Sale reps are providing top services they will let you know what's on promotions according to your needs. Also will suggest my phone should be up grade due to the years of it's durable functions may wear out soon. Definitely they know how to keep their customers and know we will recommend to our friends.

Great customer service experience at this T-Booth location. The Sales Manager (Craig) was extremely helpful and patient in answering my questions and setting me up with a new phone today. I went to Fido store today with my phone issues, but I have terrible customer service experience there. I came to T-booth today, the staff are super nice and super helpful, they help me to fix all the issues with the phone. Love the store, love the staff. Everything is fantastic. Definitely will visit back again.

I walked across and saw that it was nice and clean so I thought I'd go in and see if they could recommend me anything. I was greeted by all the staff and ended up being helped by Craig. I was amazed by the service so went ahead, changed my plan and also got a new phone. I couldn't be happier with my purchase all thanks to Craig for the time and advice. Incredible customer service. Came in with a volume issue with my i phone. Staff arranged a appointment with Leslie the apple specialist. Not only did he diagnose the problem quickly but he fixed my phone within the hour. Can’t thank him enough.
