The worst TD Bank that I have tried to use in Milton. The last 3 visits was a waste of time. Useless tellers unable to do the easiest tasks. The previous bad review are definitely warranted.

Very bad customer service very bad if there were less than 1 star I would give. It has been over two years everytime I ho do my banking I get very frustrated

If I just could find Zero stars, I would definitely give it the branch manager, I wanted to know more about the investment account today & he didn't even listen to my questions & kept on replying by saying get an appointment!

This branch is great, people working here are wonderful, all of them are great.
Farwa is wonderful, so polite professional and welcoming, she is amazing and spreading positive energy, and same as Mohammed and the rest of staff
This place you feel home.
I don’t want to miss anyones name, but I really feel I am at my place.

Horrible customer service! The tellers are all incompetent and insulted my dad when it was clearly a mistake on behalf of the branch. The bank manager just gave my dad a phone number to make a complaint. Definitely taking our business elsewhere!

Worst experience at a Td branch. Came in for one simple task & was delayed questioned and did not feel welcomed from the start. I had more questions but the way I was served made me want to get in & get out!

I have been trying to find out information about my investments and no one seems to be able to help me. I want to take out MY money and they seem to be stonewalling me. Say they will call back.nothing. And no one seems to be able to help me over the phone. Looking forward to moving my money elsewhere.

The staff at TD was very helpful in setting up my account when I came to Canada. I opened different investment accounts with them and found the team knowledgeable and helpful.

I just came off the phone with someone who was very impatient with new when asking me questions, his name was Michael I believe, I wasn't understanding some of the questions he was asking, so I asked questions. But he was very rude. And impatient. My first bad experience

Doesn't deserve even 1 star. Totally clueless branch from top to bottom. Unique rules. Poor customer service. Unprofessional. Uncooperative. Rude. Not sure why/how this branch is still operating. Had poor experience dealing with Mr. Hetal Gandhi and Lori-Ann. Never visiting this branch again!

The experience here was awful. It wasn’t the first time. If you want to get some financial advice or help, don’t go to this branch, even better, go to a different bank. They don’t care about clients. I made an appointment for an online meeting, the “advisor” never showed up, no apologies, nothing. I made it again, but in- person this time. Same “advisor”, what an awkward situation, zero customer service skills, zero empathy, zero time for you, the client. This person was very incompetent, important emails never were replied, leaving us in a very unfavourable and distressing situation, especially when We needed the bank the most due to a family emergency. There is nothing else to do than switch banks, it’s been enough!

I have Had my problem at banks, but always resolved the issues I went to address, but this issue can't be resolved as easy as one would like, when you have people in a bank who enjoy chatting more than helping a customer.

Went to this bank and ofcourse used the mobile checkin app, which is advertised big infront of the door. App says no one is in front of me, so I kept waiting, after no response, I decided to enter to see the staff chatting away in the tellers section, how unprofessional do you have to be here. I am waiting patiently outside in the hot sun and they can see me. I decided to ask the teller if they didn't see me waiting, her response was "the girl at customer service would have to tell me that" how can she when she is standing talking with them too. I blame the manager for this behavior, but this is the society we have to live in now.

Don't use their online check in. I followed the instructions, checked in and went to my car. Lost my spot in line and had to wait again.

Extremely uncooperative branch. They dont want to understand customer issues even in this global pandemic scenario. It has been 20 days since I opened my account, but due to Covid-19 I am stuck in USA so they froze my account inspite of me going to TD USA branches to verify my identity and after sending them my documents. TD cross border banking said that each branch manager has the option to activate accounts on case by case basis. Considering a Pandemic is going on, I thought the branch manager, Hetal Gandhi would understand the scenario but they made me wait for 20 days and said they can't help me. I missed my 1st paycheck and now will miss my 2nd paycheck as well.

Went into this branch today to change my mortgage payment account. I usually do this over the phone but customer service advised me it would be faster to go into the branch, as it would take longer than normal to process this over the phone in this current environment. At this branch I was told that I needed to bring in a void cheque, for which I did not have. I informed them that I usually do this over phone and was never required to submit a void cheque. I also stated that I couldn't understand why I would need a void cheque at the branch but not over the phone. However, they insisted. So I drove all the way home, printed out a void cheque and drove back to another TD Branch (Kennedy Circle). At this branch I DID NOT have to produce a void cheque, nor was I ever asked for one. I simply gave the teller and her manager my bank account information and they processed it within 3 minutes. The Main St E.branch completely wasted my time and increased my exposure unnecessarily, even after I insisted that it didn't make sense.

I have been a Td customer for over 15 years and have always been satisfied with the greetings and service I get at Td. However today as I was waiting in line up due to the covid 19 situation. The female who was taking care of the customers as they were waiting in line was extremely rude and unprofessional I mean how do you hire someone who speaks to customers with an attitude I get it we are all stressed out but very unprofessional especially for someone who works at a bank.

Understood my financial needs and met with them accordingly

Nadir is the best account manager. I previously went to the Kennedy Circle location as it's closer to home, but had extremely poor service. I had to switch locations and am so pleased to have been put in touch with Nadir. He listens to my concerns, investigates the problems and works with me to find a resolution! He provides honest answers and doesn't BS. Thank you Nadir!

Not sure how these people get these jobs.
They not only have very low knowledge but the wrong information they give you costs you money and causes problem.

I guess they just hired anybody off the streets.

Have been coming to this branch for a few years now since it’s the closest to home. But the service just keeps getting worse.
Had fixed an appt with an advisor today. We waited there for 15 mins but neither was there anyone at the counter to assist nor did Nick, with whom we had set up an appt showed up. So I called on his number to ask, only to find he is ‘out of office’. Seriously? No one thought it’s important to inform the client before they show up to inform them their appointed guy is not coming in that day? We tagged kids n all for nothing and returned back after looking at the mad rush at service counters. Absolutely unacceptable

Always waiting in line, the new girl (can't remember her name but she wears glasses and must have just left school not too long ago) is always having life conversations with her clients and taking a lot longer than she should, 30 seconds here or there sounds good but a solid 3/4 minutes of her studies? Today at almost 10 minutes to 6 she told me the business services were closed.maybe some training or re-evaluation of the business hours could help situations like these.
