We worked with the Tar team twice to buy and sell our homes. They are so wonderful to work with and made the process extremely easy to understand, as we were first time home buyers. Was part of an organized multiple offer bid. Was not contacted after the presentation and not given a chance to improve my offer or even told where I stood. Found out hours later that that some other bidder got it. They were however very quick at updating new offers coming in to increase the bidding pressure in the beginning.

Very Unprofessional attitude towards service after the sale. As sales representative the objective is to make the final sale, thus he or she should take on the responsibility to overcome any challenge or issue arises befor close date either from buyer or saler. Yet horrible experience with these agent with poor manner in response. Would not recommend them to sale ur house or buy ur house. Standing from both side of view
