0 stars. Target park has been secretly charging my husband for 6 months worth of parking AFTER he canceled this service over both the phone and email. We have not been able to get a hold of the scammers after months of trying. Please do not do business with these people. Save yourself the pain, tears and headache.

They gave me 2 infractions for not having the ticket displayed. What is the purpose of technology and apps if in the end, you have to use the machine just to make them happy. Very green company!

Went visit my son decided to stay overnight purchased ticket left it on my windshield just to wake up with a ticket on my vehicle called target park left voice-mails never got an answer from them.im about to contact Bbb. Im pretty sure they wanna hear from me.

Awful experience. Machines were down and remote parking attendant completely unhelpful. Refused to open gate and created chaos for customers wishing to exit lot. Deserves zero

Too bad I cannot give a -1 star.everything got stolen from my car while parked underground overnight, tried to reach out the "management" multiple times (calls, emails,) to review the footage but not answers.

Tell me how this makes sense. Property management company hires TargetPark to enforce parking. TargetPark puts signs up of how to register that you are parking in a visitors spot. Site code that you need to use to register "does not exist". TargetPark issues tickets anyways.

Absolute scam of a company. Just know if your property manager uses this company to monitor their parking lot, they don't care about their tenants at all.

I cancelled my parking as I don't require the spot anymore. Sent email and received confirmation from Nadia Slimane after 2 weeks of initial email acknowledging the cancellations and no further payments will be billed from my account as of June 25 2020.
First week of Aug another payment came off from my acct. Sent several emails asking them to reimburse the money back to my account.as of today no response. I put a stop for any further deduction and will report the matter to BBB.

I've been trying to reach a human for the past two weeks through email and phone - no luck. I have a monthly pass, but my car has been in the shop and I'm using a loaner from my mechanic. They base your pass on your licence plate so I keep getting charged even thought I have a monthly pass. Absolutely ridiculous.

Worst company Ive ever seen. Once u buy their montly pass，they will never help u cancel it. And u have to pay that monthly fee forever， very disrespectful to the customers.

They do ripoffpeople even at visitor parking!
I tried to call them to discuss, noone picked up all day yesterday and when I finally reached them -they are not willing to do anything but to take my money, which is pretty unfair.
No wonder most of reviews here are negative.

If you are looking for parking -look anywhere else!
If you manage a building -find a better partner to do business with!

Office staff extremely rude. Good luck getting anywhere with your needs. I had a minor issue that would have been easy to resolve The 'General Manager' has offered no resolution & doesn't seem to be aware of who is responsible for what. Customer service is a hard ZERO when looking for traction on an issue.attitude given, I felt taunted when I asked for her managers name. There is a WHOLE lotta room for improvement here

I paid for parking and the machine did not print my ticket. I had to park at another parking and pay twice. Called customer service and was told to email them with my transactions statement and they will refund it in 2 business days. Well, I emailed and after 2 business days I got response that the issue will be escalated by manager. I waited 10 days - no reply, followed up on my email few days ago - no reply. Target Park - YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS SO DO YOUR PARKING MACHINES. PEOPLE PAY YOU MONEY, MAKE YOU PROFIT AND YOU ARE CHEAP TO REFUND 6$ I PAID FOR SERVICE I NEVER GOT. SHAME ON YOU.

I wish there was a way to give negative amounts of stars. This is the worst company to deal with. Is there anyone working at the main office?

Horrible extremely horrible! We rented an appartment with the parking included, everytime we want to exit the building it takes ages and they ask us to pay and they claim they will refund it back! They did not register the licenses plate all that because they have mismanagement! Rather than that the staff answering the phone on the gate is so rude! Worst company ever! Ill never park at their parking again! They should stop this system!
