Not satisfied I think they assume people know the majority of proper information about phone plans and billing etc, however for me I wasn't really aware as I had came in with my first phone being paid for by myself. I would've loved it they'd told me more descriptive details as to where your supposed to go to with bills (outside of the bank reference) and overall how to properly navigate a phone plan especially to young adults we don't get taught this in school so it's crucial to assume people don't know or don't know enough

I have had a lot of different experiences over the years upgrading my phone. None of them compare to my experience with Alexis. My Dad is actually who started going to her for his phone upgrades and suggested to me to go see her because she is the best and I needed to upgrade. She listens when you are telling her what you need, her customer service is outstanding. She doesn’t treat you like just another person walking into the store and it’s her job to help you (even though we know it is). If any of my friends or family were looking to upgrade their phone, or heck if you are a stranger reading this searching for a place to get your phone upgraded…. I would without a doubt highly recommend you go see Alexis! She’s fantastic!
