We called Taylor Moving to help us with our move from Toronto to upstate NY.

Mark was fast to reply to our initial inquiry and he and Holly helped us throughout the whole process.

Moving 10 minutes down the road is stressful but cross border is unimaginably rough. They helped us with our paperwork and followed up with us consistently.

When it got to be a week away from move day and we realized we needed more help getting our stuff boxed up, they were able to get a team of packers out to us on short notice.

I can't say enough how grateful we are to the team at Taylor for being so helpful.

The moving crew were professional, careful, and friendly. They maintained that all through a very hot and humid day, too! Thank you to the crew, and Taylor Moving.

I worked with Holly and Mark for my move from Toronto to the Bay Area. They picked up my things on time, even offered storage due to my plans changing and delivered my items on the day promised. The movers were sharp on time, very professional, kind and took good care of our items, very gentle while moving! And this was on both locations. I was totally at ease and felt relaxed. I recently used Taylor Moving and Storage to move my 4 bedroom home from Bolton to Stratford. From beginning to end they were nothing but amazing. The quote was bang on. Thank you Mark. The moving team. Aka The Dream Team arrived on time and made short work of loading up my home. Zack, Alex and Brandy were very professional and so much fun to work with. They were able to deliver same day due to their speed and organization. When they delivered my belongings they were all in great shape. They went above and beyond to ensure all furniture in its place and put back together again. In some cases better than the original piece. I would highly recommend them to everyone. We were in desperate need of movers short notice due to a delay in returning to our home under renovations. Taylor Movers was responsive and got our things to a new Rental home on short notice and with ease. No stress and the crew was amazing! We want to thank Jay and Miles and the new guy with them (sorry forgot your name) they were friendly and careful with our stuff! We would definately use Taylor Movers again!

We hired Taylor Moving for our move from the Upper Beaches in Toronto to downtown Burlington. They were very professional and very efficient. The price was extremely reasonable. To move us out, they had to position their very large truck around some inconveniently parked cars on our one-way street. They got it in there and they got our stuff out. We moved out on Day One and moved in on Day Two. They held our stuff in the truck overnight and they were right on time on move-in day. They were very well organized and it took them very little time to get the truck unloaded and our stuff placed in all the right rooms. Strongly recommend Taylor Moving.

Another terrific experience with Taylor Moving. Mark was very responsive and incredibly flexible with changing moving dates. Holly and Kimberly in Operations were very helpful with logistics. Dennis and Alex were incredible movers. They were very friendly and off the furniture was treated carefully. Great communication, very professional and would definitely recommend!

Taylor Moving did a phenomenal job on the move of my family from Canada to the United States. They packed our belongings with care, followed directions perfectly, were friendly, helpful and responsive throughout the whole process. The moving crew (with one exception that was quickly resolved), at Taylor provided excellent packing, removal and loading for my international move. I want to commend Robbie, Simon, Kyle, Jadyn, Jason, Randy and Tony for making my moving days stress-free, by not only doing their jobs well, but also by being polite and accommodating. The management behind the scenes were also very helpful.

Good until they had my business, and then decreasing returns, and now I feel ripped off.
The initial phase of this move (Hamilton to UK) was great- the booking agent was responsive, flexible, and very professional. I had to reschedule the pick-up multiple times, and aside from the movers turning in up one time when we had cancelled it (they hadn't been told) there were no problems planning the move. On pick-up day they missed a large item that was on the pick-up list (an 8'x10' wool rug worth a few hundred $$), which was unfortunately not caught by my friend supervising. My possessions were stored safely for 2 months until a shipment was scheduled, but Taylor's didn't tell me my possessions had shipped. The first I heard was from their counterpart in England saying they would be arriving in port imminently. Since we thought we still had months to go, we were caught unaware. Of course, with shipping delays these days it still took another 6 weeks to get to us, but I had asked several times to be told when they shipped.
The big problem came when the goods arrived - there were some boxes that were felling apart as the movers brought them in, others that were packed inadequately (broken picture frames and vases), and a dresser and heirloom coffee table that had damage from the move. The dresser, a solid wood, good quality piece which had barely been used, has scratches and dents on 3 sides, and the drawers no longer fit properly. I filed an insurance claim, but was told there was a $500 deductible- which is not mentioned at all on the insurance contract! It seems to me if they damage my furniture in transit they should pay for the damage, whether it is insured or not (which it was), and if there is a deductible it should say that on the insurance contract (which it does not).
When the time comes to move back to Canada, they will definitely not be getting my business!

The owner of this business was incredibly rude and disrespectful to a family member after losing some high value items. The owner's response to this concern was "well you should have bought my insurance. " Someone with this poor level of customer service and respect is a poor example for his employees and should not be a business owner. This owner should try a profession where being rude and incompetent is tolerable.

Taylor took in charge the moving of my household items from Toronto to New York, they handle everything with care, 0 damage, communication is fantastic and most important no headaches for import paperwork, I highly recommend Taylor moving. Thanks Kim for your assistance.

The team you sent to look after our move certainly exceeded our expectations!
