TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

The bank manager Amit is not to be trusted he promised me call back and failed to deliver and gave me incorrect information

This bank is the best at walking away from the counter and going on break as soon as there is a line up at lunch time.every time

Horrible and rude teller I had. She obviously needs to change her job, no skills too talk to people

The WORST branch ever. Deposited a cheque with this bank. They misread the check amount and deposit 10 times money into my account. I discovered the error 2 minutes after leave the counter and went back to point it out to them right away. The cashier confirmed that they will find a solution and the amount they deposited will not go through the payer's bank account. And they will keep me updated once finding the solution. You what? Two days later, instead of hearing from them, the payer called and told me the the error amount is charged to his account. The staff in this brank did nothing to help to correct the error that they made, and not even notice me after they cannot find a solution. The payer is in shock so as I. This is not an only case. Another time, I used their machine to do a cheque deposit. I entered correct amount but they changed it to 10 times less amount. It caused me two trips to get the differences from the payer. So DONT TRUST THEIR STAFF AND MACHINE ever! It will cause you money and time!

I am not sure if everyone working in this branch is similar but the service that I received was NOT professional and personalized AJ tried to to send my application as quickly as possible without taking the time to ensure everything is complete then she made multiple quick and random changes without clear plan or understanding about what is happening on the other side of the application approval/review - so guess what my application was denied while I have all the requirement, waste of time: (

Honestly the best TD if not best BANK I’ve ever dealt with.
No matter if they think they can’t, they still try.
Every time I have good results.

Very poor customer service. Managers wouldn't take time to listen to problem. My daughter lost her debit card while traveling overseas. They replied, "Not their problem". I am moving to the Credit Unions.

Very amazing fortrust but the only thing is is that the error has been off kept from TD Canada Trust if the error is gone I will remove my fourth are reading it give it 5 stars.

What a bank. All service. Friendly staff. Very spacious with a lot of natural light. Employees seem to be quite happy. #localguide
