonight is a bad restaurant.

Saturday Dinner Be like it!
I felt like eating Indian food - especially like a home style cooked vegetable and decided to visit this place. Jashan, was fantastic when it came to service. I was scared at first to order Bhindi Masala thinking it was a North Indian restaurant. However, she assured me that it’s prepared well. Taking her advice I ordered and it was Fantastic. Loved my meal. It was simply delicious - the Bhindi was crisp, right amount of spices, a hint of amchur powder which gave it the tanginess. Simply Loved it.
And Yes Ofcourse the soft fluffy buttery Roti.

Kudos to Chef Prashant (I hope I did not get the name wrong lol).
I do recommend everyone visit this place.

Great atmosphere, friendly staff, amazing food with large portions and great prices. Chicken tiki masala is a superb choice and I highly recommend it.

Amazing food and service. I order take out all the time but tonight my husband and i went to eat in the dinning room. The food was amazing and fresh. Tasty and flavorful. I am a person who lets say isnt well versed in cultured foods. This i crave. Chicken korma, tandoori shrimp. All amazing. Thank you for a wonderful date night. We will be back.

Very good Indian food. Barrie needs this restaurant as it's very homestyle food and it's absolute delicious. I went there before they even had a grand opening and it was a very good experience. The staff is welcoming and service is good. I ordered Dal Makhani, Chicken Biryani, Naan and Gulab Jamun. Everything was delectable. Highly recommended!

We regret for visiting this Tandoori Tonight. The food is not fresh. We ordered Chicken biriyani, Jilebi and ladoo, There was few scrambled chicken pieces (less than one inch sized) was there. Couple of my friends cant even finish the food. If the store owner is reading this, Hello sir, stop cheating people. Or atleast drop the price dude.

Good Restaurant. Ordering pick-up from them tonight for a second time. First time was nice. Ordered the lamb Rogan josh and the lamb vindaloo for my fiancé. The lamb was super yummy and tender, the flavours were good. My only complaint was that the sauce for the curry was very thin like water.

Staff is friendly but service is slow.

Their server could use a little training on how to interact with customers, but hey at least the food is great.
