It was very nice!
Atmosphere was chill and love the level of music perfect to enjoy the vibe but also to have a nice chat!

Food was very tasty! The poutine was very flavorful. That was the steam poutine!

We tried the beers as well! So tasty.

It was excellent service! Will definitely go back again

Very good fish and chips, taps selection are interesting and the waitress are good with offering suggestions to try.

Great spot to stop of for food and drink
We did an escape room in the area and Taps is away from the busy central Niagara, so is a little more affordable and not as busy.

Food was fresh and came to our table quickly. Good selection of ales on tap, and Jesse our server was great.

Great food and great atmosphere. They were able to accommodate our party of 7, including a person in a wheelchair. The food was absolutely amazing and our server, Jeff, was absolutely wonderful. He made suggestions, and chatted about the area, as we are visiting from the states. Highly recommend supporting this restaurant and brewery.

Taps knows what community, good food and great drinks is all about. Cheers to Taps for always being consistent and welcoming to all. Also do yourself a favour and have Jill make you a spicy ceaser ;)

Food was good staff was great it was busy and they responded as quickly as they could if you needed something concerning how many people were there for the event hope they have more metal shows

Jill was a waitress and she was awesome! Good assortment of food and nice selection of beers. Definitely worth the bike ride.

Went to the falls for a trip and was recommended to eat here. I had to make 3 turns to find it but it was 100% worth it.our waiter was awesome, burger and poutine was amazing.what ever that sauce was on the burger.i NEED more!
Good vegan/vegetarian options also.

This is a really great place with a Cool vibe and a neat neighborhood. I really liked the cool cat Porter and the red. The porter had a really strong chocolate flavor, but was also very refreshing. The red was a little sweet, and almost had a caramel hint to it. I did not like the wheat beer, it just had a funky taste. We only had fried pickles to eat but they were really yummy. Our waitstaff was amazing and I could easily see this being a fun local hangout that we would frequent.

Just went there for lunch, the place looks cool, the service is very friendly and the food was incredible. If you like Caesar type drinks, try the Brutus. We where also happily surprised by the prices, most reasonable we've seen in town yet, we will come again on our next visit. Thank you Chelsea for the great service.

Delightful service and tasty beers! The food is typical pub food and the burgers served on the overcooked side, but overall happy with the experience.

This was a nice little brewery in Niagara Falls, Ontario. They had decent beer and excellent poutine. Also, a very nice fish and chips. They had a stage inside and one outside for musical acts. It would have been fun to be there when one was playing. Bit of a damp smell to the place.

Taps has THE best fries ever! Their service is above and beyond! I absolutely love going there and wish I could give them 10 stars!

Friendly staff, we liked the food and were grateful for the vegan options in the Niagara area. I had the pineapple curry poutine and it was tasty, just a tad on the sweet side. The Buffalo vegan wings were very good.

Loved it! Great vegan menu with numerous options to try. Levi was great and we can definitely recommend this to all vegan friends.

I wanna give 4 stars to food and its option especially for vegetarians. I was really disappointed with their beer options though. I only like their IPA beer other beer option was not worth it. Really want them to upgrade their beer option. Hopefully will have better beer option next time around there. Cheers

Stopped in today for the first time in many years for a drink on the patio. Brought a couple friends for their first time. I wanted to say Jeff S. Our server was excellent! He was so helpful and educated us on all the different beers. We totally enjoyed the visit and my friend went in and purchased a 6 pack of craft beers for her Dad for Father's Day. Thanks Jeff for the great service.

Was in Niagara Falls for a little under a week and this was the only place with excellent service. The beer selection/taste is great, the prices are incredibly fair, and even the food exceeded expectations.

Fish and poutine. Fish was amazing fresh and flaked apart. Poutine was amazing and curds stringy. Got the amber beer and enjoyed the flavor, not bitter. (One small note too much salt on my, not sure if they salt these prior but they really should not) Staff are friendly!

We always stop in for a meal (and take home a couple of growlers) when in Niagara. This place is a must stop if you're in the 'Falls.

Great place to watch live shows.
Tonight's Dayglo Abortions /Random Killing show was awesome! Staff are cool the venue is comfortable, all and all a good night. They do need a better sound tech though the sound was a bit wonky in parts.

Went here with another family on a Tuesday for lunch. Service was excellent. Pub gare was really good and the portions were hearty. The craft beer on tap was solid too. It was our first time there, but it definitely won't be the last.

My partner and I had dinner after a long day bouldering at Niagara Glen. Taps was recommended to us in our bouldering guidebook and it did not disappoint at all. The vegan options were amazing (especially the curry poutine and mozz sticks). The service was awesome as well (Levi took really good care of us). Highly recommend to anyone looking for amazing food, refreshing brews, and a good time!

This place was a terrific place to hang out at for the early evening. The food was delicious and the server was generous and infomative about the beers they serve. Definately recommend!

Nice brewery with 7 kinds of their beer and a couple additional kinds of other beers. They also have other drinks, shots, cocktails and everything, they have food. What surprised me that they have coffee and coffee based drinks, which is pretty rare is Canada as I noticed.
They have stage with life bands. Tuesday is open mic for stand-up comedians. Tv with sport. And Taps allows takeout beer too. So I'm pretty lucky to have this place in 5 min walking distance from my place.

I had an unexpected night free in Niagara Falls last month and was super pleased to stumble across Taps! Good beer, friendly people, and reasonable prices. Tuesdays are comedy nights, so be sure to stop in for that once such things are allowed again in Ontario; they have great specials going on at the same time. I'll definitely return to say hi if I'm back in the area.

Food was super good and very nice weekend band! Lots of parking spaces. Right next to the Christmas market.

Every time I visited Niagara Falls I went to the Taps for dinner and beer. I always enjoyed their beer and also their pulled pork poutine.
After covid for the first time we went there last night. Beer was amazing, but the poutine was just some cold fries some cubes of hard cheese and cold pulled pork on top. Also we ordered only one poutine and they brought us two and charged us for two.
At the end when I told the waitress the whole story she was nice enough to not to charge us for one beer.
I hope they get better as they get busier but I'm not sure if my gf will let us to go back there again.

Had an amazing evening with my Fiancé and friend at this Brewery. Our Server Natalie was great and made our visit memorable. We will definitely come again!

Burger wasn't too bad. Prices are to high for what you get, Very small menu and options for beef burgers.as a hungry guy for $18 a burger and a pop should have filled me but didn't.would love to see more beef for my buck

First time there tonight. Was there for Food for Thought from Kitchener to watch my friends Barry & Thomas perform. My fiance & I loved it!

This place definitely has potential and it could be that we just had a different cook, however I did not find that all of the positive reviews lived up to the hype of this place. My friend and I ordered wings, pickle spears, a sandwich, and the large nachos. The wings were incredibly small, the sauce was good. The pickle spears were undercooked (batter was doughy in the middle), and the cheese on the nachos was not melted at all in the middle. The atmosphere is nice with the live music, and I like their patio, but the food overall was subpar. If the chef tried a little harder and the line staff were supervised properly, I really think the food would be much better. I do not think we will be back.

Lots of vegan friendly options and big menu.
I would definitely recommend the pineapple curry poutine. Vegan wrap and quesadilla was average but lots of other alternatives.

Great experience. It was so busy at the falls and wedwe end up getting to do what we wanted but went here for our late afternoon and it was great! Everyone, including our server was super friendly and patient. Great music if you're a millenial.brings you down to memory lane haha. Great patio, tons of sunlight or shade, whatever you prefer. And the food was awesome. Overall great experience and spent majority of our day here since our plans fell through. Can't get an experience like this in Toronto! Well done!

Well it's the first day of reopening of patios in Ontario. June 11,2021. And must admit I was looking forward to it for a long, long time. Weren't we all? I went to several patios and saw good and mostly poor adherence to the rules. I have to tell you of all the places I went to, uptown and downtown Niagara Falls, Taps was doing the best job of keeping everyone safe and covid free. Shouldn't the serving staff at other places at least be wearing a mask still?

When people ask me what I'm most looking forward to doing post-COVID, my standard answer is to say, "Sitting on the patio at Taps, listening to live music and enjoying a pint of beer! ". Love the vibe here. The owners are super supportive of local artists and musicians. Also one of the only bars that has a great vegan-friendly menu! Well worth checking out!

Loved the food! And, so glad they had plenty of vegan options. I'm visiting this place whenever I go to Niagara again!

This is my absolute favorite place to go when my friends and I visit Niagara Falls. It’s not right in the heart of the Falls but it’s nearby. I’ve always had great food and service here and I honestly just miss being there! I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a laid back bar/restaurant with good food and nice people.

I called in on very short notice, that I needed a reservation for 20 people for a Friday afternoon luncheon. Came through with flying colors. Service, Beverage selection, food, and patio atmosphere, all 5 stars. Very reasonably priced as well. Thank you to our servers who did a fantastic job!

Awesome place to try some craft beer away from the business of Clifton hill. Cute place with beautiful patio. We sat indoors, the lighting was extremely dim which I didn't mind but my mother had issues reading the menu because of the lighting. Beer was super reasonably priced and they had a good selection of their own craft beers, definitely recommend trying the Sweater Weather brew! Only reason I can't give 5 stars is the food was pretty 'meh', good to pair with a beer but probably wouldn't go out of my way to just eat here.

I was excited to eat here based on reviews and recent awards was sadly dissapointed with menu there are zero choices if you would like to eat something healthy. Vegan and vegetarian options are fried or very high caloric. And they were out of the beyond burger I came for.

This is a good informal place to hang out with friends and family. Burgers and fish and chips are good.

My wife and I have come here on a couple of occasions for date night. It's a very cool place, with the brewery right inside the pub. The kitchen is also wide open to the restaurant. Beer is great, and food is also very good, and reasonably priced. The washrooms are kinda sketchy and the live music at our last visit was dreadful. Otherwise, we will be back.

This is our go-to place. For date night or family night. Love all the vegan options too. Staff are friendly and the food is always delicious. Great atmosphere.

I enjoyed this quaint little bar. It's not too far a walk from the Q district and has a pleasant karaoke night on Mondays. Drinks are reasonably priced.

Great beers and wings! We sat at the bar and the bartender gave us some great tips as out of towners. Would definitely recommend!

After reading the reviews, my wife and I had high expectations about this place, sadly, it did not completely live up to it. Food was just ok, good portions though, beer was ok and the service was good. Probably not coming back.

Good place, the street it's on (Queen) is beautiful and it would be great to see more support from the city to help its growth as a thriving, cool little district. This place pulls a lot of that weight.

Taps is 100% my favorite local spot. Food is great and they are a mirco brewery that has something for everyone in the tank. Also have a great selection of other bevies. Patio is open all summer with outdoor live bands and live music indoors most nights all winter. Buy some growlers to take home their craft beers when you leave or if you missed the beer store you can buy here until 11pm. This place rocks!
Aug 19,2018 update: . Just another reason to love this place. They are #1 for customer service. Just went to refill my growlers. I'm a stout girl, Porter more often than not since they rarely have a stout in the tank. The bartender told me straight up that the porter was pouring slow and it would probably take 30 mins to fill 2 growlers and that a customer who filled one last night complained that it was flat. In a tourist town, who does that? These guys get that their winter money comes from locals and they are honest as the day is long, even without knowing I'm a local (or maybe the recognize me by now). I don't mind a stout or Porter on the flat side.the brew master happened to be sitting at the bar having a pint and personally came to chat with me to make sure I was cool with the pour and took over the porter pour, filling at least 3 pitchers to get me the best he could get from the tank. These guys are the real thing, live and love their craft.

The beer is really good here and staff was nice but the food is just okay, nothing to write home about. Been here twice, what the place needs is a good cleaning. Hope food inspectors don't look at all the dust on top of the ventilation ducts. Did not like that people in the early afternoon brought there flea infested dogs in and the bar maid and kitchen staff would pet the dogs and go back to their duties, really! Like the beer, so I'll be back just 4 that and maybe some flea spray.

Been here more than 10 times, staffs are friendly and attentive! Everything on the menu was great from this place. Cheap and tasty drinks and food, fast service, nothing gets better than this:) Fav spot in town!

Atmosphere is cool, small menu but good options, friendly staff but very poor service. Waited an hour for food (not busy) and over 10 minutes with empty glasses.

Michelle the owner amongst to him they are very pleasant out going and make sure that their customers are appreciating everything that they do for them my thumbs up to them if anybody was smart they would go here just for the atmosphere and the Fantastic service you get and the food is delightful and I must say Michelle has done some hosting for me My Brother's funeral and my 50th birthday party which they did a very very fantastic job thank you so much Michelle and girls and I'm on this must not forget the guys in the kitchen

Taps is amazing. Vegan options are top of the line. Best in the city by far for sure. Not only the food. The music is always entertaining! And the server Kyle! Wow! He was exceptional when it comes to serving he has it down pat. He recommended karaoke on Monday night which sounds amazing. We will definitely be coming back!

I went on Thursday to see a band play and it to happened to be $12 beer and pulled pork special night. It was tasty, but my fries were a tad salty. Would go back.

Beer isn't great for a craft brewery but their food overall isn't too bad. They do host a lot of local events for the community. Their wing special is all day and. 35 cent wings are tiny but tasty. A good selection of pub grub that is reasonably priced. If you're looking for just a good place to grab a beer and some general food, this place does the trick.
