ATM MACHINES WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY, I deposited $500 cash into my account and the ATM machine took my cash money and did not deposit the money into my account. I lost my hard earned money. And was told that I would possibly get a phone call in 5 business days and an investigation process. When I need my money now. Never heard of something so ridiculous, clearly this location needs to maintain their ATM MACHINES.

So I opened an account here, the lady was nice, after we activated my card, went to the teller, deposited cash. Teller asked me to put in my card and key in my pin. So I did just that. Gave me the receipt, left and went to chat with his colleague. Hmmm thought to myself is that it? Check the receipt okay money is there. So I guess that was it. Went to work, on the way home turn on my Uber up pick up passenger. After long hours from work and drive another hour just to make some money. Went home heat up leftovers, turn on my computer check my account. Money wasn’t there. I called the bank told me to go to the branch on why my money was not there.
Went, saw the same teller chatting with colleague. This time I was in information area. Teller came, I told him I needed to talk the the general manager. He asked me why, I showed him the receipts. Went on his computer and he told me it was pin verified. I said yes it was. But was that my account. On the middle of the receipt shows different name. He told me I must have third party. Oh boy I lost it. I told them to check the camera. They refuse. After screaming. A lady came and help. There explanation was. The teller did not log out the previous client and so my money was deposited there. Hmmm if it did, why the total in the bottom of the receipt was just the money I handed in. Yes in the middle of receipt shows his money. I can not wrap around my brain. Cause if I put in my card, and pin verified. It should have showed in my account.
Is it human error?
Lesson learn. Don’t just check the balance in your receipts. Ask the teller to show you there screen. Make sure it’s your account. They are opening.
Any thoughts in my story, please let me know, I’m not convinced that’s it’s an error!

This location staff are so friendly and responsibility.a tall guy I don't know if he is manage at this location, he is so helpful to arrange a staff to help me.

They have good customer service and for me most important thing is that they have Amazon Hub locker, as well, so if you don’t want to order your parcel at home then this could be a good place for you to order at. But you can only pick it up during the bank’s operating hours. In addition, they have ample parking space, Drive-thru etc…

Very unprofessional staff. They don’t even know how to deposit a certified cheque. Wasted my 1 hour I’ll highly recommend please don’t visit this branch manager to clerk all are uneducated

The TD Tellers at this location are very unprofessional and very impolite and not helpful at all, definitely very dissatisfied in the assistance I received today from the teller that was assisting me with my issue did not solve my issue at all and let me go after leaving my issue unsolved. Very disappointed and definitely need of better tellers that are more polite and helpful towards not just complex issues but also just being overall more polite and open and willing to help not happy with what happened today at all.

I was at this location last week for a help with my Loc. Actually I came from another location where they made me wait for over 1 hour and said they are fully booked and they can not help me today.

But when I reached here. The reception area 2 people were already helping some people, this gentleman came out from the service desk and found out my needs and he could find some representative who can help me. And amazingly it took less than 90 seconds to complete my needs and was back in my car.

Thank you guys for the help. Keep up the good work.

Twice now I've gone into this branch and experienced condescending, short answers from staff. The "don't care" attitude combined with the inability to let you speak to actually conversate shows how little they care for clients, which probably explains why it's always quiet in there. This is a surprise from other TD Bank branches. The Manager of Customer Services is holding a position they should not be in.

Worst customer experience I've ever had at TD bank. After my last visit to this branch I've decided to move my accounts to a new bank. TD lost me with 1 awful front line interaction.
