This is worst grocery store I have ever been. All are expired rotten products they are selling in high prices. I have bought 8 products. I had to thrown all fishes, fruits & vegetables. This is shameful & dishonest. The store should close or freeze immediately.

Newly renovated need to see if any improvement from pathetic maintenance before renovation

Bought frozen waxy corn, boiled it after I got home, took a bite and it was rotten. Probably expired a year ago in the freezer. Do not trust anything in this store to be fresh. If you can't find an expiry date label on the product then do not buy it.

This grocery store in the Birchmount Plaza is in a sorry state. Prices are cheaper, but the quality of the products is horrible. Many of the products are either expired or rotten. The shelves are also mostly empty and disorganized. Overall, cleanliness is also very bad. It smells and is very unpleasant.

I hadn't been here for a while, but we decided to pop in on our walk to get a few things instead of going to Sun Valley. Wow, has this place ever gone downhill! Smells terrible, like urine and rotting produce. A lot of things are super expensive. Even basic bananas cost more than 2x higher than Loblaws. Got a salmon steak for a decent price, but it was just labeled "meat" lol

This place looks like it's going out of business, around a third of the shelves are empty. And the items are 10-20% more costly than any regular grocery store. Checkout staff wasn't aware of sale prices. Don't bother with this sad sack store.

This place is pretty terrible. Used to be a Fu Yao branch, but then changed hands to someone else and in the last year or two had really gone down the drain. Limited produce, sells more middle eastern foods now, and anytime you go you'll find most of the shelves empty. It looks like the place is on its last legs and the ownership doesn't care. Fish and butcher areas have been closed for like two years claiming to still be under renovations. Likely looking for a someone to buy the place out or their lease to expire. Often see people waiting out front in the morning because they don't even open on time according to their posted hours of operation.

Located in a plaza with plenty of parking. Honestly. No reason to go here. Better to go to the place literally across the street.

Rotten, dirty, expired and very putrid Chinese Grocery Store. I think they would close down this store even if it was in China! Veggies and other groceries are close to rotten, most things are empty, whatever remaining are hilariously overpriced!
God knows why put my foot inside there. The workers walk around and follows any unfortunate customers entering, because it mostly sits empty most of the time.
I don't know if this is hilarious, shocking or just sad. Anyway, go to Red Rose Market nearby and save your sanity.

Been twice in the last month. Got what I went for. Prices are decent. Lots of empty produce shelves. Messy front entrance.

This place has really gone downhill. Dirty, poorly stocked, and with all the other choices close by no real reason to shop here. The prices aren't even that good.

Two south asian girls are terrible they were gossiping at a cash counter and charged me for an item but didn’t include it in my bag. I won’t ever return to this store.

Fish section is terrible, freezing items are not looking good, price of Vegetables are really fluctuating, like extremely higher price was yesterday but the same item put in dollars pack today and none is good to accept. People working in Cash section need more training about product, price and service. Thanks

The supermarket experience was worst. The two Punjabi girls at the front cash counter was playing irrelevant Punjabi music in whole supermarket. I bought 4L pack of Milk and 1 box of yogurt and went to cash it out at the front, the Punjabi girls kept gossiping in front of me and it took them some time to realize that there is a customer. They scanned both of my items and only packed milk. They even didn’t bother to ask for receipt or call me back when I was leaving the store that I left pack of yogurt behind. Please be careful if you see these girls at the front, always check if you’re getting what you pay for, don’t get scammed. Worst customer service, Scammers. The owner should take notice of what they were doing otherwise this place will be out of business soon. I will not return to this place again.

Staff at the meat place were very nice staff at the cashier were rude, she looked like she didnt even care no hi no thank you very disrespectful.

Most things you might need, are available here. Cashiers are fast and efficient, friendly and understanding.

Teach some customer service to the girls at the cashier point. No Hi' or No thank you. Rude look.

Nice market. Inexpensive and quality products are shoppers like. Used to go there. Now there again.

Man theres lots of expired products.it's mainly asian people that shop here so when you buy products that are more westernized they're usually expired since they dont sell and just sit on shelf.i just bought some pizza pockets and they're soggy they haven't been frozen properly, it was just refridgerated.and also I bought some onion dip for ruffle chips and it's also expired.not my first time buying bad stuff here

I asked the lady who works in the vegetable area if they had peppers and she gave me a bad look and said something in her language. She was so rude and did not answer my question. I will never go back there!

Good deals on vegetables and some fruits if they look fresh. Owner does not open on time. Store opens at 9am and 9: 09am workers were outside waiting for someone to come open the front door.

Good for vegetables, chicken and pork meat. Great and Sale price, feel cheap than other asian grocery store.

This place needs to be shut down there are way to many people in the store at once meat and produce is always rotten over priced for moldy things and they never clean the store and you can't even access the door when leaving

Don't have the option to buy using card if it's below 10$. Extra fees need to be paid for that!

Worst place ever to exist. Have been to a lotta Asian stores. This place just pushes the boundaries in a bad way in terms everything.

Some Vegetables prices were very cheap. There is a halal meat section along with regular meat and fish section.

This place smells terrible. Doesn't look very clean. It's pretty pricey for some items. But is good if you live in the area and need small items. This place is also open on holidays. Which can be helpful.

I would've given it a 2 but their fruits and veggies are good. Beware of other perishable items.

Very convenient and cheap. Like to visit this place everyday. But some of the staff do not understand english there.

The service is okay, but the groceries are priced fairly. Dont buy the frozen fish sticks, bought it twice and both time they were spoiled. Like they were unfrozen and frozen again multiple times.

They had various food options at the reasonable price. The atmosphere was cozy, and their customer service was excellent. We'll definitely be back.

All the fruits and vegetables are so old its very dirty and disgusting. The meat counter so gross. I didn't buy anything at that store. I move to the area looking to support neighborhood but not this store.

The cashier dropped coins and then couldn't find it. They blamed it on us. We left empty handed.

Very typical Chinese grocery store. There price is cheaper then other store. Collection of grcery and other products not bad. There most of the workers are chinese and non cooperati.most of them they dont understand english. So, you cant get proper information.

Cheaper than other places, especially produce and meat. But sometimes they continue selling produce that has outlived its shelf life. Totally fine if you're going to cook it anyways but not great if you want to eat it raw.

Cashiers are nice, but the store itself should probably be cleaned more regularly and thoroughly. However it hasn't been an issue for me or the stuff I buy, personally. I wash all produce I buy and everything else is sealed.

It's worth it for me to shop there, for the prices alone. YMMV.

Cheaper prices in Chinese store, but you have to check the quality of the grocery you are picking.

This is where you should get all your meat. Definytely the cheapest meat section along with a huge seafood section. All authentic chinese foods ans spices and snacks are also available along with a variety of south asian spices.all at reasonable price.asian veggies and noodles are also available here.they provide bags for free so thats a plus.there is two meat section one chinese and other one afganistani i think.the lamb will have more fat than usual.a headsup.

Vegetables and groceries are cheap but products are second quality. Very difficult to communicate with staffs since they are not in English language.

I love this place such great deals on meat and veggies. The only problem is their steak, its very tough no matter how its cooked

They have good variety of produce for cheap. They also package their older produces and sell for $1 which is a great idea and minimizes food waste.

The staff members are not helpful and the fruits and vegetables isn't fresh at all. The only good thing about this place is the price.
