My brother have an account here under the name of Mainul Haque Since last 8 years he paying his account payment and this branch doing nothing but taking service fee! Is it maugering? Management is sleeping here? He is facing a problem sending e transfer simultaneously but this branch is treating him like e joke! Today I found still he have same issues. I hope management would awake and resolve this issue other wise it would come up to CBC Marketplace. Let me see as a Google level 6 reviewer how long this branch take to resolve. Totally Dissapointed and never ever recommend TD this branch to the community for sure.

This particular branch sucks, long waits the staff is not friendly at all. The branch manager is a real piece of work, rude, ignorant and very dismissive. I do not recommend going to this branch.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This branch is the worst and the reason my business as gone else were. First off the teller deposited someone else cheque into my account. Me thinking its my pay took it out. They then took the money from my account and wouldn't work with me for a payment plan.it left me struggling to eat and pay rent. Being a customer to them for over 10 years this was not the service i expected.the manger was useless she said I cant do nothing to help.basically since they got paid they didn't care to help even though i have been a long time customer. NO LONGER A TD CUSTOMER because of this

Worst customer service from this Branch. Stay clear of this branch, especially from the young girl with red hair, with bangs. She is extremely rude with customers; patience is critical when helping customers, especially in an area where majority of the population does not speak English as their first language. I am glad a lot of my daily banking needs can be done online because you are better off doing self service banking than interacting with customer service representatives who have zero people skills.

I absolutely love this branch. I went in one day and this young gentleman at the service desk waited on me. I had a small request but be treated me with respect and dignity, and to be quite honest it was the best customer service experience I've ever had in my life. I hope someone promotes him or gives him a raise.

Staff is very polite and helpful, I was always very well received and my problems or inquiries well addressed. Sometimes it can get busy in rush hours. The location is very good, has it's own parking lot and nearby public transportation, other services and stores.

I have been to so many td but this location has very bad customer service i didnt go for almost 1 year after i went again but its same old i try to let the manager Andrew know about it but he is worse then the employee i will never go to this branch ever.and i will let the all people i know not to go to this branch

These people are the rudest of mankind alive I would say. They have no manners to speak to customers, if you try to tell them any different from what they "believe" is "RIGHT" they get very offended and make sure they make your experience even worse! They live in a small box and do NOT see the bigger and better picture which can help their customers have a good experience.their excuse for everything is that its a busy location.well if you guys had a "proper" manager who actually knew how to do his job this would NOT be a problem. This location needs a new PROPER MANAGER! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

I wish there was a negative star rating option! Worst experience ever. Manager himself is rude. Andrew, the manager doesnt have the simple skills on how to MANAGE the location. They are only nice and helpful to the people they know, and delay the service by prolonging conversations with their "favorite" customers.and when you tell them not to waste the time of people waiting in line, it hurts their ego.pathetic service!

The rating is essentially for one member of their staff: Erbe Morana. When I entered the branch I went straight to the info/customer service booth where you'd usually go to announce you're in for an appointment. The rep there was engulfed in a complicated situation with a client so I waited for about 10 minutes without being acknowledged. I then went to the teller and asked where Erbe's office was because I was late for an appointment. However, once I chatted with Erbe he was able to take care of my requests and provided excellent and knowledgable advice and service. Highly recommend this young man!

My experience is good so far. I visited here two times and my average waiting time is 3-5 minutes. This branch is open even saturday.

Staff helpful, but long waits and parking is almost non assistant. Had to park across the street in plaza.
