Td is sending misleading email messages about charging customers for not keeping a minimum amount of money in there account.

Banking ombudsman should fine the bank with penalties.

This building contains a Tim Hortons with a very limited selection. The building itself is very depressing and the parking lot is a nightmare in the middle of the day (not nearly enough space!).

So disappointed that TD apparently thinks that Net Zero by 2050 gives them license to fund new infrastructure that will be functioning til 2080 and beyond as long as they get everything funded by 2049.

They have financed 167 Billion in fossil fuel infrastructure since the Paris Accord where we promised to move away from fossil fuel.

It took me 3 tries, and 4 hours of wait time, to put through an RRSP transfer through my self directed account.
What possible reason could there be to reduce phone access hours from 24/7 to what they have today?
Covid doesn’t travel over phone lines, and greater volume can’t be the answer. My guess is there is a profit motive in there somehow.
Pitiful customer service, though the young guy I did eventualy deal with was good.

The teller was super friendly and really walked me through my entire process while making a money order for the first time.
