Great store, great service, great people.

I was notified a couple days ago about a phone plan promotion that was cheaper and better than my current one and of course I wanted to switch.
When I went in the installation was quick and easy and the guys were nice and professional. Phone plan got changed to a much better one and I even got to keep my number. 10/10 definitely come here, the employees are super competent and you'll get exactly what you want.

Brian was super helpful, and had plenty of patience, answering all my questions (multiple times). Bought a new phone, phone plan, and home internet through him. Thank!

I came to the Tbooth Wireless store at the Toronto Eaton Centre on a recommendation from a coworker looking to change my phone plan. Brian was incredibly helpful. First he helped me find an amazing phone plan that gave me more GB that I was expecting. Then he entertained my questions about how to get a new phone. I'm thankful that he did because I was able to actually get a brand new phone and then some much needed accessories since I am looking to use my new phone for travelling. I really appreciate his patience and attentiveness and I was able to get so much than I was expecting. I definitely had a great customer experience and I would come back again when I need a new phone.

Fayez was extremely helpful in not only arranging the colour and capacity of the phone of my preference (which was extremely hard to find), in a day's time, but also gave me the best possible offer in the market. I had an amazing experience in-store, and highly recommend this store and location.

Best Phone Deals in the City. Great Location inside the CF Eaton Centre Toronto. Really friendly staff and best customer service. Also they do have best home internet service too.

Came across this store while browsing for things at the Eaton Centre. My partner & I were looking for broadband and phone contracts and Brian was so patient and determined to get the best deals for us. Our experience was great - he was patient, kind and explained all our options to give us an opportunity to make well informed decisions on our contracts. I could not have asked for better service. Daryl helped me pick out a new phone and plan and was very helpful through the entire process of setting up my plan and getting everything moved over to my new phone. He was very professional and knowledgeable and saved me the headache of having to deal with cell phone companies directly and I cannot thank him enough for that.

My experience at the store was amazing. The manager David helped me out checking the best deals I can get not only for my phone but he checked my internet and tv services and offered me something better that I had at the time. Excellent service!
