I purchased all my kitchen aid appliance from Tasco Brampton from Steve K and after waiting for a whole year i recevied a faulty fridge that i paid over $9,000 for which damaged my custom cabinets from the leak. After 3 visits from the technician it was noted to be a factory defect and a replacement was promised.i waited over 2 years for a fridge with all the excuses under the sun but they always left me hanging with a promise to look into the matter or reffered to me contact the manufacturer after they made me pay additional $3,500 for extended warranty for my appliances.after another year of waiting and following up with tasco customer service and kitchen aid, it was confirmed that tasco received a credit from the manufacturer which was not communicated to me nor was a the faulty fridge replacement.i booked the fridge in May 2020 and the matter stayed outstanding until July 2023.

Steve Kraft is a great to deal with. We needed a refrigerator quite quickly and we went to Steve, as we had dealt with him in the past, he was able to find us a refrigerator that was in stock and that met all our needs. He is honest, knows his appliances and responds quickly. I would definitely recommend Steve.

Very frustrating experience, they have the worst installation service. Bought appliances worth 50grands + installation package as well and paid in full before delivering 1 year later.

1. At every install, there were surprises with the installers not agreeing to install certain appliances. Sales rep should have known during selling the install package that this appliance wouldn't be covered.

2. Multiple changes were done to the install invoice, without our notice, and had to call them for 3-4 days each time to sort out one simple appliance install.

I wouldn't recommend Tasco to anyone who wants a fair and smooth service. 0 stars.

If there were negative rating, I would give them negative 5. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had! The refrigerator in my condo broke in April. It was still under warranty period, so I was supposed to get free exchange. When I contacted TASCO, they told me I need to pay over $2000 price difference, because they didn’t carry the same model any more. Then I communicated the the refrigerator manufacturer and was told I could get the same model with no additional cost. After 2-month countless phone call with TASCO, they finally agreed to give me a free exchange. That was at the end of June. It took them another 1.5 month to deliver the new fridge to me, which was already in late August. After delivery, TASCO asked me to pay for installation as well as disassemble/removal old unit. I didn’t agree because I was told by the manufacturer (Blomberg) that I should get free installation if the same model is chosen. Again, after 2-month discussion with TASCO, they offered me $250 credit on installation, disassemble, and removal. On Oct. 28, I paid off the balance and they booked 2 appointments for me on Nov. 7 and 8, separately. One (Nov. 7) for disassemble/ removal; the other (Nov. 8) for installation. During the designated time frame on Nov. 8, nobody showed up. No phone call or another communication either. Until 6pm on that day, I suddenly received a call from TASCO, telling me they would not do the installation because I haven’t cleared the my payment. In the next few days, I talked to TASCO many times, in order to find out the reason for the mysterious outstanding balance. They tried to find all kinds of excuses for the balance, which were all contrary to what they told me before. Their final conclusion is their installation team went to my suite on Nov. 8, but nobody was home. Therefore they couldn’t do the installation. Now they’re charging me for the second time. And they can book another appointment for me only if I clear the charge. This is unbelievable! I was at home all day on Nov. 8, waiting for the installation team. Nobody showed up. Now they came up such lame excuse, just not do the job what they’re supposed to do, and making the money they should not earn. I can’t think of a company worst than TASCO. I just wanna share my experience here, so everyone knows what they’re getting into if they want to buy anything from this company.

I went there yesterday, and was literally harrased by one of the workers for asking them a question.the worker also tried pushing me. This is very unacceptable and disrespectful. We picked out our appliances in June of 2021, they arrived in November 2021, but we couldn't pick them up as our house was delayed, our agent assured us that they would not be sold, and low n behold we called April 11 th and our agent tells us that he sold 2 of our paid in full appliances. That's my property, you can't sell something that you are storing for me. Seriously thought of taking them to court, I still may.

I ordered my appliances in Nov 2020 from Tasco and paid in full in June 2021. Since then I have been constantly following with tasco on the appliances. All of my appliances except freezer was delivered before November 2021 however I am still waiting on my freezer till now. ETA’s have been changed hundred times and feels like never ending story. Also there are no updates provided by Tasco on ETA changes or delays. They blame their mismanagement, ignorance and carelessness on Covid and manufacture for delays and have taken customer for granted. I have lost my patience and really tired following up with these guys hence decided to put this review. Shery was the sales person I was working with from Tasco. I would never recommend Tasco. Make a wise choice and skip Tasco for your appliances.

Update to my original review: paid for installation however the installers were late and extremely unfriendly. The installation wiring was done incorrectly which caused a short and could have started a fire. We had a professional come and fix it. The dishwasher we purchased with a kick plate (we checked that it was there when we purchased it) was missing. Took several calls and a visit to the store and this has not been resolved. The Store Manager said he would call me and it has been 2 weeks and I have still have not heard back. Very disappointing after we initially were impressed with the salesperson.

I recently purchased all my kitchen appliances from the team here at this Tasco location. They helped us to shop online and purchase the appliances via online, throughout the lockdown. Even though the appliances were delivered after 6 months due to the pandemic wait time and no fault of Tasco, the delivery team were absolutely amazing in handing off the appliances and installing them. Their customer service was the best.

I am not sure which Tasco Appliance I ordered my new washing machine from! I just chatted with the experience sales associate, Tianna Sears, who helped me to figure out the price, availability, approximate delivery time, availability in other stores in Ontario, and the best removal/installation options The delivery service was great too. The company will have an automated phone call to tell you the time frame, approximate arrival time, after installation questions and help phone call. It is a very responsible and great service company. Will Definitely Recommended All My Friends. (I have already recommended one of them because she just purchased a new house!)

I purchased all my new appliances from the Brampton location because my contractor had referred me to sales guy Bobby. I am so glad he did! Bobby was a pleasure to work with and I was very happy with the deal I received. Due to the covid-19 pandemic some of my appliances were delayed however that was unrelated to the store itself and more of an issue regarding manufacturing. Angie kept in touch with me throughout the process giving me updates so I always knew what was going on in the background and appreciated the full transparency. Overall I had a great experience and will definitely be purchasing my next set of appliances from Tasco in the future.

The team at the delivery centre worked hard to arrange for me to get the washer delivered and to select an alternate dryer which was in stock. A happy ending. We spent a fair bit of time with Steve, our sales associate, and he was very patient with us as we had a number of items to purchase. Delivery was lenghty but that was due mostly to COVID. I ordered a Bosch dishwasher in September, Due to COVID, the unit was backordered for months. Last week (Feb 16) (!) I went online to Tasco's site and used the chat function to ask if I could substitute my chosen model with something similar that was in stock. I was told that someone would contact me. Much to my surprise, the very next day I received a call from Shery at the Brampton store. Shery apologized for the unreasonable delay and asked if I would be willing to accept a higher end model within the Bosch product line at no additional cost. He said I could have it by Friday so I quickly agreed. The unit is in and works beautifully and I have Shery at Tasco Brampton to thank. Thank you for the outstanding customer service Shery! Your effort turned a frustrated customer into a very satisfied one. Great job!

It was during the pandemic, January 2021 when I placed my order for Professional 600 Series 6 Quart Bowl-Lift Stand Mixer - Dark Pewter from Tasco, Edith was very informative and efficient in placing my order, collecting the payment and sending the receipt and assured me that I will get my order by the beginning of February. I was worried a little when I did not receive my order on time but considering all the delays due to COVID-19 I finally got my product towards the beginning of March and I was very happy with the service. They really came through for me even though the item wasn’t back order. They delivered right to my door and I found a very professional throughout the process. I was able to reach their customer service as well as delivery company every time I called. This was promising and I was confident that I will receive my product. It doesn't happen often that one's expectations are exceeded. But that was the case with our purchase at Tasco Brampton. From the point of purchase right through delivery, the clear communication and thoughtful updates made it easy to wait for our special order appliance. Delivery was exactly as promised, within the time-frame scheduled and we even received a last minute notice when the drivers were 15 minutes away. And the appliance works great! Without question, this will be a company we will gladly purchase from again. The only thing that would push this to a 5 star review was if phone communication could have been easier to understand.

I always purchase my appliances at Tasco - they have the perfect combination of great pricing and excellent customer service. Recently, a stove that I purchased from Tasco a few years ago, which was under extended warranty, stopped working and I was having a very difficult time getting resolution from the warranty company. The Manager at Brampton's Tasco, Shery Ahmed, went above and beyond to help us and even contacted the warranty company himself to resolve the matter. This kind of after-purchase support is why everyone should shop at Tasco - the staff really work hard to ensure your satisfaction. A NOTE TO PROSPECTIVE BUYERS,

Fridge came damaged by delivery. Tasco refuses to take responsibility and thinks a $50 grocery gift card will fix a crooked door that slams and irreparable paint peeling that happened when one of the drivers removed tape on the side of the fridge. All this on a brand new $3500 fridge. Not a floor model. Not on sale. Not discounted. I even purchased the extended warranty they upsell. When phoning customer service, you will be told to wait for a callback everyday and not once will someone reach out to you. Why do they think this is acceptable?

Almost 4000 people have seen these images so far and I hope many more do before they consider choosing tasco over Home depot or other big box stores. I've ordered appliances through HD before, never had any issues. Only went to tasco to purchase a brand not available elsewhere. You live you learn.

Terry, Trevor and Dave took care to put down pads to protect my floors (it was raining), took my old fridge to the basement. Removed and replaced some doors to make room. If you have the option, PURCHASE ELSEWHERE! No accountability, complete run around service. Going on 1 week of phone calls throughout the entire day and haven’t achieved anything. Charging us for installation cancellation.but the appliance was damaged!

He always informs me on the products I am looking for and the value of what every I am buying. There is no other place or no other person I see or speak to anymore when it comes to appliances. My wife and I recently visited the Brampton Tasco location after inquiring about the Marvel line of beverage appliances over the phone. Our first call was taken by an associate named Steve Sankar, and he ultimately helped us finalize our purchase too. From the time we started our experience, to the very end, we had a fantastic time. Steve was knowledgeable about the appliances we were interested in, and where he couldn't answer a question, he was quick to do additional research either online on the spot, or through a colleague or onsite brand rep in the store. The service was fast, friendly, and very welcoming. There was no pressure to buy but the prices were amazing so it made it that much easier to feel confident about the purchase in then end.
