I recently obtained a $500K+ mortgage through TD Bank at this location and Shivam Bhasin was my go to person who helped me from the beginning to the end. He was extremely helpful and assured me at each step of the way that everything would be taken care of by him personally. He was easy to get ahold of and provide timely follow ups. He ensured to touch base with me on a regular basis to keep me updated on the process and status of the application. Would certainly recommend his services to others. Big THANK YOU.

Their manager doesn't do anything to solve the customer's problem, she just creates obstacles!

Would give a negative 5 star if Google allows me. Do not come to this branch unless there is a specific reason. If I can get a security box at another branch I will not come to this one any more.

Went there to use my security box after work, was the 2nd in the queue, only took a few minutes before a teller could help me. He was not able to get the drawer open with his key, so went to talk to his manager, and asked me to just wait there. Ended up waiting for more than 30 min, with the lady finally came, pretending not seeing that I was not happy, and did not apologize for keeping me waiting while she was doing whatever. The first question she asked me was: "You did not duplicate your key, right? " I answered as "Why would I? " as I was trying to hold my temper after standing there for more than 30 min (I still needed to go back to work).
She got defensive and said "this is just a question, you do not have to answer it. " I don't why the first thing she assumed is I did something to the key (which I didn't), and the tone and her attitude is quite offensive (sounds like she thought I did something illegal and/or stupid).
The overall visit took more than an hour and my colleagues were actually waiting to talk to me afterwards, so all these non-qualified employees there wasted 3 people's time.
And there is no hand sanitizer.

Sent an email compliant to the customer service, got a call in 2 days during my working hours and was not able to pick it up as I was in meetings. The lady claimed to be one of the managers in this branch but left a phone number without an extension and asked me to call back by 4 pm. I finished work at 6 pm and only found out that this number goes to no where. Left a voice message ask to chat during weekends, and sent another email to ask not to close my case, so far got no call back. And it has been a week now.

Worst branch I have ever visited. Have been with TD for almost 13 years, maybe it's time to change to another bank. According to all the reviews, this is not a good branch, which explains why this is the only branch nearby that still has security boxes available.

Came to this branch to open accounts last month, the service i received from this middle aged Cantonese lady was very unpleasant. As new comer to Canada i wanted to apply secured credit card to build credit however the system is pulling up someone elses credit report instead of mine, the advisor didnt want to provide any help after that only told me to call equifax.i went to another branch to ask for help, fortunately the advisor at the other branch contacted equifax to create new credit report for me.

After the appointment with this middle aged lady shes been calling me many times to make deposit the accounts aggressively, im still wondering if she has that many time to call me to make deposit why wouldn’t she call equifax for me to create another report? Sounds like all she cares is moneys. During the appointment she was talking about herself most of the time, asked me how much is my rent just want to compare how much shes renting her property as landlord.it was unprofessional and unpleasant experience with this advisor at this branch

For closing your Credit card as in TD bank site explained you can call to Visa or you can go to one branch and so I went to this branch but they are didn't help me!

Visited this branch a few days ago and was very happy to meet the manager Aynur as she spoke Turkish with me. She was very kind and helpful and made me feel welcomed. Thank you TD!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. We spoke to Gerana in an in-person appointment for a mortgage with a very tight deadline right before Christmas. Gerana collected all our documents, got the application started, and put in a rush to process the mortgage. After the appointment, we did not hear back from her. We left her voicemails because she can never be reached at her number and sent emails, but we were basically ghosted. If we hadn't had another application with another bank going, we would've been screwed. To this day, we didn't receive a response from TD. Stay away from getting a mortgage with TD!

This is the worst branch I have ever seen. I have wasted 55 mins in this branch. I had an appointment with NIKA. DARMAYAN and waited at the front for 15 mins and noone said anything. I then asked the guy at the reception and he said sorry Nika is with another client and I can try to help you. He took me to the room and try to add my tax bill as part of mortgage for 40mins and no luck. He then said sorry let me get help, he went and spoke to the branch manager Georgia, she said well you try it call this place and that place they'll help. He called twice that place both times he couldn't get a help that's required. I am seeing all of these feedback and amazed how this branch is still working without any changes. Poor customer service, poor management skills infront a client stating well you figure out or contact this and that# for help.

I am moving out of this branch. Twice I visited this branch and both times disappointed.

Very Poor customer service, branch manger David and staff member named Andrea didn't know what they were doing. Simply staff needs more training. Both of them took more than an hour on something which should have taken just 5 minutes. Being a branch manger didn't even know who to call or contact just to cancel an etransfer.

I had a basic request but no one was able to tell me what the process was from the beginning even the advisors so I have to go see another advisor today. It will be my 4th time going to that branch for the same request. They are just not capable of telling me exactly what needs to be done. It looks like they need a lot time and multiple brains to make it work. Hopefully today will be the last time.
Oh and the first advisor I met was in a hurry of going to Cancun and he spent the first 10mn of the appointment trying to book me with a different advisor and on a different day.
Friendly people for sure but not efficient!

Nice bank, parking sucks. Parking is not the banks fault, but if you are in a hurry don't go to this branch.

Used to be excellent now started to go downhill. Nobody pick up the phone. Ok no problem I make appointment through the website and in section if I have any questions I put one question about required documents that I need to bring. Question was answered 38 hours after as I was on my way to the beach for my appointment. I arrived to the branch 5 minutes early and they told me to have a seat. Of course at the time of my appointment person that I had appointment with is not on time. I told bank manager that I came to open bank account and has appointment at certain time.she look at me with her eyes out staring like scary movie and instead of apologize she said sarcastically someone will help you hold on. C'mon people this is bank and we come to give our money to you and pay charges so you can make money. You should be happy and have better customer service skills. This branch used to be good but now is going downhill.

UPDATED below

Nice people but quite incompetent. They don't answer phone calls. I went in and waited for 10 mins at the customer service desk with nobody in sight. Then they tried to sell me a credit card and gave me a lot of misinformation. I wonder if that breaks a few compliance rules. It soon became clear that they didn't understand the basic terms associated with the credit card they were selling me. I asked to talk to someone who actually understood the terms of the card and they said they could help me call the call centre. Useless. But they're really nice while wasting your time.always smiling)

UPDATE

The branch manager returned my call and was eager to hear my experience and said he would address the lack of competencies.

Well, 3 weeks later I showed up to discuss the card again. Here is my experience.

1. Show up to branch and nobody at the front desk so I proceed to the tellers

2. Wait in line and get to a teller. They tell me to go to the front desk. Now somebody is there.

3. The lady at the front desk AGAIN doesn’t know anything and I wait while she instant messages an advisor. I find out the advisor is around the corner and instead of putting me in touch with him (around the corner) she is instant messaging him, WASTING SO MUCH TIME.

4. Complained to the branch manager. He got everything dealt with (and was helped by a phone agent.trained huh?). I upgraded to 2 stars because the manager was mildly competent.

TD: train AND test your staff on customer flow and your products. If they fail this much it’s systemic.

But, everyone was smiling. Thanks TD!

TD calls itself an inclusive bank that reflects the diverse communities it serves and that they are determined to be a place where customers feel comfortable and supported and are treated with dignity and respect. However if you assert your rights to not have your privacy violated or you engage with their staff in an assertive manner or if you are disabled or just want to be treated with dignity and respect, do not expect it at this branch. Appalling customer service staff employed at this location and the manner in which they engage with the public is absolutely disgusting. I guess this is why as of 2017, there has been an 18 percent increase in customer complaints filed with the banking ombudsman. As a service provider, TD has an obligation to take steps to eliminate different and negative treatment of individuals based on prohibited grounds of discrimination. This is called Duty to Accommodate and it not only applies to employees of TD but to the public that TD serves. Take your complaint to TD Customer Care and you will be subjected to the same appalling treatment. Do not expect their branch managers or district vice president to resolve any problem. They will fabricate and lie about the facts to protect their reputation while trying to tarnish yours. I have submitted a complaint to the TD Ombudsman.
