Terrible service the wait staff just sit at a table in the corner and yell across the restaurant for you to find a table. Takes at least 10 mins for someone to ask if u want a drink when there are 4 staff and only 4 customers! I’ve honestly never experienced such HORRIBLE service.

Tables, floor and menus were so dirty and sticky. The cook and 2 waitresses were complaining about the manager the whole time. I had to walk up and ask for my bill.horrible food and service and very expensive. Do not recommend!

There a reason this place is rated so low. Here’s ours…
We walked in and sat down after waiting with bags and getting no response. They brought us our drinks. The staff got into a heated argument between themselves which was uncomfortable.
We had a couple hours to kill so we we just ignored it. They never came to ask us for anything else. An hour later we decided to order some nachos.
He said they were closing because the flight at that gate was cancelled. We checked and it clearly wasn’t.
A lady came in and asked to be served and they told her the same thing. She also checked and said it was still at this gate. Reluctantly they let her sit down but they closed half of the seating and we’re angry with her for sitting on the wrong side.
We paid and left.
Why a business like this exists boggles the mind.

The food is good and it's a very nice place where to stay while waiting a flight. The service is wonderful, in the sense that the guy that works there is so kind and is worth winning the employee of the year's award, BUT the owner has urgently to understand that he has to hire someone more for dinner time! İt is physically not possible to run this restaurant in only two people.

This place is total disaster - no one serves you - staff just mill around cleaning random things rather than serve customers - avoid at all costs.

Maral is the sweetest! She’s pregnant and still carrying those trays! Making sure orders are in and I’m taken care of! She’s the main reason I visit! Take care of her when you see her!

Avoid this place at all costs. Should have gotten food from the Tim Hortons. Nachos tasted good, but there wasn't anything special and they were definitely overpriced.
Don't get me started on staff. One woman had her cup on a table preventing patrons from sitting there as she was 'on a break'. As soon as she moved her cups, the guests went to move and told that they couldn't because they were already served at the bar.
Took forever to get the bill as they just didn't bother coming to check on me once.
Very poor establishment.

The place is good for a quick bite. Food was good, standard fare. And the drinks were strong! Maral made our experience memorable, she was funny and friendly.

Great breakfast but service is a bit slow giving the fact that I told them I'm rushing to customs (like most people)

This place is not open during open hours, which is very frustrating. Therefore I hate it. Hate hate hate. Double hate. Loathe entirely.

The server with black hair and chunky red highlights and the the dye fanny pack was EXTREMELY rude and discriminatory against my friend. She targeted him and wouldn't stop trying to cause problems as we ate. She was extremely aggressive right off the hop and loudly made fun of us with her coworker who also didn't seem impressed. Not sure if she's having a bad day or this behaviour is acceptable but I will be sure to avoid this place and tell my friends to go here with the expectation of the serving staff trying to embarrass you and be aggressive despite the restaurant being empty and then being under no stress. We just wanted to eat our meal without getting so much negativity from an angry staff member. Our server liked us just fine, it was the other server who was out of control.

I’ve been sitting here since 12: 31. It is now 12: 53. Not one server has approached me. I am within view of the bartender. Dirty plates on the four tables around me long after people have left. It is shocking how slow this service is.

Updated: it was now 1: 02pm. I asked for waitress to be told there are no waitresses and I have to order at the bar. Despite there being breakfast menus on the table, no breakfast is served. Only 4 items. Chicken stripes and fries, nachos, chicken wings or poutine.

Bar tender is not happy. Probably overworked and no staff but she is not letting anyone who walks in know that this is the situation. People have been waiting for 30+ mins before realizing they won’t get breakfast (only menu on the tables).

Seems like the two servers working a very full bar are about fed up. Maybe they should get an appropriate level of staff and more than one payment machine. Everyone seems grumpy because everything takes forever. Not great

Horrible costumer service, extremely rude and unprofessional and ignorant staffing. Will never go back there again and will never recommend it to anyone. Stay away.

What a s#*t show! Waited to be seated like the sign said to do. No staff acknowledged that there was a line up for 15 mins and customers inside said to just grab a table. Then I sat for half an hour trying order food. They avoided me like the plague. They only had 4 menu items and 4 beers to choose from. When they finally took my order, after I basically had to grab a waiter by his arm, he dropped it off and never saw him for 25 mins. What a horrible experience. Go to the Timmy’s, you’ll be done quicker and at least be acknowledged.

Worst. “Service”. Ever. You have to nearly beg for service while you watch the staff shuffle around fighting with each other. I asked a woman at the bar who I should ask for service. “Her”, I was told. I asked “her” and was ignored. She actually made full eye contact as I requested a couple of beers and some food, then she walked away. Who finally served me? The other “her”. How long did I wait for food you ask? 45 mins. How much did I pay? Waaay too much. It galls me to pay a fortune for a beer and then be treated like a major inconvenience instead of a customer. Unfortunately it’s the only place to eat at all in this part of this godforsaken airport.

Only sit down choice anywhere near Gates B1-5. At least what we saw. I guess it's a bar type plce that offers breakfast. (4 menu items). Pretty pedestrian. Eggs were still running and under-cooked a bit. Toast was barely toasted. Coffee - just skip it and go to Tim's next door.

Our server seemed a bit grumpy, no idea why.

Not surprised overall average rating is only 2.8.

Cane in to an empty restaurant at 830 on a Saturday and all of the tables were dirsty, and staff standing around talking.

Only sit-down place around my gate (B3-5 at terminal 3 at YYZ), so not like this review will make a difference, but this place is gross and it might make a difference to someone.

I’ll not give them one star. Only 10 coustomer in entire restaurant yet i have to wait half and hour for a bottle of beer.

We waited 5 minutes at the door while two of the people working had a conversation, then when they finally said "sit anywhere" from across the room, we found a seat. From there the two people that were having a conversation avoided eye contact with us. We waited for ten minutes and finally saw a third server. We thought to ourselves "oh good! She'll come over! " Noooope! She dawdled right out the door without even a glance over. At that point we packed our two kids back up and left. Possibly the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. One star is too many.

Terrible. Restaurant was filthy with every singly table full of dirty dishes. We found a table and sat waiting for 25 minutes. I finally went to the bar and stood staring right at the staff for another 10 minutes. When a server finally decided to notice me she said oh we're closed. It was 8 p.m. On a busy night with flights coming and going.

I would have liked to have been a customer, but the sole employee refused to sell any beverage that was not alcohol. I went in for food, but due to lack of staff, there was no food service. I wanted a club soda or tonic water or a pop, however, the employee kept saying, "Only bar. Only bar. " I have never been refused service like that in my life. It was one of the most ridiculous experiences I have ever had. Unbelievable.

Don’t go unless you have multiple hours to kill. Took 30 minutes to be greeted, then our drink order didn’t come for another 30 minutes (after I went up to bar to get myself) non apologetic and poor service overall. I don’t expect a lot as I worked in service industry for quite some time, but that was not even close to my worst experience. Extremely shocked how it can be that bad.

Made we wait by the front for 5 minutes before the host walked by and waved me in while rolling her eyes. I was left standing awkwardly between tables while she went to a nearby table.

It took 10 minutes to talk to me. She walked away while I was still talking when she realised I only wanted a drink.

I waited 30 minutes for a coffee and water that never came.

I walked out. I'm 30min short and very upset. I never post reviews. But this was stunning.

2 servers with zero experience, no one getting seated or served. Took me 35 mins for them to notice me. I even asked for a beer at the bar and was told 1 minute while she served others and didn’t come back to me. Price is expensive, small portions

Not impressed. Was told the menu they had was from pre covid so everything I tried to order wasn’t on it. Order one beer and one glass of wine and it was $37? Didn’t even get a check to see what I was charged. Bartender was pretty rude.

The only restaurant option for gates B2-B5 and I was clearly not welcome there. Understandably their kitchen offered minimal choices (only fries and chicken strips) so I popped over to their grab and go for food and then was seated. I asked the server for a coffee and she said the pot was old and not good to have. I asked if she could brew a fresh pot and she said no it will just go to waste and I should go to Tim Hortons instead. After I got a Timmy’s coffee I came back and was told I couldn’t sit at the restaurant because then everyone would want to sit there.

Funny they aren’t busy enough to make a coffee for a patron but their too busy to let me sit there and eat the food I bought from them.

Horrendous service. Obviously no one is interested in their job and everyone working there seemed pretty miserable. Save yourself the time and stop somewhere else on the way over to gates B2-B5.

High priced items and RUDE service with VERY long waiting time, 20 minutes just to get 1 bottled beer right at the bar. It's ridiculous.

The rudest waiter I have ever seen. I asked him if there is nonalcoholic drink he was like ‘no! What’s wrong with u, this is a bar, go to Tim Hortons! ’ I then ordered beer for my father and tap water for my mom and my self (I said 2 water plz for 3 times). He first ignored me and then gave me one cup.

Amazing experience! Start to finish! Service and food was great. And we got to watch a beautiful sunset before our flight! Would definitely reccomend.

I was seated promptly, asked if I wanted a drink and handed a menu. Server was pleasant and friendly. There was a shift change and the new employee was great as well. I ordered and the food was served quick and hot. The food was delicious and the beer is cold. The price is what you would expect in an airport but with it. Now that I know this jewel is hidden in terminal 3 I go straight there.
