Very bad customer service. Do Not buy any so called life time warranty screen saver ever from this store cuz it’s a LIE. I came here to change my screen saver and one of the staff told me they don’t have it in stock and said I can come back when it’s in stock. So I asked can you back order it for me or can you let me know when will you have it back in stock so I can come back again? He said he can’t order it and he doesn’t know when it will be in stock. As a staff working there, he said he doesn’t know when it will be in stock. Even no rough timeline, he just repeated himself like a machine said he doesn’t know anything. And I left.

Be careful, after they sold the product to you, they don’t care about their customers anymore. Very disappointed at their service.

Broke my Samsung screen and fix it when it is still with my insurance. Great service from Sanah at TBooth. Friendly and really helpful. Will recommend.

My need was perfectly interpreted and a package of solution was provided to me which significantly lower my monthly payment. I really appreciated it.

Went in today to get a screen replacement for my s22 ultra, Sabah is really helpful and friendly. He was patient with my requests for not resetting the phone. Fixed my phone in 2hrs!
I wish he can get all the credit for the outstanding services he's providing.

Went here (recommended by Apple) to repair my iPhone 14 smashed screen an issue with my camera. Sat with Sabah to get this figured out and he was extremely personable, friendly, accommodating and funny. Definitely knows what he’s doing and takes care of his clients. Amazing experience for an awful situation. Definitely recommend awesome guy!

Mr Syed is a great gentleman and has perfect knowledge for all devices and which is the best deal for you, we purchased 3 phones and he gave soo much better deal that anyone else. Great experience and he deserves a raise! Fully satisfied

My iPhone 6SE was hacked so I called Apple Support Department for assistance. They suggested for me to reset my iPhone and recommended for me to visit the Tbooth store at the Scarborough Town Centre. I dealt with Mr. Sabah Murad who was extremely pleasant and polite and assured me that my issues will be resolved. Mr. Murad explained everything to me and proceeded to work on my iPhone. Since this process takes about 45-60 minutes to complete, Mr. Murad stayed longer that his regular work hours to complete the task. In summary, he was very knowledgeable and very professional. In addition, he called me a couple days later to make sure that all was working well with the iPhone. I highly recommend those experiencing iPhone, computer problems to visit the Tbooth store at STC and speak with Mr. Murad.

I had a very pleasant experience with T booth Wireless. I explained the two issues I was having with my Iphone. The technician, Sabah, asked some additional questions and explained what the issues could be. He did a diagnostic check and confirmed that my battery needed to replace and that would resolve the other issue.
He was very professional and he made my experience a pleasant one. I would highly recommend to have theirs iPhones repaired by Sabah.

Technician name Sabah, he is racist and booked appointment two times and both time he said some reason and he was ignoring to do service at Scarborough Town Centre,
I found other phone service shop in basement of Scarborough town center and they fixed within 30 minutes and cheaper than Tbooth wireless

I went to check on what is wrong with my Apple Pencil, but didn’t even try to find out if issue was with IPAD or Pencil, reset my iPad and couldn’t still figure out. Had to go to Jump+ Store to understand the issue was with pencil and not my iPad.

I was very well taken care of by Jimmy the Manager. He suggested I trade in my old broken phone for the new iPhone 13 which saved me a lot of money.he also hooked me up with a few accessories and really made sure I got the best price possible. He was very patient and kind while I transferred over stuff from my old phone to new. Even when the transaction wasn’t finished but the store was closed, I didn’t feel rushed at all. Overall great customer service and kind employees, I will be back for sure!

I visit T-booth at STC recently to get a battery replacement for Iphone 8 plus. The staff the very kind and helpful. They explain everything properly including the exact price and make you sign a few documents before starting the repair. I got my phone back within 2 hours when I gave it to them and now my phone looks brand new after the replacement. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking forward to get your phone repaired.

Bad service.
I brought 3 phones from here, and they gave a phone protection plan which is totally useless. I contacted them due to my 3rd phones damage, then the company charging $150 as deductible and giving you a used refurbished phone with a90 days warranty.

My iphone competely shut off and Mr Syed Hoq was extremely helpful! I was able to pick my phone up within the hour and it was as good as new. Very pleasant experience, great customer service:)

I got an iPhone battery replacement from the store and it was a wholesome experience. Special shout out to Mr. Sabah. He reached out via email prior to the appointment to confirm it and on the day, took care of everything. Extremely courteous and positive, he made sure that I got my phone back within an hour. Booked an apt through Apple Support with the Apple Expert, Savik at this tbooth store today. I wasnt optimistic the issue would be resolved. My mother has not been successful in getting it fixed over the phone with an Apple support tech for the past nine months.

His patience, expertise, and ability to resolve my mothers iPad issues was top notch. He listened to understand the issues she was having with a patient ear as we aren’t technologically savvy. He even taught us some tips for future use. His customer service was amazing. Thank you for all your help!

The most amazing experience I’ve had yet with upgrading phones. Trying to deal with phone companies and getting good pricing can be difficult. But knowing there are people like Jimmy who truly care for your wireless needs make it all better. I felt safe with all the COVID protocols in place which had me a ease.

Jimmy went above and beyond for me and my moms plan! I didn’t have to lift one finger. He helped me understand my bill more and looked that we needed more data, and offered a better plan! Not only that but also helped with trading in our old phones and transferring the information to the new iPhone!

We have had the best experience in this store! Jimmy has always taken care of us and always goes out of his way to find us the best phone/internet plans, while staying in touch when great offers come up. We recently had an issue with our iPhone and Jimmy connected us to Abi, the Apple Technician at the store. Abi was very kind and offered to squeeze us in even though he was all booked up. Abi resolved our issue very quickly and always treated us with respect, he even came into the store during his vacation to help us! Jimmy and Abi are unbelievable, and even though we live almost two hours away, we haven’t come across such great service and so, they will always have our business!

I was just a walk-in client at this branch and the administration was simply great. There was a person named Kunal who helped me out with my phone issue. He was at that point managing other two clients yet and still, he tuned in to my issue and helped me out. The service provided by him was simply Amazing and he fixed my phone within very less time at less expense. Highly recommend his service.
