I have seriously never seen a less efficient TD location. The line is always shockingly long and they have one or two people max working at a time. Currently have been here for 30 minutes with a huge line behind me, the one teller has already helped a woman with her issue and is trying to push a credit card on her for the last 10 min. Instead of up selling maybe try to help the people with their actual needs? Ridiculous

Avoid this branch if you can. Seriously avoid.

Managers openly criticize staff here, which is just so disheartening to see. The staff work slow, probably because they’re afraid to make a mistake, which only makes things worse.

The upselling here never ends. Even something as simple as exchanging currency, “Have you considered opening up a US account? ”

Depositing a cheque came with a greedy manager stopping by to ask me what my plans were for my money. Kindly, none of your business. Still he persisted. Maybe if that kind of energy was put towards opening on time there wouldn’t be a huge line by 10mins after opening.

If it weren’t so horribly inconvenient at this point I would switch banks altogether.

This places customer service is outright insulting. Poor organization and the lack of ability to meet customers needs. Use another branch if you can.

Been banking here for 15 years and the customer service has just been horrible the last few years.

Lazy bank tellers and horrible management. Waited in line just to have the manager tell me to call customer service…. Like what?

Precisely why this branch gets such bad reviews…. First one in line when the branch opens and it took 20 minutes to do a simple two business cheque deposit with a deposit book in hand. Very frustrating from m a consumer standpoint. I’ve been banking at this branch since 1986 it means nothing. Today I just reminded myself why I never bank here even though my business a dental office is around the corner. I prefer to bank closer to home at avenue and Lawrence area and the staff and service at this branch are all stars or they are just smarter…. Maybe fenwood branch should take some lessons. Why should this experience be so bad?

Terrible and disgusting experience with James T Rogers, Senior Sales Rep at TD Bank. CUSTOMERS BE AWARE—His conduct was egregious and discriminatory. Upper Management has been notified & a civil action is pending against him personally and against TD Bank for discrimination. This sales rep is unsophisticated and lacks the competence to be a ‘Senior Sales Rep’

This branch has the very best service for all your Financial services like RRSP, RESP and etc. Just ask for this person by name AFSHIN MITHANI this lady would help you with all this go above and beyond to make sure you satisfy with all your concern you came for even follow up with phone calls. This lady is one of a kind.

After standing in line for more than half an hour, I get served, asking for British pounds and they tell me they only have 50 pounds. AFTER SAYING WELL WHAT CAN YOU DO FOR ME THEY RELUCTANTLY called a few branches. Finally found one with 2000 pounds. Had to drive there and stand in another long line. Getting sick & tired of TD's ridiculous lines and poor service. Tome tp look for another credit union. I

Horrible experience, employees who can't answer basic questions and who do not take there jobs seriously or know how to do there jobs properly. Been a member of this bank for my entire life of 30 years, have had many bad experiences but after today I will be changing banks in the foreseeable future.

TD refused to give me Visa card, for no reasons. So I canceled my account with TD
I applied for the same in CIBC and I got it.
Since a year I'm with CIBC and happy with their Services

On Thursday morning October 15,2020, I stopped in the very early morning around 0600 to go to the bank machine to take out cash and when got out of my suv I saw a homeless man coming from the bank full charging at me. I got back into my suv and locked the doors. As I tried to reverse out of the parking lot he began to throw cans at my car, scratching it. I reverse quickly and left the bank and he went back inside of the bank. I think these banks need to start looking into locking their doors after they're close for the day. I was very traumatized but I just wanted you guys to know that homeless people are sleeping inside the bank machine area. It's very scary for customers especially if the homeless person wants to attack them.

I had an appointment with Niroshon, at this branch to renew my mortgage ending this August 2020. I had 1.85%, on variable, and asked him if he can keep the same rate. He said TD's offer is 1.90%, and on my request he didnt take any initiative to get the rate, 1.85%. I left that branch and visited another nearest TD branch next day. That gentleman said TD's offer is 1.90% but he will pursue a bit to bring it to 1.85%. I said great. I came home and after couple of hours he called and said 1.85% has been approved.

It's not the money, extra $10 per installment, but customer service and being loyal with a client for 20 years. I got another offer from CIBC for 1.80% but my wife and I decided to stay with TD.

I would like to file a complaint about a recent visit to one of my branch that I've been going to for many years. I wanted to deposit a cheque from my work place. I recently got another job at a car dealership so I was getting a referral cheque instead of direct deposit into my account.   At first I was on the line up outside and the line was getting longer and longer, then finally I got in after waiting 30 mins to go see a teller. At that point I asked the teller that would this be going on hold or not. I had some bills that needed to come out and I needed the cheque to be cleared
The teller got one of the manager named James Rogers who is a complete arrogant who is simply doesn't know his job or do his duties to solve a problem. He went into my account and saw like 2 nsf from like  months ago and I kept reiterating that I have switched my job and now I am getting referral cheques like this and going forward this is what I will be getting from Scarboro Kia. On top of that he wouldn't talk to me properly or had any manners how to talk to customers.
I would like to requests a follow up call back asap! To discuss this matter further. And I would also like a written apology letter from James Rogers explaining what happened.
I am waiting on a call back!

This branch has made many mistakes and I have now moved most of my investments to another bank.

Came in to TD to close my account today.but after the way my request was handled i had no choice but to rethink my decision. James went out of his way to answer my questions and came up with a better solution that solved the reason for closing the acct. Although he's pretty new to TD he took the initiative to come up with suggestions and a solution. That's very rare in today's world. #HappyCustomer

Worst Bank to choose. Horrible rates for businesses and THEY ALLOW new works with limited knowledge try to advice you financially. Than you wait hours while they wait to ask someone else how to do their job right.

Do not book any appointments at this branch! They are unprofessional and confused. They rescheduled my first appointment by calling to say the rep did not come into work that day. I then rescheduled my appointment and confirmed it for today and when I went to my appointment today they said I am not scheduled. After a very frustrating conversation the gentleman told me he cannot help me as the only advisor left had a client and the second advisors shift was over and refused to take me. I’m so upset I will never bank with that branch again and I will make sure someone hears my complaint this not okay. No wonder they have so many bad reviews!

- First banking in Canada with TD, 15 years of exclusive loyality.
- Multiple accounts including; youth, RRSP, RESP, waterhouse, etc.
- Investments in 6 figures.
- Overlooked repeated "human errors" made by the bank.
- Today, final nail in the coffin.the WORST customer service ever. TD branch manager Stuart Moulding "highly trained" to turn one of the happiest moments in a clients financail life, into the most unsavory experience. Thank you SO much Stuart

One star is actually a little above what I would rate this Branch. I have been trying to get approval and/or feedback on a Pre-Approved Mortgage since November, 2018. No one returns messages or responds to e-mails at this Branch. They all seem so confused there. I had been advised by a few close friends not to go there based on their own experiences. I finally started to listen. Avoid this Branch at all costs.

The most pathetic & disorganized TD branch in Toronto. Surprised to see Branch Manager Stuart Moulding and Sushill is the most incompetent of all as I received a letter to go to the branch and he is asking to go back to telephone banking. You don’t even deserve a star.

Green staff. Most of them seem lost. Went to visit the branch, the advisor made me sign bunch of wrong papers. The office smelled really bad like curry leaves.the appointment was supposed to be 10 mins took the lad an hour, kept making mistakes. This branch was very good once upon a time. Such a shame - please hire competent people.
