TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Claire Lu was very lovely and helpful I was not having such a great day but her smile and beautiful energy cheered me up. Claire was very helpful and pleasant to deal with, the lineup moved quickly.overall todays banking was a great experience. I am considering moving my home Branch to this location all the staff were very friendly lots of smiles and positive energy. Great job TD

My intension to the branch is I need a reference letter required by the developer of the condo I brought. I dropped by yesterday showed the ladies (one at the counter and one at the back seems more senior) what I required. Unfortunately, after I told them what I need. The lady at the back just told the lady at the counter to print the portfolio to me, she even didn't read the letter at all and just said she never heard about it. I don't know whether the requirement by the developer is common or not but she didn't even what to figure it out. Can I have someone tell me where I can get help of this?

I actually had an appointment yesterday with Michael. J. Giorgio at this branch, and this guy was the sweetest and most patient person I’ve met. TD, you don’t wanna lose him! Top notch experience in total ️

I have to agree with those who rated the bank fairly well. 4-5 years ago. I also have to agree with every single recent criticism of this branch: open late with no reason ever given
absolutely filthy outside and in, hygiene habits of a few tellers is astoundingly poor
long lines, extremely slow service: seem more concerned with pushing services etc to people who are obviously disinterested than serving those with business to conduct
management and non-cashier staff are good but can't make up for the general deficiencies of the rest
And Please Please stop blaming Everything on Covid! The public doesn't and for the large part is diligent about co-operating: what is the problem of the institutions?

This has to be my worst experience at this branch.
I was there this morning.
The branch manager was extremely rude so was the manager!

He actually told me that if I didn’t like the service I could leave and go to another branch can you believe that!

I could never understand why this branch has always had bad reviews but now I know. Also I can’t wait for the old manager and all staff and tellers to come back because everybody here was new and they were extremely rude.
They told me it’s because they were going through a lot of anxiety, but they were soooo rude

You better otherwise you won’t have too many people coming in and you will continue to get bad reviews

I went to this branch and explained my situation to the teller. The teller did not listen and understand it. She asked me a few irrelevant questions and in general she was very rude.

The branch manager is rude, impolite and not professional. She didn't try to resolve my account problem, and blamed on me. Very bad experience with her.

Worst banking experience I've ever had. Extremely rude staffs. There's an A***n woman acting like she's a god of some kind. The entire office even smells like somebody just died in there a few days ago.

Worst TD branch I have been to, very rude tellers. They need to be trained on how to do their job properly.

The worst TD Bank in Richmond Hill I've ever gone to. The manager is nice but not the staff who's below her. The bank tellers I unfortunately had were rude, not friendly, and have publicly announced personal confidential personal banking information while strangers are waiting in line to get serviced. I've came across to 3 tellers there who are over the the top rude. No greetings whatsoever but simply, "What can I do for you? " No hi? Last visit was another Persian female teller who have asked for my ID and commented, " Wow you look so different without makeup, you don't look like her. " Then announced my account balance? While people are around? No bank tellers have I ever came across, no banks, have ever announced any numbers publicly. They simply give you the receipt and point at the balance. This bank needs new staff bc as of today I am not coming back to this branch. Not racist but would like to point out that these tellers who assisted me were all persian.

DON'T GO TO THIS BRANCH. RUN AWAY.
