Horrible service. They asked us to leave because one child was having fries from outside. The food was in our plates and they still asked us to leave. Extremely disappointed with their service. Not recommended.

Horrible service, the cashier didn’t close the food container properly which made the food spill all over the car and it was extremely hot that it burnt my husband’s hand! When we called they said it’s not them and they know how to close the container! Emily in the Whitby location kept telling my husband “it’s your fault”

My husband and I took our relatives from the Netherlands they. We all really enjoyed the food. The server was very nice. Would totally recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Worst and rude Customer service!

Ready cooked cold foods served. I have been a long-term customer and the quality of food and service has dropped to a point that returning to this place is like enjoying being punished.

Good Chinese food! Must try their Chicken Szechuan fried rice, Chilli Chicken and Veg Manchow Soup

Food is tasty. Dish I got was a bit too spicy. Pay attention to the peppers
Manchurian chicken and hakka noodles are so tasty. The restaurant was clean and the servers were very nice. The location is in a plaza with plenty of parking.

Good food, good portions. Staff is amazing. Wish the bathrooms were a bit nicer and didn't have a ladder in the stall.

Service definitely need some improvement.

We tried Hot and Sour Soup, Seafood Fried Rice, Noodles and Chilli Chicken.
My recommendation would be Fried Rice. Other food were average quality.

This place has changed a lot in the last four years. Went back there for first time in a long time and it is not suitable for dining in. The restaurant is in disarray and the bathroom facilities are falling apart. Storage is everywhere and meal prep was happening in the dining hall. Will not be going back

The food is just yum! Best in Durham so far! Portion sizes are totally worth the price. Always enjoy going and staff is also very nice and friendly. Looking forward to come again!

WARNING - WHITBY LOCATION

Was looking forward to my pad thai (take out) … if only they had made the right dish. When I called to see if they could fix their error - they wouldn’t. They’re “offer” to make again and pay again wasn’t even an option for me. I didn’t argue - never do when it comes to food. But the lack of customer service has them banned. $20 down the drain.

Warning: Check your food before you pay and make sure you got what you ordered - or go elsewhere. Plenty of other solid options in the area.

The lollipop chicken is just a regular chicken leg
Rice tasted like it was cooked in beer

Ordered food 40 minutes before picking it up. Got there and my order was not found. The gentleman I talked to hung up on me and was extremely rude, like they were so busy he had no time to talk. When I got there the restaurant was empty. When I asked for the menu again he handed me the same one I ordered from. My biggest problem is the menu said for the dinner for 4 said $55.00. The actual price is $75.00 + tax. When I asked why the difference in price I was told that’s the old price and the menu they handed me was just for the food menu, what!? So instead of pay $55 + tax I paid $75 + tax and the cost of a beer while I waited. I’ve travelled the world and I have to admit this is the first time I have ever experienced this. But like I always say, you can get me once! I will never be back. Rude, dishonest and still charged me for waiting.

The worst customer service and rude. I placed an order over the phone and picked it up. Before I picked I confirm they say yes yes yes. When I got home, it was wrong ordered, and they don't even accept it that there may be a chance they made a mistake.
This is just a reminder to people to please make sure you are right before you leave the store. Otherwise, it is 100 percent of your fault.

Decent food, okayish vibe. Would stick to pickup rather than dine in. But good quality authentic Tangra food. Definitely should try

Bathroom doors and stalls were all open, and a big tub of chili oil was open by the bathroom door. Very questionable hygiene. Food came out in less than 5 minutes, so it was clearly not freshly prepared and had been sitting around. Asked for soup to be reheated and it came back the same temperature.

Love the food, always fast and on time. Portion size is still decent at a time when other places are cutting back. Have re-ordered on numerous occasions and will continue to do so.

The sweet corn chicken soup gave me food poisoning! And I'm a mother who is breast feeding, I can't take any meds, I've been vomiting and suffering all day! I'm so disappointed with the quality of your food.

Please never order from this restaurant. The manager over is pathetic. Do not want to say sorry for the mistake. I ordered Vegetarian Bombay Panner and inside the dish there was one piece which was chicken. When brought to managers attention his exact words are “May be this restaurant is not for you (vegetarian) guyz. He was not even having discussions to change the dish or give refund. He also accepted they do not have separate fryers for vegetarians and non-veg. He accepts that is might have happened and his attitude was really pathetic. Garbage restaurant and should not even go in there. He does not care about customers like us. Worst customer service, worst manager. The restaurant should be “Boycott by us (vegetarians) ” if the reviews goes to zero I would give worst and most hatred review.
