Our go to shop when we have any issues with our vehicles. Never felt like we were being sold on something we didn't need and they are always up front and honest.

There are two guys working there, the guy sit at the desk was extremely rude, impatient and awkward.however the older guy was the very opposite, he is very passionate, nice, warm and honest. I honestly don’t know how they are working together. Decent service not gonna lie but the tall guy ruined my experience completely. It made me wonder if I got overcharged sometimes. Idk if he is an employee or what.but I got an advice for you. FIRE HIM.

Failed to fix my transmission issue. Ended up having to scrap the car after paying these guys $2000 for improper replacement job.

Did a safety inspection for my car. Would definitely recommend Tapp Auto. Charges are reasonable as well.

When my daughter moved from Nova Scotia to Ottawa I reached out to a friend to find a reputable garage to inspect her car. Tapps Automotive was the one that was recommended. She was able to get her car inspected quickly and reasonably without any issues. I appreciated knowing there are honest and trustworthy businesses and I will continue to encourage her to have her regular services completed at Tapps Automotive.
