Wonderful staff. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They got to the bottom of a very bad skin infection

They offer 20 minute appointments. If you are late, the Vet turns you away no matter if you have driven 40 minutes to get there. Don't bother with them. They are trying to fit patients in like some sort of short order restaurant service. We were going during covid and had to wait alot for them at that time, but now they treat us as disposable patients. Well, at $350 a visit, there are alot of other vets with better customer service. PLUS my dog was terrified going through the door. So there's that too.

The staff members genuinely care about the wellbeing of the animals and are always gentle and compassionate with your furry family member.

When having to do the impossible, the staff and vet at Tavistock Veterinarians (Hickson location) were amazingly hospitable, caring, kind and professional. I held my little one Lucy as she slipped away and they kindly and carefully wrapped her in blankets so I could bring her to be buried on my family farm. Thank you for making the hardest thing a little easier.

Disappointed in the visit. I was there to support a friend who had been told that the visit would cost $53 (heart worm). He walked out with the heartworm medication after the shot and a bill for $328! That is not cricket!

Dr. Hutchinson is, knowledgeable, kind, an excellent veterinarian! THANK you a million times for your care, and for being approachable and open. All the best to you Sir and we will seee you again!

Very kind vet, I think her name was Jessica. We had to euthanize my dear sweet perfect cat. She was so kind, understanding and compassionate. Thank you.

I have never been to a more caring, honest and helpful veterinary clinic. They have always been there for us throughout our pet’s lives and are so compassionate at the end. I can’t thank them enough for caring for our babies the way they do.

We had made the decision to put our dog down after he got hit by a car. Went in to do it, the vet had asked us if we’d rather give him away to them or the Humane society because he was so young still. They would repair him for others to take him. No consideration on the weight of the decision we made for his quality of life. Will absolutely never recommend this place to anyone.

They genuinely care for my dog every time I go. Dr. Chris is wise and helpful regarding my fur baby.

My cat had an emergency after hours visit. The vet was very kind as the decision was made to let our pet go over the rainbow bridge. The vet was compassionate and let us be there with him during the process. She genuinely cared and made a very difficult process easier.

The staff here are wonderful and always go above and beyond. They treat your pet as if it were their own. Always a great experience!
