TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

I am no longer a customer of TD but I needed documentation of my previous bank statements from my now closed, chequing account. This was my "home" branch when I first opened an account as a young adult and I had my old access card and a copy of an old blank cheque of the said account. They were able to print out 27 pages of statements of my account so that I could trace transactions that I need to settle with the CRA. I was willing to pay for the paper, but since I'm no longer a customer and don't have any active accounts, they printed them for me free of charge. Incredible customer service, to even a non-customer. So nice, so friendly, so accommodating, and this is going to help so so much! Thank you!

Not busy. No wait for teller. I needed to purchare a US dollar money order. I commented that I had had an account that had been closed recently. The teller (who was the branch manager) quickly set me up with Pierre who set up a new savings account for me, I was a little disappointed, however, that Pierre tried to upsell me TFSAs, GICs, and a Visa card. I wondered why I couldn't just open an account at the teller, and instead needed to sit down in an office, but when the "sales pitches" began, I understood. Don't get me wrong, Both the manager and Pierre were most pleasant and helpful. They were just doing their job, I suppose. But I felt like I was at a Canadian Tire auto service desk with the service writer trying to sell me repairs i didn't need or ask for.

The staff at this branch is very respectful knowledgeable and efficient. They are always eager to please and super friendly.

Had a meeting with Kate to find out more about certain fees. Lovely experience and was able to have all concerns addressed. Very knowledgeable and helpful meeting.

This has been m branch for about 3yrs now. I could not be happier, the staff are amazing, always helpful, fast, and friendly everyone takes the time to know your name, I highly recommend using this bank, and especially this branch, nothing but praises to sing for the entire branch, thank you for a forever loyal client.

I've been coming to this branch for so long and I have never been treated like that. One of your tellers named Saman Najib was very cold and rud. She was very unwelcoming and never smiled. I don't think she knows what Customer Experience Associated means. I work with customers and I never treate them like that. She is not fit for this job.

Yes, there are helpful and knowledgeable individuals at this branch. Thank you for that. However, it would have saved me a lot of time if the adviser / manager had called me back as promised! I waited and waited and waited and then spent at least 45 minutes calling to check if the tasks had been fulfilled as promised.

Why was I told clearly and specifically that the estate account that I opened after my father's death would have zero fees if a minimum balance was maintained? I did everything the advisor told me to do! Today I received a statement with a fee taken out of the account! This is wrong + needs to be refunded at the Plains Rd branch!
