Tasios Orthodontics

We've only had 3 appointments, but I have to say I find the staff so pleasant and speedy! I'm sure it doesn't hurt that my son gets ice cream after each visit:). I do know he feels very comfortable there, which makes us both happy.

Short Review: Nice office and nice dental professionals, but the wait times are too much.

Don't make plans around this orthodontist. Every time I have had an appointment at their Vaughan office, I have been waiting for at least 30 minutes before being seen. I have always arrived on time, signed in, and been seated clearly visible in the waiting area. I understand that there are times that appointments may run a little over their scheduled time, but the office should really communicate with people that are waiting, if these circumstances were to occur. Even for a five minute appointment, I was waiting for 40 minutes before being seen. I am usually not one to post reviews online, but I felt that new clients should be aware of what they can expect. I value my time and feel that this office does not. It seems to cater towards families with young or teenage children coming in (which is fine, this is a family clinic after all) but, I'd much rather be given an update about when I can expect to be seen if it is not actually going to be at (or near) my scheduled time. The lack of communication and consideration for clients' time is disappointing.

Once I actually made it in to see someone, the care was good and the service provided were fine. They clearly made an effort to make sure the client is informed in what they are getting done. The office itself is interesting with coffee and games for kids to play. It does feel a bit like a fishbowl with most of the screening areas being visible from outside the dental office and visible from room to room (glass partitions) which, personally, I'm not a huge fan of. However, I wouldn't hold my personal opinions about that towards the clinic.

In short, I really just wish I could expect to be seen at or within reasonable time of my scheduled appointment. Having to wait over 30 minutes and not being informed when I will likely be seen without having to go up and ask makes the visits to an otherwise fine office frankly, frustrating. I haven't been to the Toronto location, so I cannot speak to the experience there, but at the Vaughan office I find that I have always left feeling frustrated because my time was not valued.

My 7 year old son got his braces in May of 2023. We could not be happier with the staff at Tasios. They are always gentle with him and he actually looks forward to attending his appointments. I highly recommend Tasios to anyone who needs braces.

This is Vanshika. I like the experience of having brace by understandable people. They are nice people. Even at first session they play spin the wheel game after completion of session in which I get ice cream.

Where do I even begin describing how wonderful this clinic is….
Super beautiful space, spotless clean clinic with amazing staff and wonderful doctors. I needed to book a 1,5 hour appointment and one of the ladies at reception offered to watch my newborn while I’m getting treatment- if this is not phenomenal customer service then I don’t know what is (Tasios, give her a raise!). The Tasios team is very friendly and welcoming, you get such a good vibe by just being there. 120 percent recommended.

Nice clean office, the dental assistants are super friendly. Happy with the dental work and dental aspects. Main complaint is the scheduling constantly late, every appointment since starting my treatment has been 45 + minutes late, even when I call to make sure it’s running on time and get told they are. As I write this review I have been sitting here waiting for an hour. No apologies, no effort to try and correct. All they ever say is it’s we have emergencies. Really wish they would respect people’s times more.

Probably the nicest dental office you'll ever see with all the latest tech, and the staff is extremely polite.

Tasios Orthodontics is really amazing place - everything is on the top level: staff attitude (for instance my daughter got 3D printed copy of her jaw as a present) and professionalism, equipment. Everything is done with the utmost care and pedantry - so each visit passes quickly and imperceptibly. I highly recommend this clinic!

This is a great Orthodontics. I always receive wonderful service. The Dentists are wonderful. They are so nice. I love coming here to my check ups. Tasios Orthodontics is the best. If you don't come here you really should. I like playing the games here. Not to mention Dr. Tasios is a wonderful guy. He is so gentile and funny.
