I had an appointment with Ms. Muska Asadulla and she provided an excellent customer service. Ms. Muska made sure to be transparent, patient and did everything she could to try to solve my problem.

I don’t even know if I should give them any star. I don’t normally give this bad of review but each time I come here the customer service is just lacking. Some ppl there are great but overall… it lacks consistency. The business service account never seems to be open when I am there, even when I am going at the time it says it would open. The lady, which I assume is the branch manager, just casually said, it is closed and walked away. I am just thinking the monthly fee I paid each month. ‍️ next time Fairview… it is a better branch.

Trish gave me a great customer service in a professional way and knowledgeable on the product I was inquiring about. Independently speaking all questions asked being replied with a nice gesture and information for me. Great work for customer service

I feel so sorry for myself 18 years services with TD bank, have mortgage account business savings all other accounts with TD, but this branch and specially that person names in the picture almost make me close everything with TD, i been there a couple times and I never been satisfied in that branch with lack of respect unprofessional no one knows what’s going on when you have questions booking appointments and when you go to your appointment you see it’s not there so many things, I tried to deposit a small draft was made from my customer and this manager tells me he can not deposit it because it’s missing a letter on the name perhaps I have over million dollar investment with TD and I have lots money in the business account, I felt so disgusted for myself when the person with no respect and unprofessional what he told me. I went to different branch and they got it done with no questions then I told myself I would never ever go back to that branch unless those faces been removed.
Trust me use different branch make your life a lot easier.

Although there are 20 people waiting outside for more than half an hour to get in, the receptionist did not automatically take any workload. Only until I explicitly asked. You will waste your time to go here. Totally understaffed

Poor customer service from Lawrence Ng, I requested to increase my visa I believe he did the process and an hour later called to tell me it’s declined with out telling me the reason, after a month went to a different branch they told me that it was declined because they want to see the paystub and T4 for last year.
I give the new branch that I visited what they requested and everything went perfect.

Walked in to open an account, saw how the staff treat customers, lady said someone will be with you in 20 min. I said no problem.

I then got up, walked 20ft to the rbc next door and opened an account in 3 minutes.

First of all, this is way too high of a rating for such an incompetent location. Lazy from top to bottom. They see there are clients waiting to be served but instead they'd rather choose to make a group and talk to their co workers and ignore clients. The manager Mansi is extremely rude, unprofessional and ignorant. Seems very sarcastic 24/7 and unwelcoming behaviour. Sad that she's a manager. Randy and Sandy aren't helpful either.

We have always had poor experiences with banks in general, until we met Ms. Muska Asadulla, at the TD Skymark location. She is very friendly, patient and easy to talk too. We will go out of our way to come to this particular location and book time with her. She is highly recommended.

The chinese women could not agree i use id.aften that i need to line up! Please if you told me, you can not do this work! Could you told me fast? She just go away and didn't answer my question to service the other women.good job TD! ONE PERSON SERVICE TWO PEOPLE!

I visited that branch today and reviewed my account since I was charged $3.5 a month for last two years due to chequing account below 2000 (saving has More money). Totally around $100. I actually paid more than 10,000 mortgage interest to TD every year and thought I may be a value customer for them. I told them cibc would fix similar things for me. They firstly told me nothing they can do since it is my own fault for not checking statement and not willing to direct me to branch manager for help. After I insisted, I was lucky talk to randy but nothing happen. Then I called customer care and they handle that pretty well. Don’t go that branch for similar things, either they does’t care or not willing to spend time, or no permission (I double it).

It seems a fake TD branch. The staffs have very little training and have no idea with daily banking service. Cannot process cheque depositing. Very bad
