I had a pre approval for a credit card and went to the branch to activate it. This is the first time I went to this branch. The tell Isaac answered all my questions and when they had to check on something Angela the Supervisor was very helpful. Overall good experience.

This branch service is worst and no respect to the customers. Very worst employees sitting at desk wasting public time and money. No proper info and timely service. Better this branch can be closed.

I believe the managers at this branch don't care for the customers and therefore the staff does the same. This is culture at this branch. The staff lacks training, experience and knowledge. Hope to find another branch to take care of my business.

Just been there with zero quality service by the teller. Only 1 teller works here. Long lines, unacceptable.

10+ people in line and only 2 tenders are open. Managers are not paying attention to foot traffic. Very long wait times.

I am certain it is the worst branch in whole GTA. The staff is useless and rude. They just don't care about people waiting in long lines. They are more interested in talking to each other than looking after the clients. They also make their own rules which no one can comprehend. Don't go there

Today was my last visit here. I placed a order for 300 single usd bills. 4 days in advance. I come to pick up cash they say "SORRY WE DONT HAVE IT". Another incident with same brach multiple voice messages left not a single reply.

On July 5,2022, I again had to deal with unprofessional work of TD. I had some urgent business matter to resolve before my long trip, which I had to postpone because of that. Since, we have worked with this branch for a long time we had to be prepared to deal with their stubbornness and unprofessional work. By that I mean that we had to prepare excessive amount of paperwork in order to make sure that our business to business transfer goes smoothly. But no, a week before July 5th, this branch as usual managed to surprise us and literally froze our business funds for almost two weeks. In the past we always were able to solve that right away. However, this time, after several conversations with them, they declined to do anything about that. A week later, on July 5th, we attempted to complete our transaction again but no one wanted to listen to us or even try to understand what we were trying to do. We had a long discussion with assistant manager over the counter - no results. After several unpleasant conversations, we managed to request a meeting with branch manager who happened to be very busy on this day. We had to come to the branch later in the day and, what a surprise, the branch manager literally decided to do nothing. They refused to review paperwork which clearly stated the reasons for the transfer. As well, they pretended that they completely do not understand anything we were talking about. I want to stress out that we have been doing the same transactions with this TD branch for years. But this time they just advised us to find another bank for our business banking and then just waited for us to leave. This is how long-term customers are treated in TD. I also asked to return my funds but according to this particular branch manager it was also impossible. It was the most unprofessional branch manager we have dealt with in the past 10 years, which was a big surprise. By the way, on this day, I also scheduled a phone call meeting to resolve the problem with TD but it was just canceled without any explanation and has never been rescheduled. So, I literally spent my day just trying to do one regular business transaction and it was not done. Eventually, I was forced to finish my transaction in NB, over 1,000 km away. What a nice customer service. I give two starts only because we got a call from TD customer service in the next couple days and at least they tried to listen to our concerns.

This review is specific to Sonia Badoo. I have never in my life met such an incompetent, and unprofessional person. My husband and I went for a pre-approval mid October 2021. The second we walked in, she assumed my husbands job. Arent you suppose to look a client up rather than making guesses? She lacks communication in general. We had to chase her for MONTHS before I got higher management involved. By the time March 2022 hit, I had enough. After several emails over weeks that were never responded to and not having a pre-approval after "working" with her for 6 months we got our files to be taken over my the assistant branch manager Stephenie who was able to get us everything we needed within a week. Sonia would constantly be "away" from the office or on holiday. If you are seeking any financial advice or a pre-approval from anyone at this location, make sure to avoid Sonia if you actually want things to get done.

Very poor customer service, very arrogant and rude bunch of untrained ladies, TD needs to do better than this, pay little bit extra and hire some professional people not bunch of untrained jokers.visiting this branch is like punishing yourself…

Worst TD branch i have ever visited because of the Girl LISA who is a manager at the branch. She is so rude and don’t care and takes customer to the point where he/she ask to cancel all TD accounts and move his/her business to some other bank.

The Manger named lisa is so unprofessional and seems to be racist. TD must look after this asap, if want clients to be loyal with TD. Otherwise there are lots of bank in Canada. Overall i have great experience with TD but this branch is horrible just because of one person

Absolutely terrible service by Amrit Kaler who was being smug when telling me about bank fees. Super lazy and clearly didn't want to be there or do what I was asking to be done. Took 30 minutes to do something I've had other tellers accomplish in less than 5 minutes.

Service was a bit slow here but the staff did a good job with screening people reminding people to stay the proper distance away from each other and to wear a mask even when you're in line.

Why are customers who are MEDICALLY EXEMPT being denied service by Branch Manager KEVIN DORAN for not wearing a face mask?

What authority do you have to attempt to enforce a mandate without knowing the laws surrounding it? To deny someone service based on medical grounds is a direct violation of the Ontario Human Rights Code.

I'll be filing a Human Rights complaint against Branch Manager KEVIN DORAN!

Worst branch ever. People have to check-in by phone or barcode while waiting outside the bank in 31 degree Celsius. No management. The wait time is around 30-40 minutes.

Opened account online and got an email to come to branch to activate account went there on a snowy day, customer service person after verification said their manager needs to overide account to activate it.she went in to see manager and spent almost 20mins came back to tell me that manager on duty cannot activate account that I need to come another day. If the manager on duty cannot activate common account opening then what can she do?

They dont even try to help. The guy didnt even look at my file because he was too lazy to look. Instead he made me wait 20min to essientially waste my time.

Myself and my uncle Ron just go in here with our rolled change. The older dark lady is always so nice to us I think next time we will bring her a coffee from Tim Hortons.

My bank CIBC doesn't like the way we roll our change so we just go in to your shop to exchange for but bills.

Worst TD Bank EVER! Avoid like the bubonic plague. Only reason I keep going back back is because they are around the corner from home. The teller once forcibly signed me up for the auto save feature when I said no. I was sick at the time & had to come back in to have it fixed when I noticed money being leached from one account to another. They have a drive thru bank machine that must be hacked pretty often because it acts weird (strange lag, sounds etc) & breaks down at least once a month. One time it ate my card & I had to wait 5 minutes before it spat it out. You might earn low bank interest faster than waiting in their lines because the service is so slow. Yes their are some well intentioned workers there but it isn't enough to fix the colossal mess that is this branch. There was also a nice security guard but I think he either retired or got transferred.

Bad experience all the time. They ask you question that have nothing to do with you transactions. Have no business service. Long wait time, very slow, and low staff.

I visited to the branch first time as a lady was on reception wasn't behave well with me when i asked for washroom. It was a bad experience.

Pathetic management. The manager did not want to type up a balance certificate with 2 lines on it. For the time he spent arguing he could have typed up the balance confirmation.
Arrogant and non cooperative staff.
Avoid the branch. Td needs to change the management staff for sure.
I'm not the only customer writing about their attitude.
The bank makes money through customers deposits at the end of the day. 2 lines is all it takes to keep my deposits at your bank!

I have experienced discrimination by the previous branch manager and new branch manager. I have been criminalized when trying to cash cheques from my employer. The 2nd incident there was another customer processing the same type of transaction, no hassle was given. The third incident they even went as far as calling my employer to verify the cheque was real. I have left in tears one time too many. Next month I will be switching all of my banking to another bank. Disappointed and disgusted.

Unprofessional, unorganized with little to none respect for a clients time.

Got there at 1pm to open an account for my 13-year-old son; went in spoke with jaber. Provided proof the he's a student, a birth certificate and sin.jaber said that he would need a passport.really? Ok fine, we live around the corner.jaber then says oh, well can you come back at 2. Sure we can, we are understanding people we all have things to do.

Returned at 2.

Jaber then tells us that his previous client just arrived, Ok, so? Jaber then tells us to come back at 330! Pathetic.

This place is a joke, Jaber is a joke and I wouldn't bother doing business with them.
