Really impressed with the services and offers they carry. Akshat was really very helpful and gave us amazing deals on phones. I also bought internet plans from him which was again very reasonable and great deal. He also offered many in store accessories along with the purchase. My fiancé and I had a wonderful experience here. We recently just got iPhone 14s pro max and dealt with Akshat. He got us amazing phone plans at an amazing price. He is very honest and kind and stuck to his word about the price of the phone plan. He also included many gifts for us to take home and was pleasant to deal with. No hidden fees and he waived an activation fee for us! Recommended him to my family already and will only deal with him to get the best phone plan from now on! Highly recommend!

Excellent customer service provided by Michael He had a lot of patience with the representative at bell service At one point the line got disconnected and Michael was on line for the longest time another rep came on the phone when he called again and of course starting all over again Michael made sure all my questions were answered and provided me with excellent service with phones

I got my telephone services from V. Kunal. I got my plan at a great price and throughout the whole process, he was guiding me and answering all my questions with great patience and professionalism. I would recommend V. Kunal to anyone who is looking for a new phone or plan.

I recently got a new contract here but was having a lot of trouble changing over my I phones. Michael took the time to do it all for me and even bought my old I phone on the spot for a very good price. Honestly the best service and professionalism of any phone shop I’ve ever dealt with that’s about 16 years. So happy I went here. Couldn’t recommend it any more you won’t find better. Incredible service. I am very grateful to Bobby, who was able to sort out my emergency. While on a dispatched route that required my mobile app to be used, I inadvertently dropped my phone - halfway through my shift. I raced over to see T-Mobile at Dufferin Mall, where Bobby was able to transfer all of data from my broken mobile (with no working screen, to a new replacement. This was all done in less than an hour. He even discussed repairing my phone, but knew that would not be as quick. I can't express how grateful I am, please give Bobby a raise!

One of the best places to go to when you need a phone. Julia helped me a lot with getting a phone and a good price plan deal. She also helped out a lot of my friends! Easy to deal with, she will assist you and you do not have to worry about anything! I highly recommend her to everyone who will visit tbooth in dufferin mall.

I needed to upgrade my phone and So young was very helpful and accommodating. I recommend T booth wireless for their good customer service.

We were fortunate to meet Julia Valera at the Home Show in 2019 and have been with TBOOTH since then. Julia was welcoming and competently found the best plans at the best price for myself and my husband, and most recently, for my son and his girlfriend as well. Julia has expertly and patiently solved nagging technical issues that were beyond our knowledge. Next year we will be returning to Julia and TBOOTH to renew our plan.

I always go to Dufferin Mall to get all my necessities, and I usually go to one person to get my technology stuff! The service I received was exceptional! The Sales Associate, Terry at the at TBooth Kiosk 464, was informative, professional, and took the time to transfer my data from my old phone to my new phone. He worked so hard to get me the best prices, and the best deal! He listened to me and worked around my financial abilities. This was one of the best upgrade experience I have ever had. I went in to this location after my phone would not turn on and after several friends recommended this place and their great service. I was immediately approached with a smile, by an associate named Terry. I advised him that I was in a panic because my phone was not turning on and that I needed a phone ASAP. I was not with one of their providers, but he took the time to try, for a while, to get my phone to turn on. After we realised my phone was not going to turn on, he took the time to go over all the pros and cons of all their phones, based on what my needs were. He also went over all the plans and providers with me. He was extremely friendly, patient, empathic and professional. I walked away from there very happy and satisfied, with the service, the phone I got and with the provider and plan I signed up with.

I went in after my phone was stolen. The gentleman who helped me was great up until the point of offering me a plan for Internet without giving me the full details which ended up being no different than what I was paying with my previous internet company.
To the sales people and the guy who helped me you're all wonderful and helpful but just be as clear and transparent with your clients so they don't feel like you scammed them into signing up for something for your benefit. Not cool.
