Horrible experience with the sales rep NAJMA. She was so rude to us for no reason. First we asked her about a plan from bell and she said the offer expired very rudely without checking her computer, I checked the bell website and the offer was not expired so I went back and told her and she gave me a dirty look than proceeded to call her co worker to confirm. The other people at this booth said it was available than she proceeded with my info, I strictly told her I want the caller ID blocked and she told me that it would be applied automatically but if the caller id shows than it isn't her fault and I would have to call bell which makes no sense. If she was to block caller id, why would it show up? So I made her go back and she was very annoyed, she goes back to that page and Caller Id was not blocked, it clearly shows that it was allowed and when I asked her, she ignored me and said "its changed now, so what? " At the end, when we were finishing up, she told me to choose a number and I did and the number was no available but she wrote that number on the back of my sim card and when I told her it was not the correct number, she said yah it is in the rudest tone and when she checked at the end the number was wrong and she didn't even rewrite it on the sim and said ok done and told us to leave. This was the worst customer service I have ever received, this lady was so rude to me and I would not recommend anyone getting service from her.

I got a new phone on black friday from T booth and Najma helped me for the same. It was a great experience and she has been really helpful to me. She explained everything so clearly and she got me the best deal. Would recommend everybody to take her advice if you are buying a new phone!

I recently upgraded my iPhone and had a pleasant experience at Tbooth in Fairview mall - Vince explained every question I had clearly and we discussed various options for me. He was not pushy and I appreciated his knowledge of iphones and iCloud (I am not tech savvy) - thank you Vince

I really appreciated the time that Vince at the Fairview Mall location took out to ensure that my sister and I got the best deals for our plans. From the time that we arrived at the booth until the time that we left, he was attentive, listened to what we were looking for, and went above and beyond to deliver it. Extremely unprofessional service. I went 2 weeks ago and spoke to a man who gave me the rundown for iphones, i told him i was looking for an iPhone 14 Pro Max or 13 Pro Max. He told me to come back during black friday deals. I went today and saw the same person who looked completely uninterested to help me. He brushed off all my questions and told me the phone i wanted was going to be in stock in March (which is not true) and that the iphone 13 pro max was discontinued (he never told me this 2 weeks ago when i initially visited). Then one of the man’s colleagues interrupted the conversation and suggested the iphone 14 pro. Before I could even respond, the two were ARGUING about who will help me INFRONT me (neither of them wanted to help me, told the other one to do it). Made me feel extremely uncomfortable, I was about to give them a sale for the most expensive phone and was treated with no respect. Advice for everyone else: finance your phone at apple and sign up for a separate phone line with a provider.don’t bother giving these people your business since they clearly don’t care for it anyways.

I've been going here for years. Only place I deal w when I need a new phone. S/o Yusry outstanding customer service every time.

Yusry is the best. He really looks out for his customers going above and beyond to find the best deals for you. He genuinely cares about his customers and even checks on you after he makes his sale to make sure you are happy. Five star service for sure,

I am a Fido subscriber for 19 years now. I got my phone at TBooth, Eaton Center. Since then, I kept on coming to them. I'm a loyal customer.

Then I moved to the North York area several years ago. I renewed my subscription at TBooth Fairview Mall. Thanks to Sima, she's always caring and attending to her customers with excellence. Then after her, it was Nishant, also a very good and well-versed salesperson.

Unfortunately, these 2 great people were both not working anymore at TBooth. So, it's like in my mind, I will not come back to the store. I will just find another store.

Then when my phone got lost and stolen. I need to have a nice phone, so I hurriedly went back to TBooth to give it a try once again. Then Najma assisted me well. I thought I won't be able to find the previous 2 sales consultants. But with Najma it was also an excellent service. She takes care of all my needs about what kind of phone and plan I should get. She never got tired of so many questions and apprehensions I made. She just guided me well and gave pleasant advice. Najma, you're superb! Keep up the good work you're doing.

If anyone wants good customer service and a store, go to Fairview Mall's TBooth, I highly recommend that store. Look for Najma. She will happily serve you well. If she's not there, you can just ask other customer service agents. For sure, they will gladly accommodate and help you very well. Kudos to all of you. Happy Holidays!

All I wanted was to know if I can get a new SIM card with cheapest plan.
The sales guy kept on asking me to give passport. I gave driving license but he still kept on asking me passport. I said u can't ask that, he said u r not giving me any other I'd, u r holding ur credit card but not giving me so i have to ask. I told him this is rude. He said I don't want to serve u.
Extremely rude and atrocious behavior of an employee. I m very upset and felt very vulnerable standing in that booth.

Extremely poor service. All I wanted to know was some prepaid plan options. The staff didn't feel like talking to me. I have to ask my questions loudly to get his attention. And when answering, he is not even looking at me, as he's 'busy' with his phone. Certainly will not come back.

Najma at the Tbooth was a great help and provided excellent customerservice! I would recommend her service to friends and family.

I went to the Tbooth at fairview yesterday. I wanted to upgrade my current phone. Yusry helped me choose a new phone and plan. He was very professional and friendly. He went above and beyond to make sure I pick the right phone. I definitely recommended this kiosk over big stores in the mall.

The best customer service i have ever had. I m a fido customer and my bill was always high and i used to pay extra on top of my bill.but after visiting T booth wireless at Fairview Mall the young lady Hazha was very helpful and helped me with my bill and gave me a very good deal. Sara was so gracious to answer all my inquiries at Yorkdale yesterday inspite being busy with other costumers. She asked me where is my closest location and after learning I'm around the vicinity of Fairview mall, she told me I can go there since she can be there if I need to. So I decided to go at Fairview location and there she was - went an extra mile just to be there patiently helped me with upgrading my phone account and moving my number from other carrier. Nishant was a very patient person, I highly recommend his services. Usually sales people do not want to do anything that doesn't involve sales but he was so helpful and helped me with replacing my lost phone through insurance. I was not patient enough to deal with the insurance company but Nishant was there from start to end. HIGHLY RECOMMEND, GOOD JOB!
