Dealt with Nuno Lopez over the phone, explained that we were looking for a large washer and dryer unit in the one we had in our condo. We walked through all the particulars on size of space (limited…)
Nuno suggested that we could side vent instead of rear vent! Solved the space issue!
He was knowledgeable, polite and replied promptly to my questions. The price match that of Home Depot and Costco and with a knowledgeable sales person.

1. It was a challenging time to manage everyone's expectations during covid with the lack of inventory and the unpredictability of shipments arriving on time.
Ben did very well in keeping customers patient and offered alternatives through out the waiting period. Very appreciative of his efforts!
2. The problem I experienced was with the many phone calls and emails from the finance department telling me to pay the full amount now or I would lose my place in the queue. I complained several times to these callers and left voicemails at Tasco. I was told the finance department operated differently and that I was secure with my deposit in holding my appliance until the shipment arrived.

Tony was diligent, very helpful and communicated well! We needed a dishwasher fast, and he got it for us in record time!

Never buy your appliances from Tasco the Fiasco. I received two damaged appliances. I had to wait weeks to be told one needed to be exchanged and one needed to be repaired. Believe it or not they repair brand new appliances. Repairing something that has been damaged in shipping makes no sense. The integrity of the appliance has been ruined. I am moving into my house next week without a timeline as to when my issues will be solved. My nightmare continues.

Our two shopping experiences at Tasco have been superb. Merrilyn Ellman, our go-to salesperson, is extremely knowledgeable, accommodating and totally professional in every way. Over the past 5 years, she has given us excellent advice regarding the appliances we bought, and we are extremely satisfied with our purchases. Delivery and setup went smoothly and efficiently too. We are 100% pleased with Tasco, Merrilyn and all the staff.

The sales rep was most helpful and the whole transaction went smoothly. Delivery was as promised.prompt, quick and careful. The one drawback for me was that there was no model in the showroom.

From the moment I walked into the store I was greeted, and a sales person was readily available. Merrilyn was extremely helpful finding what I needed quickly and kept within my price point. She also made sure that the measurements of the new dryer would fit through the door, old house. The notifications for delivery was so helpful the night before and the day of and the guys went above what was expected.

Tasco was very efficient at getting our order out to us (only 2 days) and Vinnie the salesperson gave honest and clear advice on product choices. He also had excellent prices. Terry and the delivery team were polite, efficient and very knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy and satisfied with my purchase, and also gave me a super rundown on the operation and maintenance of my new washer/dryer. Thanks Tasco! I am very pleased that we chose appliance specialists over big box stores!

I hated the chore of looking for a replacement for my 20 year old Whirlpool wall oven whose electronics had been fried by a power surge. Amazingly Tasco had one in stock. The service from Maurice in sales through the delivery service whose 3-man crew delivered, removed the old oven and placed the new one in its place was professional from start to finish. Thank you Tasco!

My ventless Bosch drier, less than 1 year old needed a new pump. Paid $700 for that repair. Still not working properly, and I cannot get the salesman in store to return my calls when asking for help with this problem

Thank you for the professional and courteous delivery of our new gas laundry dryer. It has already been put through some laudry loads and works perfectly. A big thank you to Mr. Kahn, very pleasant, professional and courteous and accommodating.

Stopped in on my way home, planning to purchase a double dacor oven.receptionist asked if he could help. I said I was looking for an oven, he pointed to me to the back.
Meanwhile, a whole bunch of what I would assume would be sales people, sitting around doing nothing, not a single one, including what appeared to be a manager from TASco across the street, asked if they could help.
It appears a $10,000 oven is not enough to get the sales person off his comfy TASco seat!

Good news there’s lots of choices for places to purchase high-end appliances in Toronto

Stay away from this Company. I had ordered 5 pieces of appliances 2 years in advance and even after I paid them in full, they still don't have my appliances until 5 months later. Very bad experience with this Company, meanwhile I got my Washer/Dryer from HomeDepot on exactly the date they scheduled for delivery.

Had a fantastic meeting with Karen to go through an appliance package for our new home. So refreshing…no sales pressure, intelligent answers, just a great experience. I can’t say enough good things! Hopefully the purchase, delivery etc will go just as well!

Do not buy appliances at Tasco
The manager Ron will do nothing when 6 months after you purchased $40k worth of appliances they are not ready. The customer service there is awful go somewhere else

I bought Thermodore appliances in Sep 2021 and was promised 16 week availability. I was now told they won’t be ready until April…. Do not trust Tasco
