To us as well as the agents he had to speak with at Rogers. He was able to correct the problem we were facing with our service and advocate for us to get a better deal going forward. Thank you Tyson, for making a long and tedious event feel as though we were chatting with a friend. Staying beyond your shift and making sure we were comfortable every step of the way! 10/10

Thank you very much to Tyson at the t- booth in the lambton mall. We had issues with our cell service. He was amazing spent 2 hrs on the phone with rodgers and even stayed 1 hr after the mall closed to make sure we had service for the long weekend. Thanks again Tyson!
