I called them, booked an appointment with them. And at the time of appointment I got no call or text. I called them myself, they said "We're busy, please call later" and hung up. I took a 1 hr break from my work to do the taxes.

The customer service could have been a LOT better even if they were busy and couldn't help me at that time.

Very unprofessional. People booked appointments and they had a delay of around 2 hours. On top of that, they were very unfair by taking in people who booked AFTER us just because they know them, this was very inconvenient. All they just said is sorry and it will be quick but it ended up taking so long. We didn’t even get our accountant we planned on meeting, but a random one. At least the lady who filed our taxes was nice but this is unethical, not how a business should run.

Shams Thakor is a very non professional and rude person. He disregarded his valued clients while sitting infront of him to file their tax returns. He seemed to be playing with his computer rather than listen to his clients. No greeting no talking No respect at all. He just finished the tax return within 5 minutes and left the room without even tell me what my tax refund was? He didn't even bothered answering or paying attention to my important questions for the Tax benefits. He threw the papers on my face to sign while he's standing and steering at me, called his secretary to get the money from me and left the room. What a shame and non professional attitude. Staff girls are also seems very busy that they don't even have time to answer questions towards their potential clients. Just a money making machines with shameless attitude and customer service is just a wastege of time and money.

I've filed my taxes in Canada for over 2 decades. Never seen a non professnalism what I've seen in your office. Whatever I wrote and said is what I had worst customer service and attitude from Shams Thakor. It's not about spending less time to file a normal tax return is about answering all important questions and satisfying the clients atleast telling them how much the refund was as well as other tax benefits?

I will never come back to you to spend my time and money for the poor customer service and non professional attitude.

The consultant name Shams is so rude, icompetent, unprofessional, and has no work ethics. He was asked about what documents that are needed for the tax refund. Instead of informing us what are the EXACT documents, he laughed as if he was talking to a fool. We hired a consultant to help us, not to insult us. That was not a complicated question to answer. We are NOT new clients. We have tried the service before. I dont think the guy can handle our tax refund professionally. Cannot be trusted. I personally would prefer ARIF to handle ours. What a shame to the company name. Very low standards and a very disgusting attitude.

Visited the tax office in March for personal tax return filing and it was only filed today, that is a month later. Unsure what this miss was about but staff needs to be more vigilant.

It’s taxtime the best place I find in Scarborough very courteous and polite and you’re not waiting around for a long time to do your taxes I did two years taxes in approximately 20 minutes. An amazing value for my money and e-file. I would recommend this guys to anyone that is new and don’t do their own taxes or if you need a very experience tax professional go to this location.

Don’t get lured by the- refer a friend program, as the employees lack professionalism. A bunch of trained part-timers file your taxes with minimal knowledge and experience. Rather than focusing on maximizing your tax returns by spending some time, they try to get rid of you! The worst is yet to come: horrible pricing. $100 for HST returns. If you are a uber/lyf driver then this is definitely not your place. A charge of $100 would be levied without consent.

I have done taxes with MA consultation and so far had bad experience.
Because they have messed up my tax returns and we have visit more than twice it call frequently and no answer. As a customer why I have do through so much problem when I can my taxes done from someplace else and with no problems to follow up.
And if you are offering for low prices doesn't mean that we have to follow up with you or our tax returns because thanks to you, M A consultation has added more problems to our daily life.
Thank to you our credir history will be bad.
Again this is my personal experience, also people are very judgemental who are working there.
