Very rude staff. He asked me to don’t use phone we are getting disturbed or you can go out. Refused to give Chana Bhatura at first said not available. Bad staff bad food don’t recommend to go here. We did catering from here before too. But this is my last time I am here very bad. I dont right review but this really pissed me off. You can’t grow a restaurant like this.

I ordered 2 chicken Tikka masala and both of them were very liquidy and there was no oil or taste to it. The chicken was also not cooked very well.

I go here at least once a week. I highly recommend the beef vindaloo, chilli chicken and chicken Masala dishes, but I'm sure all the dishes are excellent. The quality is great and the portions are large. The garlic Naan is very good as well. The customer service is also excellent, the staff are always really friendly and helpful in answering any questions that I have. As i write this review I am looking forward to my next visit.

The food is delicious but the punctuality is awful. On both their storefront and website, it's advertised they open at 11: 00 am. Yet when you get there, you are asked to come back nearly an hour later which is absolutely unacceptable. If you are not ready to serve by your scheduled opening time, then you need to change your schedule. Unfortunately they have lost me as a customer. Not to mention I think some of the staff are racist as I remember them being fairly polite and friendly to a White lady who was ahead of me yet were all business like when it came to me.

Chicken briyani was soo bad, the smell wasn't good. The chicken was not seasoned.
"kebab" wrap was ridiculous

I was surprised how great there food is. Going in I had low expectations as it looked like a chain restaurant. I was honestly amazed how good the food is.

Having lived in the GTA for years, I've had the best of the best. This place is a solid 8/10. Only place I go in KW when I'm craving Indian food.

I loved the food, though it was difficult to find something not spicy. I'm not familiar with Indian cuisine though, maybe it's a normal thing. The portions are decent, we took one box of rice and two regular boxes of different meat and it was enough for a family of four. The service was very good, the person at the counter was kind and polite, he gave us to try different sauces so we could make our choice.

I am regular visitor to this place. I have a suggestion, please do not serve chicken chili when you know it is not good!

Everytime we use to get our veg somosas from here but now from few days thier quality of service has degraded. Last time got half broken somosas and sweat orders were also not nice.

Ordered a Lamb Biryani, there was no fragrance, no flavor, , what happened? Did you changed your cook or what? Lamb tasted like beef!
Earlier it used to be ok but today it was bad, couldn't enjoy it.

The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because of portion size.tasteless, overly spicy, oily food.would not order from here again

Got some Chicken Briyannie and Samosa. And I can say it was delicious and inexpensive. Owners were very friendly and kind. Definitely going back to try something different.

Worst Manchurian ever tasted in my whole life. I don't know what kind of soy, vinegar, or third grade/quality of sauce they use but I brought it in the combo 1, (two veg curries and naan) and the Manchurian just killed my taste-buds. Super sour taste. Even the food is of average grade, Naan was undercooked, Kadhi pakora was average.salty.and lastly shahi panneer was more like a gareeb (poor) paneer. Its not even worth $5. Hated it.

Because we had a very bad experience about the food we bought last time (too much salt so that we cannot taste anything else) we asked the person at the counter if we could taste the curry before we buy. She said they do not allow tasting now and was very rude. We were planning to buy for $100 and want to make sure we do not have the same experience like last time. We decided not to buy from there because we were worried about the quality of the food. The quality of food at this outlet has gone downhill in the last few months, that we will not buy from there again.

I love their Lahore Fish and whenever I have placed an order either on phone or went in person, they always get it ready on time.

Great food, amazing service. If we are on the way back home to Stratford from Kitchener, we always stop in. If we lived closer, we'd be here all the time!

Tried the chilli chicken. Tasted sour and tangy. Expensive price for the portion received.

Delicious Indian cuisine. The beef vindaloo is amazing, the portions of beef are huge. I highly recommend Tandoori Express to anyone who loves Indian. The dishes are pre made and ready in minutes. I'm looking forward to my next visit. The garlic naans are large and taste great as well. I can't understand the bad reviews on here as my overall experience was above and beyond my expectations. The customer service from the gentleman who works there was excellent, he was very helpful, friendly, inviting and he answered all my questions about other dishes available. The location was clean and well taken care of.

The fresh naan bread is amazing. And loved the Qur’an playing in the background, MashaAllah.

The best quick food I have had in a long time. Service, selection, and price are all first rate. Outstanding flavors - properly prepared food. A very healthy choice for a delicious lunch at a very, very reasonable price. Why eat terrible American-style fast food when you can enjoy real cuisine for the same price?

Tried their combo 3- portion which was good. Tandoori Chicken legs were absolutely delicious and spicy as per my preference.

The goat curry smelled of raw meat and the garlic butter naans were hardly buttery. The achari chicken was also not great as the chicken was still oozing blood, not sure how they manage to run a business like that.

Staff was upset, we asked questions and he reluctantly answered. It felt like we were insulting him for asking questions re food.
