Came to deposit a certified cheque I've had my business account with td for over 8 years. They said they could not release funds for a CERTIFIED CHEQUE as per manager Neetu. I've had enough with td will be switching banks. Very disappointed.

Very old fashioned technology and slow service. You have to visit the branch to do anything. Service personnel are untrained

I've been with TD for decades and decided to book an appointment at this branch up to see if I could get a estimated mortgage quote. This would be my second mortgage with TD.

I called in to ask to book an appointment and the receptionist suggested I don't even bother to see anyone in person, but rather have the financial advisor Paula Sun call me to save me the trip. I was fine with that.

She calls me and says to write the details in an email and she will take it up with her team to see what quote they can provide for my particular financial situation with my wife. She specifically said it would take "a few business days".

I spent an hour writing out my financial details as requested in a lengthy email as Paula asked and expected to hear back in a few days as I was keeping my real estate agent on standby.

It has now been 3 weeks. I have left 3 voice messages and sent 3 follow up emails and they don't even have the courtesy to call or email back. I don't even care if it's a mortgage rejection. That's fine - just TELL me. It's so disrespectful to ask for me to spend time and also LOSE my housing opportunity due to how long I waited.

This branch is an embarrassment and gives TD a bad name. I have accounts with 3 other banks and will look into pulling the funds and closing my personal chequeing account from TD so I don't have to deal with such poor service again. I feel very disrespected.

Tellers were polite and professional. The manager.not so much. Had to get a legal document verified by TD, and instead of the usual "sure, whats this for? Can I read it? Can I see some ID and enter your bank card? " As with other branches I've worked with on similar matters, I was told to go to my home branch (which I would have been fine with, had it not been the following reason) because she was uncomfortable "signing off on a legal document" since she didn't know me. I just wanted to get it out of the way and was in the area, I didn't realize I needed a relationship with the manager to have a bank confirmation that they are my bank of deposit. I just did my best to be polite and explaining but realized it was pointless, and left to try to make it to my home branch with rush hour. Maybe I'm just used to banks in Toronto.but I definitely wouldn't recommend this one.

Branch isn’t the greatest. Waited quite a while to meet with staff. Would recommend a different branch unless you just need to use the ATM.

Walked into the branch while I was in the neighborhood running some errands. Got exceptionally quick service from the teller and the banker.

I went to the branch today to do the wire transfer. Since the teller did not know how to do the wire transfer, one of the account manager came to help. This account manager was very rude, unprofessional that I don't even want to come to that branch anymore. I've been with TD for more than 10 years and thinking of changing all my accounts to other bank.

Slow service. There is one person for walk-in customers. I feel places are taking advantage of covid to justify service like that. I didn’t even like the tone of the teller that helped.

Went to this branch today after I had a not so good experience at another branch I was assisted by josh genyn and Anya. They both went above and beyond very friendly, respectful, warm, professional best customer service…… definitely my favourite two people and branch. Thanks TD should be proud and that TD customers are in good hands with the two of you…. It was a pleasure

Very bad service. Waiting for 30 minuts out side. Inside too many staff sitting on chair.only two cashier working. I spoke to one lady she told me talk to Manager. Wast of my time! They have minimum occupancy of 45 people still waiting for outside!

Very bad service, and I am waiting outside and registered online. After I waiting for more than 30 mins, I found somebody who is coming after me already finished the service by the teller, and obviously, he is not senior and who is not registered. The TD bank lady insisted to ask me to wait and said to me, I should stayed in my card and not wait at the TD. When I go into it, there are four tellers working, and two tellers are talking with each other and don't have any clients inside.only one teller is working. At the same time, the other customers are still waiting outside. When I try to ask the reason, the TD bank staff said I am so rude. Oh, my god! Such an horrible service I have ever met in Canada! When I talked with the other customer, she told me, yes this branch, need always waiting, but nobody is working. Don't waste your time.

20 + year customer. I was at this branch to withdraw funds. Had a large cheque deposited 4 days before. Needed to get funds for an emergency and Josh blatantly refused to take any action to help when the cheque funds had been withdrawn the same day that was deposited with proof of bank statement. Adammant in saying no while the manager was hiding behind her desk without taking action. Customer service is not lip service. It's action. The worst experience, very disappointed with the level of fake politeness. Misinformation on purpose. Have spoken with customer relations also to find out that the branch manager can do whatever she wants, if she sees fit. I'm glad to not do more business with this branch. Not representing the bigger TD brand.

Comparing to other branches in Mississauga like South common branch or others, with covid-19 they have a very bad organization, performance with customer service. I was at the branch, I'm 59,22 people waiting in line and even tellers are telling the supervisor, (Neetu?) that people are waiting but because from 10-11am is seniors hrs she said "we can not take other people just in case seniors might come"! Are you serious, this was very unacceptable, maybe a higher mgmnt or head office can tell her that this needs to be changed as she definitely does not listen to customers. The person from the branch who takes names and asks people questions about covid, etc.said we have to follow the mgr's rules". I have experienced this already twice at this branch and maybe "someone from higher mngmt can look into it, it's very simple to be fixed. Even after 11am (regular hrs), tellers are waiting for customers when people are waiting outside.

One of the tellers served my grumpy family member who was pretty rude and the teller turned his frown upside down and built such a good rapport that my family member left smiling from ear to ear! Amazing! But. Long wait time, maybe need more tellers.

Wait time to get someone to help me was 8 mins then I went to teller line. Teller was extremely pleasant and assisted me quickly. Told me to come back in 10 mins for an advisor. Waited for 20 in lobby. Pop music playing so loudly over the PA system, it felt like a clothing store for teenagers. Wish I could more stars for the teller that helped me but the experience was really bad. The financial advisor that I spoke with was excellent though.

Pretty quick, easy, and nice staff. Made a credit card for the first time and the guy I was with was very nice and really knew what I needed.

Worst banking experience I’ve ever had. Extremely dismissive and did not want to explain the extensive wait times.

I would recommend avoiding this branch.and even the bank to be honest.

I don't understand the rating for this location. I work in customer service and thought I got the best service I've had at any bank, anywhere. I was staying in Mississauga for a few months and used this location for any personal visits I needed. I wish it was my everyday branch.

Staff don’t give a sh! T about any customer. Grumpy, unprofessional, unhelpful, and useless. We literately felt like we were inconveniencing them for coming in asking to do our business with them. TD unfortunately closed the wrong Waterdown branch.

Horrible staff experience, was unable to help me with my debit account for the most simple thing ever. I am frustrated that I had to leave to go to another branch. Sadly disappointed in the customer service experience

Shocking service. 2nd time now, 1st time my partner came asking for a printout of our joint bank account, refused saying they cannot do it for security reasons. ITS our account, theres no security breach. 2ND time, today.i booked an appointment online at 1 pm, get there 15 mins prior.told he is in a meeting.waiting almost 45 mins still nothing.all other agents free sitting on their chairs talking to each other.i lost 2 hours pay to drive 20 mins to see you.you should be working at dollarama with the rest of them.the td 10 mins up the road saw me in 2 mins without an appointment.and also told stories of previous problems with the non competent children working there.you appaul me
