I am not someone who goes to social media to bash a company but I wanted to share my recent experience with TASCO in Pickering and their head office. In early August we purchased a brand new high-end dryer from TASCO over the phone with Tatiana the sales representative there, it was delivered and installed. Our first time using the dryer there was a loud clanging noise and the dryer stopped working immediately. We immediately let them know right away and they send out a service rep to confirm it was broken. We were told even though it’s brand new they would not allow us to return it, trade it in for another one or refund us. The technician told us it will take over 1 month to get the parts in. It requires 2 different parts. We have gone to management in Head Office and Whirlpool and we are told there is nothing they can do for us except repair it once the parts come in. It’s now been over 3 weeks without a working dryer in the house. We are NOT new customers with them we have spent a fortune there from WOLF stoves to Miele Dishwashers. We also supply our other homes, condos with TASCO appliances

Excellent appliance store, large selection through all price ranges. Staff very knowledgeable and completely professional.

Originally gave 5 stars as Gabe was very professional. Now 1 stars. Electrolux Dryer arrived broken (heat coil and thermometer not working).

5 months later - parts to repair dryer are still on back order. Tasco does not approve exchanges. We have no dryer and no timeline to resolution.

Don't buy Electrolux and consider your purchase carefully when buying from tasco.

Terrible customer service experience! I had cancelled my order because the sales rep.entered incorrect measurements for a kitchen hood, and then they charge me $800 for an exchange for a mistake from their end. Now I'm trying to cancel this whole thing, and it's been taking forever. No one calls back, no emails or messages. Most unprofessional service I have ever experienced!

I had a very positive experience with the Pickering TASCO team. James, the salesperson my wife and I worked with, provided us with all the information we needed to buy quality and budget-friendly appliances for our new build. On delivery day, the delivery personnel took excellent care of our appliances and placed them where we wanted without damaging our walls or floors. I highly recommend TASCO.

We purchased an Electrolux fridge from Tasco Pickering, after we received our fridge the company refused to help us when our fridge started to fall apart after one month of using it. They basically told us we bought an “entry level” fridge! We payed $4000 for this fridge! If this is entry level, I’m scared to see how the cheaper fridges turn out! I’m normally pretty patient but that put me over the edge. The sales rep spoke so highly of the fridge and it ended up being a lemon. I understand it’s not their fault but some proper guidance would have been nice. Very disappointed in their customer service.

We ordered five appliances from Tasco and were told about supply chain issues so we chose appliances they said we’re in stock. When it came time for delivery, they asked for full payment which we provided. The very next day we got an email saying three of the five were not available. They took our money and for the next 7 months did nothing to follow up. We are still waiting for our oven. They also refused to come out and adjust refrigerator doors under warranty. We had to pay someone for this fix. DO NOT use this company.

Everyone entering your shop may not be there to make a purchase…. You should understand that you are selling big expensive home appliances and impulse buying doesnt work in this case…. I need to research, compare options, check my budget and requirements and then i can pick one option…. I needed an over the range microwave ovan…. Sales man wanted me to buy kitchenaid one…. I could spend like 600 dollars, but he insisted that there is nothing better than 1000 dollars kitchenaid one and no other microwave has CFM as close to it…. My old panasonic one had 450 CFM, and it was also there on display down the aisle, with all the specs clearly written on it…. Still salesman insisted that except kitchenaid no micorwave exceeds 400 CFM…. Atleast look around and check your facts man…. He may be getting high commission on kitchenaid sales i totally understand that, but not everyone wants ir affords kitchenaid…. Needless to say, i did not made a purchase…. Resorted to gold old costco, very delighted with my experience there.

Sales person (Jesse) was amazing but despite ordering appliances almost 2 yrs ago and paying in full 4 mths ago, still no fridge on delivery and no eta.

Delroy at the Pickering location made purchasing our replacement fridge/freezer so easy. It’s been a breeze working with such a friendly and knowledgeable person. I highly recommend him.

Bought Washer/ Dryer/ Fridge and DW off of Delroy at Tasco. He was GREAT to work with during the sale and post sale. I didn’t feel like I was being sold on something that I didn’t want. Delroy listened to what our family needs were and provided us with options. Excellent experience and competitive pricing.

The delivery team for my Wolfe Range was terrible. If there was a zero star option I would have picked that. They made a mess. Walked through my home with slushy and missy boots. Did not call ahead to confirm a time window. Had a terrible attitude upon arrival. I called to complain and no one followed up with me. I am seriously disappointed after spending $20k on a range!
