I don't want to give them 1 star. The customer service are bad the tellers don't care about the customers. They are busy with other employees and talking about her personal life. I'm waiting in line for more than 1 hour. Is there any supervision online or Manger? Do they care about the customers? Is seems like even the Manger don't care about anyone. I am very disappointed it. Do you care about your customers? Please don't go to this lactation.

This bank overall is as bad as their atm machines. Bad bank tellers, and I can't even deposit more than 5 bills into the damn atm machine for each deposit

This is location is one of the best TD branch. They are very professional and friendly and providing excellent service, the gentleman whose name was Akash was very professional and courteous. 10 / 10 Thank you

Always short staffed long line of customer and only 1-2 counters open! Hours of waiting! Very pathetic service

We went twice to this location in the last two days stood at the line for over one hour. Tellers were talking among them and helping clients to take photo copies while there is 14 people standing in the lineup. There is only three counters open.
Please kindly give some thoughts to help clients 1st. With more teller booths open.

There was very nice teller in the bank, that went out of her way to help me to complete my transaction.

Two tellers were only serving 20 people or more. When we complained to the manager she said if you want you can go to some other location. After few minutes she walked in with an attitude and than she added a new teller as a favour to us client.

Deposit $10000 to my business account on November 14th still on hold.
Yesterday came to the bank the manager on duty said he will call tomorrow morning but still didn't contact me yet. I came to the bank and the teller went to see the head of her and the person said manager will come still no response.

This bank is at a great location but sad to see that the staffs working there are so rude and mean. I guess they judge people based on appearance and try to be rude. I had bad experiences several times. I think the people working there should be trained to treat customers with great care and a smile on their face. Worst bank experience I ever had in TD.

Tried opening an RESP account. First appointment: The financial advisor's IT system was not working. Had to go back. Second appointment after two weeks: The financial advisor opened the wrong RESP despite my specific instructions to open an investing RESP. Third appointment after a week: The financial advisor could not get the paperwork completed despite two hours sitting in the office because she could not get in touch with another department. It has been over 3 weeks and I still cannot open a simple RESP account for my kids education. I wish I had gone to another institution. They keep saying 'sorry for the inconvenience' but they don't do anything to resolve the issue promptly. Terrible workflows. EDIT: As of 28th May 2021 the RESP is still not set up. I was assured in my meeting on 10th May 2021 the RESP will be set up within 7 business days and it's still not set up. I'm following up and waiting for help.

We were pleased by Nupur Kajiwala an employee at TD bank at 2650 Lawrence Ave E, Scarborough M1P2S1. She explained all the benefits, rules and other details very well. Upon asking any questions, she was kind enough to answer them. A knowledgeable employee who made us trust more in TD Canada. We felt bad that she had to miss her lunch in helping us open a joint account. I rate 10/10 in customer service by Nupur.

I have been a client of TD for 20+ years. I've had my mortgage and various accounts and in my lifetime I have never had an experience like today. Patience the manager needs an attitude adjustment immediately. This isn't my main branch and I was cashing a large cheque, so I understand that there is a certain protocol, however.don't you dare look at me and decide that today you're going be a horrible human! The teller made the error by looking at the wrong account and you decided to hold my cheque. If I didn't insist that you review my other account, you were prepared to dismiss me. You should be fired and I find it ironic that your name is Patience. Perhaps Pretentious or Pathetic would be a more accurate description of your temperament! Never again!

I often visit this branch for regular business.but Now on.no more.the branch offers very poor service.it holds your even regular check from same branch to same branch as well. They don’t want to verify but very traditional way of dealing 5 Business days!
I talked to the so called manager but she was in the same old page.very poor customer service

It seems like anyone gets hired here.

I literally have a fraud on my card, and this Asian lady that works there refused to help me (Dark hair, working on October 8 around 11: 55 am). Right when I told her there was a fraud on my card, she told me to call the number on my card, so I did. THEY TOLD ME TO GO VISIT A TD BRANCH, and said they can't help me either. Like none of these guys want to help, all they care about is getting paid hourly.

I wish I can give ZERO stars!

I just had a very frustrating day in here, i tried to apply for a line of credit in here and it took me 2 appointment with 2hrs each then nothing happened and i dont even know whats goin on withy acct, like for 2hrs? ! But i was trying to be nice and i dont wamna be rude so i was just watching him clicking the back and continue button for the whole fckin 2 hrs, and when i asked him whats goin on cz i really cant stand it he told me that maybe he needs more document? ! Like wait if u need more documents then u should have asked me or told me that im missing documents before wasting 2 hrs, and he told me he'll try to fix my debt, well its a student loan we cant do anything about it, and after 2 hrs he wants me to reschedule again hmm no thanks. He is nice tho its just that i guess he doesnt know what to do

I had a great experience at this bank, especially with Aravind. I had to do a few transactions, which he was able to do it with efficiently with great customer service. I would definitely recommend Ararvind and this bank.

This location has the absolute worst customer service out of any TD I've banked at. Save your time and do your banking online or at another branch.

My company has been dealing with this branch for almost 8 years. We are a local business and everytime they change thier staff, we see new policies in place. Such a pathetic branch, led by poor management. They absolutely do now know thier customers.

This branch use to be one of the best branches in all of Toronto. Its SAD to see it get to such a careless branch. There will be a huge line and only 2 tellers to serve everyone. Other tellers will just walk around and "Work". They will not even smile at you or anything. Some tellers are still nice and will acknowledge you but majority of them don't even care. Thats the only reason I'm giving two stars. Didn't expect such bad customer service from such a huge company like TD.

One agent did not like the fact that I was waiting in the line. He told me to use the ATM machine instead. I love the human intraction and the experience of great customer service.
