Tasty Shawarma

The employees there don’t listen to you at all. I had to ask them multiple times for everything but still they made a shawarma which I never asked for…. Like seriously horrible service

These guys are using a dirty cloth to clean the counter top where they make sandwiches.
When I politely ask them about the health issues related to this practice, all 4 guys behind the counter started shouting at me and I had to leave the place.
Will never return to this place again, doesn't worth it.
Big health hazard.

I had an unfortunate experience at this restaurant. During my meal, I found a bone that I nearly broke my tooth on. This was quite unsettling. I returned to the restaurant to address the issue, hoping for an adequate resolution. Although I understand that mistakes happen, it is essential for any food service establishment to ensure the quality and safety of their food. I believe that improvements can be made in this area. I hope this feedback can lead to positive changes for future customers.

Seems like the original Middle Eastern owner sold this place to Tamil people.
The food is okay but they are always out of the most basic things such as whole wheat pita, hummus and chicken shawarma.
The guys working here do not have any customer service skills
Ignorant and very rude guys who do not like to listen to the customers request.

I really like the taste of the food. The problem is that they are always running out of the most basic of supplies - often lack whole wheat bread, run out of chicken or beef sharwarma, even lack common condiments like hummus, coleslaw, and/or parsley.

But for the price, the quantity and taste of the food is nice, albeit availability of all ingredients is unpredictable.

Also, though they have the facility, they do not offer seating. Instead, ever since COVID measures, all the tables and chairs are still stacked in the eating area. I wish they would restore these.

If they could get these last parts right, I would rate it much higher.

For me I had a falafel wrap, not much flavour very bland and not done with any love just slapped together

Food tastes good but the Indian boys who work there doesn’t care about the customers and doesn’t know anything about customer service basically good for nothing. They work well only when the owner or manager (old man) is around. I love the food so I go there even if I hate these boys and their behaviour towards any customer not just me.

Best shawarma ever!

Edit: Came back the next day for another shawarma combo. Service was quick but not very friendly, shawarma was different — less sauce, not as juicy. Overall inconsistent. Not bad, but definitely not as good every single time. Good price for two shawarmas. Fries were overpriced.

NEVER eating here again. I was shocked how dirty this place. The counter where they prepare the shawarmas was covered in food like they hadnt wiped it down all day! The floor, gross! If the front is that dirty than I can imagine how dirty the back is … my first and last time ever eating there … the flavour was mediocre, so I’m not missing anything!

I decided to use this place for one more time before I left my negative comments.
1-i want chicken shawarma, NOT SHEARED chicken.
2-new students are welcome to work, but do not show us your attitude.
3-try to take a BATH.
4-never slam the door when you in-out.
5-one shawarma requires one scoop of chicken. It should be a chicken, not chicken skin/chicken small small small pieces.
Remember ONE full Scoop.never take a shawarma from these students.
Day or noon time, the owner gives you what your money value is.

I looked very carefully yesterday & today. These students' hands are shaking while taking one scoop of chicken,

I was there to grab a quick bite to eat. It is good and you get what you pay for. It’s decent and they are generous with their portion size. I ordered a mixed shawarma plate and a falafels. Decent. There are a lot of bad and abusive customers but the service is still very professional and consistent. I would go back for a quick bite but it wouldn’t make my top 5 shawarma spot.

I got the wrong order. They are so busy they just grab 2 shawarmas that are toasting and don't verify that those had the toppings you wanted inside.and put them in a bag. I watched the person making it and it was correct, but the person taking the payment and putting the order in a bag did not. My order had hot sauce and none of the toppings or sauce I ordered. Be careful, when its busy you might not get what you ordered.
