Chris is just an excellent salesman. He took over my need like a family member from the onset to the delivery point. It was a great purchase experience from Chris, period!

I contacted Tasco Mississauga to order an appliance. The salesperson was very eager to sell me it but it didn’t show any was available in stock until 3 weeks later. He asked to give him a minute and he’d call me back to try to locate and allocate one somehow. I waited that day but he never called back. I called in the next day but he was off for the next 2 days so a different salesperson helped me. The 2nd salesperson was very helpful and explained that if I pay for it first, their system would allocate one possibly within a few days and if it took too long, I could simply call them back and cancel/return the order so I paid for it. After a few days I was able to find stock at a different company so I purchased it. Now calling Tasco to cancel and refund my credit card, the initial salesperson was rude, tells me that they did so much “legwork” to help me and was making me feel like I owe them something. Like I did something wrong. As I explained why I wanted to cancel, he kept talking over me and wouldn’t listen to me.
I will never buy from Tasco/Goeman’s again nor recommend them to anyone unless you feel like you want to be talked down to in a condescending way. There are too many other appliance stores to choose from that will treat you with dignity.

The store is beautiful, clean and well kept. The representatives are polite and helpful. The delivery guys were fast and cautious. All perfect!

Chris Elliot and Paul Shearhart are both fantastic at Tasco Mississauga. I fitted out my newly renovated kitchen with appliances in 2022 and fitted out the laundry room in 2023 all from Tasco Mississauga. Great service, great prices. My sales rep was Chris Elliot, I cannot say enough good things about him. He is very informed and knowledgeable, thoughtful, personable, patient. His guidance helped us made good choices. Paul is the manager who you will find to be very available and helpful to help sort out any extra details along the way. There's a great team at Tasco Mississauga, the showroom is impressive. I highly recommend you visit them next time you are in the market for appliances.

If I could give 0 or negative stars, I would. I have never felt the needs to leave a negative review in the past but this experience with Tasco is beyond anything I've ever experienced before. Please do yourself a favour and go elsewhere (we had a phenomenal experience with CAS which is a strong contrast to what we received here).

We just moved into a new build house and were looking to purchase all our appliances (kitchen + laundry). We had no appliances so delivery timing was important. Our sales rep was Jay Nakra. The initial lead up for getting a quote and putting in the order was seamless and positive, and then it just went downhill from there. I don't think it's a coincidence that their customer service starts to lack after they make the sale.

We put our order in at the beginning of September, including a substantial deposit. We were told to schedule our delivery at the end of the September so that our order could apply for a private sale that was happening.

During the period of our private sale, we were told that our order would not apply. Jay said he would try to get authorization from his supervisor.the weekend came and went, and we still to this date never got any confirmation of this.

The following week I had asked when our delivery would be only to find out that the delivery was delayed to October 27th (2 months after our initial order/deposit and a month after our original delivery date). We didn't even find out it was delayed until we asked for delivery confirmation (another example of poor communication). The kicker, our fridge was in stock at the manufacturer and was ready to be delivered within a week to them. We suggested staggering our deliveries so that we wouldn't continue to be without appliances. No confirmation, updates or alternative solutions were given.

We were told he would try to get us a free vacuum.no follow up. We were told that they would look into pulling items from another order.no follow up (and the store manager actually confirmed this wasn't even possible when we escalated). We were told that he would try to work with the shipping company to stagger the deliveries.no follow up.

We have since cancelled our Kitchen appliances, and still have not received any sort of courtesy apology.

In the world of customer service, there is one thing that is critically important and that is communication. We understand things happen (including delays or mistakingly understanding promotion criterias), but the bare minimum that could have been done was to communicate. For weeks we were calling to be told "we will call back in 15 minutes" only to have no return phone call day over day.

Luckily, a competitor was able to process and deliver our order within 3 business day. So we do did have a happy ending, just not with Tasco.

Siku Abdullah provided us with excellent customer service from the time we walked into the store right up to signing our order. He was very professional and courteous, and answered all our questions thoroughly. He explained in great detail the 4-yr.extended warranty, and gave special recommendations if the warranty does not get used after the 4 yr.period. He also explained the delivery process and the notifications that would arrive by text and email, i.e. Date and time of delivery, updates provided if delivery delayed, etc. Siku was a pleasure to deal business with.
An added bonus was that the frig we liked was in stock - we bought it on October 5th and it was installed October 10th
The delivery process was excellent! Before entering the house, the entranceways were measured, as well as the old frig to be removed, and the new refrigerator that was coming in.
Wren and his 2 assistants were topnotch - very pleasant, safety-oriented, and completed the installation perfectly. Great care was taken by them the whole time they were here.
I would definitely recommend anyone I know to deal at Tasco, and ask for Siku.

We went to Tasco in Mississauga on the advice of a relative who had recently made purchases there. Our salesman Allan MacDonald was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The delivery and installation crew were GREAT. We couldn't have asked for more. Will definitely recommend them to others.

Purchased all my appliances for my new home. Purchase experience fine but HORRIBLE service when appliances malfunction. Have been waiting over 6 months for help with Bosch Fridge, now Sharpe drawer microwave malfunctioning and out of service contract by few months, even though only used for 6 months (away other 6). TASCO does NOT stand by their products!

We'd never shopped for appliances at Tasco but when we needed a new refrigerator it was one of several places on our list. What we liked is the low-key but professional service provided by Jay who did not upsell us and in fact showed us some more less pricey options. He left us to debate on our own, no pressure at any time. Delivery was on time a few days later, delivery personnel equally professional and thorough, also friendly. Overall a very positive shopping experience.

After shopping for a new fridge at various neighborhood stores Tasco was our last stop, and easily the best. Our sales person Chris was knowledgeable, directed us to what we were looking for and made all the necessary arrangements for delivery and removal of the old fridge. Excellent experience all around.

We got an extended warranty which the customer service is not honoring to send a technician for the faulty washing machine, even after me sending them the emails of the payments made for the extended warranty.
I have my trip planned in 2 days and need all the clothes to be ready for packing, have been calling them since monday morning, none of the supervisors ever call you back.

Jay was extremely helpful discussing the immediate availability of clothes dryers and efficiently organizing the payment and delivery! Plus, he gave me a tour of the newest cooking ranges, including induction, giving me a demo of one! I will certainly come back to Tasso when I need to purchase a new range!

Highly recommend! I purchased all new appliances for my new house, (fridge, stove, dishwasher, bar fridge, washer and dryer), Nelson was extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process. He was very upfront about potential delays due to the supply chain crunch and at no point was I pressured into anything. He provided many different options to suit different budgets while providing pros and cons for all. After visiting other stores to compare, many others try not to let you leave the store without purchasing anything and provide little to no insight on the products. Nelson will always be my first call for any future appliance needs.

From ordering the appliance, to the quick scheduled delivery, to the great delivery team, Tasco was great to deal with when our fridge broke down. Really great customer service all around, and a good in-store boxing week deal.
