Eddie is an amazing person. Such a sweet and kind gentlemen. It was first time shopping for leather as I am an beginner to leathercraft and my questions were answered right away about different leathers and dyes and what not. I told Eddie I bought a cheap amazon kit to start a project which is a wallet and needed a few more things and we chatted and started picking up items. The experience was effortless and amazing. He even showed me live examples of some of my questions which is just amazing. Going above and beyond. I will definitely be joining a live class as soon as I can! And i will definitely bring my project to show as requested in the next week. Thank you for the confidence boost.

Super helpful and knowledgeable staff. Always a great stop for rivets, fasters, and high quality tools. Staff are always happy to troubleshoot problems and come up with solutions for tricky projects. Usually pretty well stocked in all the essentials and my go to shop when I need to sort out supplies ASAP.

Just ordered a side of veg tan over the phone. Delivered in two days and It looks fantastic. Every time I go there or place a phone or web order the service and products are great. Highly recommend.

The staff here went above and beyond to make the experience very enjoyable. If was refreshing to shop in a store where the people working use the products resulting in superior product knowledge. They were more than willing to go the extra mile, to ensure I was well setup and made great recommendations on what I was purchasing and what I will need as I progress. We'll worth the 2 hour drive.

The manager was absolutely lovely. Super friendly with some lovely conversation and no pause in helping me find exactly what I was looking for. Even went out of their way to scrounge up a discarded and hidden piece of scrap. Worker greeted me immediately and jumped at the chance to assist as well. Made a loyal customer!

Their customer service is unreal, they really care about making sure you get the right leather, tools, supplies, etc for the project at hand. Super friendly, extremely helpful, just absolutely awesome!

I love this location of Tandy! Incredibly knowledgeable and kind owner! It's always an amazing shopping experience and I really enjoy the conversations with him! This location is HUGE and they often have many leathers on sale. I really like that they are all located at the front table. The go to store if you need some funky leather on sale!

After several internet orders, this was my first time going in person to Tandy in Mississauga. Edward and Rebecca were helpful beyond belief. I have mobility issues and while I sat on my butt, Edward ran all over the store, my long list and a basket in hand. They both brought my items out to my van and loaded them in. Can't say enough! We have been there many times. "Camden", (may have forgotten his name) who works withe leather himself, has been very helpful, and informative with our projects and our finds in the store.

My first time going to tandy leather and wow! The selection is incredible and the staff was soo helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Obviously this is why they have been around for 100 years. Amazing!

My wife and I started into leather craft about 2 months ago. We were not sure this was going to be our winter hobby or not. The we met "ED" the manager. Ed is the kind of guy who makes you feel like you've known him for a lifetime even though you only walked through the door 5 minutes ago. Ed loves his craft and loves sharing it with you. Don't know how to saddle stitch? No problem Ed grabs two scraps and teaches you on the spot. Not sure how to finish an edge? That's right, Ed to the rescue. That's not to say Ed is a one man show, Nooo, the rest of the staff are amazing too. No one on staff is rushed. When they are helping you, you get 100% of there attention and experience.

The store is amazing.huge selection of leathers.all kinds of tools, tons of accessories. They have great quality entry level tools and pricier pro tools. They have an amazing array of stamps and the dye selection is impressive.

This is an amazing store. Ed is a leather god. The staff have tons of knowledge.

I havent been to a tandy store in years and i can only say that the staff were not very helpful or accommodating, i wanted to buy some leather strapping for some repair work and i wanted a little adjustments done to the strap, the shop looks like it was setup for customers to come in and do their own leather work with tables and machines for them to use but it seems i was mistaken in that regard.its a shame to see leather craft dying such a slow death.

Was served by Edward. He went far beyond the necessary to help. Definitely on the Nice list.

The store owner Edward was amazing help. I initially came to the store to get my belts adjusted, however he actually ended up teaching me how to adjust the belt myself and I did it right in the store.

No rush, great humour and quality knowledge on the topic of leather. I recommend anyone with their leather needs to come here.

Edward from Tandy leather has been amazing. He has come out to our school to demonstrate leather working skills for our students without charging to do so. His time and expertise has inspired and generated much enthusiasm. It is a fantastic opportunity that students would not have experienced otherwise. Been shopping here on rare occasions for the last 4-5 years. Same great customer service every time. It seems better organized since my last visit
