Authentic dishes! Delicious!
Ordered the Peking duck, crab and corn soup, fish maw soup, gai lan and cantonese chow main.
The food was hot and fresh. Staff was very friendly.

I rarely leave poor reviews, I was dismissed rudely by server for not having money for a tip on Christmas Day. (Bare in mind I was eating alone)
But after I was told to “not come back here” from the server I definitely will not. Don’t waste your money here they have poor principles. I used to love this restaurant now I will remind all my colleagues to never to support this establishment! What a shame.
Reminder * Tip is earned, not given * especially in a failing economy.

Overall did not enjoy my experience here waiters are rude and don’t speak English (not a problem until you include rude facial gestures) waited extremely long wait for water and our specific server refused to attend to us we asked for water several times and had to clear our own table what I ordered on the menu is not what I received it wasn’t cooked properly noodles were hard and it said chicken fried rice and I got chicken skin or something I did not recognize in my noodles also they finally brought my water out and it had black stuff in it honestly tipped 1 cent you don’t deserve my money and definitely WILL NOT BE COMING BACK HERE

If you want simple authentic Chinese food with good flavors, this is the place you should visit once at least

Pretty much a typical Chinese resturant with a very fancy decor, and semi friendly staff mainly because.that how they were raised in mainland China, and allot of the Chinese population have a stern personality to them! However food was top notch, and quick so overall a great experince!

Outstanding! The noodles were bursting with flavour. Ignore the low ratings. My personal experience was excellent!

Saddest egg fried rice ever! Period.
Any Chinese restaurant that makes this bad an egg fried rice should never be allowed to be serve food.

We ordered scallops, sizzling beef, and fried rice. The portion was big and the scallops were fresh. The bread nest for the scallops was very interesting, but crunchy and delicious. The beef was good but the fried rice was okay.

Food is delicious, service is fast and friendly, the price is very reasonable.
Will be going back soon.

Located in Chinatown. It has been in business for more than 20 years. The transportation is very convenient. The food is of high standard. The service is good and the price is popular.

Good value for money and tasty food. Rarely take a doggy bag, but this time I was defeated. Will be back again.

This is my first time come here.around 3 pm.l order one dishes because i am alone.price are reasonable and the food quality was alright.acceptable. If I ever come by may try their other dishes.the restaurant is not large but clean n relaxing. I read some comments before kind of very low.but I like to try it out n see.but not as bad as what their other mention in their previous comments.

Food is average. Service was terrible. Waiter was exceptionally rude. I am in the restaurant business too and know how tough and thankless the industry can be but you can’t be taking it out of your customers.

After paying for my meal and not having the best service the male waiter demanded a tip (not knowing i was going to tip in cash) after me trying to deescalate the situation in telling him to mot speak so rudely, he brushed us off and walked away. Customer service. Bad. Communication. Bad. I would never come back.

The food is super tasty and big portion for the price. Seafood is amazing there.

However, the service is very bad. I am Chinese and they treat me pretty bad. They sound annoyed and when I asked them about what's in the dish, the waitress said she doesn't cook the dish. Obviously she doesn't but you should know your dish. She didn't have to give me that attitude!

LOVE IT. Street parking is a b*tch (cad$4/hour) but this spot is so worth it. I should’ve rated it 4 ️ coz the service wasn’t the best BUT that’s how it is in Cantonese restaurants… if the service is good then it ain’t authentic.

While you are here… and still have time with your parking… drop by the souvenir shops and the asian supermarket.

Wash rooms are available and they give ice water!

Tip you server well coz you do wanna come back to this spot.

Service is really bad did not get any condiments and the server is very rude demanded a tip and told us “ u need to tip if u eat in a restaurant”

Food was solidly good, nothing special but it was tasty and filling.

Service was terrible with taking 20 minutes to get water and no tea after asking. Even one fork they gave us was crusty and gross.

Restaurant was loud and didn't have good music.

Decent choice if starving and things are closed but not a first choice.

My first time here. And the food came out hot very clean and tasteful. Idk how they only have a 3.9 compared to Wah you and Hong Shing this place is better to me and open later.

I was looking for chop suey, here I found it and it was very tasty, the cost seemed a bit high, but hey, I had the craving and it was worth it.

Great food and some of the best water I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Ice cold. Perfect temperature. Really hit the spot after a delicious Chinese feast.

I dined here in April 2023. The food I ordered was literally microwaved! It was not fresh. Would not recommended eating here. The sanitation of the space was not great and the customer service horrible.

I’ve been to this place dozens of times. Great spot for late night eats and drinks. The staff is friendly and efficient.

At first, we are kind of hesitant to dine here because of its low rating. Thankfully, we did not go with the rating. It's a gut feeling that brought us inside.

The place is accommodating and inviting, and our server is very nice, pleasant, and helpful.

We ordered dumplings (chicken), hot and sour soup, noodles with shrimp and shredded pork, snow peas stir fried with garlic butter and bbq duck. All are highly recommended! Very delicious!
